Quantum Dispatch: Welcome back, is episode 5 of the Quantum Dispatch. CJ, down. And we are here with the path to a player driven economy looking at all things Squadron? Question mark soon dot TM slash drama as well as things to do with the player economy to do with 4.8 which is coming up crafting mechanics blueprints etc etc so many exciting things and also the patch bundle of which I thought it was very pretty but CJ wants to fight me about it so firstly I'm here with GFA and CJ. GFA, take us away. How are you? I am doing better than I was last week, as in I've been really ill since the last podcast. The podcast ended and then the next day was just downhill for me. yeah, feeling a bit better today. Finally, it's taken me about a week to get over it. But yeah, we're cooking. I haven't been able to jump in to Star Citizen this week because I've just been ill. I'd barely been at my computer. So I'm relying on you boys to talk about some uh, 4.7 gameplay But also yeah, we're gonna be talking about some really cool stuff with the player driven economy and the uh star sits and lives so exciting times and then i'll pass it on to the The old trusted cj radley. How are you? I a moment of hesitation. I was like, what's he gonna say? I had so many different things so many different things The old dog in the corner. Yeah. Yeah Well, hello everyone. Um, yeah, I mean i'm good I've had a little bit of a cold but by the sounds of it I've got away a bit a lot better than you have But I'm all good now managed to jump in the verse quite a bit this week And I can add quite a few things onto this whole player driven economy because the entire verse at the minute has shifted It was PvP like missions and everything and now everyone's going out mining or doing salvaging and like hunting for high quality materials and it's no longer ⁓ there's gold in that asteroid or gold in that rock I'm gonna go mine it it's ⁓ it's gold but it's only 400 qual or whatever and they're just sucking it off and finding someone else so people are getting really picky now with what they are mining but it seems to be everyone's out everyone's out doing it all the cool kids are mining I wasn't I was out in my cutlass blue just trying to fight people outside checkmate or inside the contested zones of the channel. Other than that, I haven't really done much. I thought you were going to say I was out my Cutlass Blue, stealing stuff from the people doing the mining and taking it back to for myself. But I'll definitely add to the point you made, CJ, of saying that it's been really nice watching people be like, oh, no way I got a 999 quality. But it wouldn't even be, it's not Quantanium. Because before, if you're not mining Quantanium or gold, why are you even mining? Whereas now they're like, dude, I found 999 quality ice that I mined outside of Hurston. And you're like, dude, that's sick. There's over four of them like, what do mean you're mining ice? Yeah, dude, I really need it for this. And hi, hi, Hi Ethan. Welcome. Howdy. But yeah, it's been really cool. I managed to jump in for a little bit as well. I've been going out my Asgard with a geo in the back and crates. bits of material here and there and just flying along planet surfaces just trying to find the best nodes and things to mine. It's been really cool. good. Good. Good. Um, well, do we want to start off with the, the, not so fun parts? We'll get out of the way. Um, Yeah. So I mean, both of you guys have got, have you got squad 42? Yes. You got, you got, so Obviously the blocks purchase for it now from buybacks. So they removed it from the store like two years ago. So you couldn't buy or couldn't get it in any way. And then only now they've gone through without warning as well without letting anyone know, giving anyone a nod, know, just be like a nice person. And they've just pulled it. So if it's in buybacks, you can't get it back. So I've got. I've got it. I've got something for Tony. It's not not a drama, but there was a bundle I wanted to rebuy because it's a an OG backer Aurora. So I wanted to buy this this pack because it was a like a an old old pledge for the Aurora. And obviously it's in the sunset period now. So I wanted to get it back before obviously October. I think it was that it goes by now. I can't get it back because it contains Quadrant 42. yeah, I feel like they could have. Even if they gave like people a day and they said, look, sorry for the last bit. We're going to be ripping squadron 42 out of our backs. But there was no warning. It was just done. I found out through pipeline of all places to find out information from as well. I found out via pipeline. ⁓ But yeah. But what you guys takes on it. GFA, I've talked enough already. I'll let you go next. I think from what I've seen on it. When you highlight over that, I'm literally looking at it now just for reference. So when you try and buy a pledge back that has squadron or potentially other things, but I think mostly is squadron. It just says it includes a physical item. This one says it includes physical items that are no longer dash. was a special discounted or limited offer available. I don't know what that message actually means. Yeah. Cause it shouldn't say physical items, obviously. Yeah, but this does the package I'm looking at is just a Aurora LX anniversary. Unless that had some physical or stuff. Anyway, mean, in my my take is if it's because people have maybe purchased loads of you know what people do with the CCUs, right? They buy a hunt Pete does this by 50 cheap CCUs for $5 from this ship to a concept ship, it comes out the concept comes out. It jumps up in value by 200 bucks. And then you've got something you've paid $5 for that you can then resell, right? That's like an entire CCU thing that happens in the community. I guess they're worried about squadron having the same problem with like packages of people trying to like scout them and sell them cheap or cheaper. And obviously for CIG squadron is going to be like a huge income. It's going to be a very important launch of where they need that money to continue the progress for. future squadron chapters and hopefully the assistant universe and the P.U. Right. That money is going to be put straight back into more South citizen development. So I think they want to make sure that they are in control of the squadron 42 sales where they haven't really been in total control of the ship sales in the past to an extent because people have been able to cheese the system and sell it for you know, may basically make profit on selling ships. So I think that's why they're doing it. I agree though with you CJ. They should have announced that they're going to do it. But equally, if their reasoning is what I just suggested it was, then that might be the reason why they didn't. Yeah. Because then people would be like quickly buy 500 copies now before it comes out of our buybacks. If they have it in their buyback. But they're not going to retail 500 copies if they gave them people like a week, right? And they say, right in a week, all your buybacks for Squadron 42 are going to go. People can buy them all at their buybacks. You're going to get all that money. And then after that week, people like won't be out. They won't be able to ship all of those like content. Cheater, won't it? It'd be cheaper. Yeah. But like, why couldn't they have just done it? So if you bought Squadron 42 from your buybacks, it was ungiftable. I just think I just think if you have a copy of Squadron 42 already, then you shouldn't be able to buy it from your buybacks. If you don't have a copy on your account right now, you should be able to do a buy back to squadron that you've already owned. That should still be a thing. technically you've already purchased it at some point. Exactly. But if you already have a valid copy of squadron of which you only need one on your account, then you shouldn't be able to just rebuy all your squadron packages because what's the point other than to try and resell them. So yeah, I don't know. Or even if they just limited it to one, you could only rebuy one of those back from your buybacks. Yeah, I mean, the news is The good news is it does sound like there's progression as in like we are going to get squadron this year because why would they be doing this now if it wasn't going to be this year? They deleted they deleted the purchase for squadron 42 like over two years ago. So like using that as an aiming marker isn't really true. Yeah. But like like Ruben says what if it's tied to a bundle? In my eyes, the bundle I had was a cool bundle. was an OG Aurora pledge that I wanted before the sunset period. think you should be able to get it back, but just without Squadron 42 in it. just take Squadron out of the package. Yeah, Yeah. And that's absolutely fine. But why can't they have just made it non-giftable? Whether you buy it back with cash or store credit, just make it non-giftable. if it's something that they... So this is... It's not because they want the money from the Squadron sales. It's they want to kill the grey market. Yeah. Slowly and slowly, they're going to start doing things to kill the grey market because they don't like it. And we saw in the statement that was put out about it was they specifically mentioned gray market because that's what people do. Right. That's what people they buy CCUs, they're gapping price. Hence one dark with his whole BCCUs. And then people just go on now and just sell them on the gray market and make money. Like if they don't want people to use the gray market, just make things un-giftable or giftable within like serious constraints like no squadron pledge. a certain price value because obviously it's it's the gray markets capped out at like basically things and things are K in value because anything highland that's un-giftable you have to then sell your account. Just make that one K giftable limit like down. Yeah. Bring it down. It doesn't need to be like that if they want to and people are to hate hate people like me for saying that because this is how some people make money. Like There's things that, yeah, you can't stop people from gifting because like, my mate wants to play the game. I'm just going to gift him a game package. But maybe make things giftable at the point of purchase rather than giftable from your hanger. And that way, grey market overnight is gone. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That way, grey market overnight is gone or like a 24 hour like window on it or something to gift. But like, I just don't think, I don't think this is the way. I think it was too quick. That's what I think's happened. think someone somewhere has gone, hey, by the way, this timeline now exists. Yeah, we're to start our marketing campaign soon. This needs to end now. And they're like, how do we do that? We do this. If I could change one thing, genuinely, if I could change one thing about CIG overnight is communication. Communication about things like communication about the bugs that are in game, money-duping glitches, right? They keep wiping everyone's accounts or whatever, but the same duplication bugs are still in the game. The game's fraught with bugs anyway, and it's at the minute. I've been playing Star Citizen quite a lot in the last sort of week or so, and every game session has had someone in the group just end out or rage because of a game breaking bug. Like, we can't go a game session without someone falling through the ship or someone's whole ship becoming like completely phased. And as soon as you get out of a seat, you just fall through it. or Spectre, our resident photo guy, ⁓ had any posted on social media and he grinded for like a week and he was doing the whole thing where everything lives in his ship. He just had that one ship active the whole time and a 30k lost it all. 30k's aren't supposed to be a thing. That's what they said. This is why they did everything. It's not supposed to be a thing and he still lost it. So I just feel like, see, they just need more communication. Like this should have been communicated beforehand and said, right. I do think it was a conscious decision to not communicate it. think, as I said, I think they know that people would rush to do whatever they whatever they do on the gray market, because it's not really saying that I get involved with. do the CCU game, but for my personal gain, just to save money on my own investments. I don't bother with the whole buy loads of CCUs and then make money by selling them again. I think it's a great idea. If I had the disposable income to spend three hundred quid on life, ten or twenty. cheaper to use that a 30 quid to sell them for like 200 later on. Fine, go for it. But I just don't. So I don't like doing it. But I don't agree with the gray market in any game, not just our citizen. I hate it with like Jordans. I try and buy shoes and there's all scalpers that will buy them and resell them. there's that this kind of marketplace exists in pretty much every industry there is. I hate it. So I'm all for CIG to nerf and get rid of the gray market as much as they can. But I agree with you. Maybe it's not the right way to do it. But then to give communication, man, you know, you just know the people that take it seriously and that like live and breathe doing gray market sales will jump at the chance to make sure they can get everything in place before it goes. they if they've got 24 hours, they're spending that 24 hours doing everything to secure getting everything sorted before the time comes. And so I do want to stop it. So I guess the only way to stop it is to pull the bandage off before anyone knows it's happening. Because if you if you're warned, you can plan. But if not, you're kind of just stuck with whatever you've got. So whilst I know people don't like it with this kind of stuff, if it was purely to stop the gray market, I think they're bang on the money. I think they did the right thing because if your problem if your problem is from a gray market point of view, like tough luck. Right. But if it's from a point of view of I have something in my buybacks that I really want and now I can't get it, that does suck. And I feel sorry for those people. And those people should have a direct line at CIG to communicate with them and say, Hey, look, I've got this package. I really want to buy it for myself. I was going to buy ages ago. Can I just rebuy this one? It's a, I don't see why they shouldn't allow that personally. think the statement they put out, if I remember reading it said that The whole buyback facility anyway was only supposed to be a temporary thing. ⁓ While it was in development, so it was always going to go like it wasn't going to exist forever. I was thinking this quite early on when I started playing of how long are they going to allow us to do this? Because at the moment you can sweep and swap and trade ships in and out quite easily. How long is that going to continue? And saying that it was never going to last forever. I don't know. I think I'm a bit on the fence here with it. I do think it needed to happen, but ultimately I'm probably more in the glass half full side of this thing happening because of the fact that I'm like, this must mean this quadrant is coming. I'm not, I'm not bothered. I say that they've done it. I understand buyback should go. I hate the buyback system. Anyway, like you said, people can just buy ship, sell it, and then like pull it back whenever they want. ⁓ Cool. ⁓ Get rid of it. That's not a thing, but communicate it. ⁓ Say it's going to go forward of this date or make it so things are not giftable when you re-buy it back, whether you buy it back for real money or store credit, just make it non-giftable. Yeah, that's the way to do it. Because you go through the whole buyback system now and you go melt something. It says, ⁓ when you melt this, there's a chance that you may not be able to get it back, depending on applicability. ⁓ at that time kind of thing. And then when you go to rebuy it back, it covered it is I did the research and the problem is the words point towards you being able to do it. And now they've obviously they've changed it all. So you can't do it. So like really poorly worded. I just purely think that if they're going to do anything, they need to they need to be vocal about it and speak. because they have, they have texts written on the website. There are words written on the website that says that you can, you can buy it back at a later date if applicable, which squadrons was applicable to be bought back, but they changed it last minute. So I don't know. I think it's just like a, I don't know, like the morality of it. Just. It feels underhanded. It feels underhanded. Doesn't it? It feels like marketing have gone, Oh, you know where we're going to lose money here. Change this. And you know, I've had it out for the marketing team for the last year and a bit. The marketing team is just the worst. And they're not, take this a pinch of salt, but they're just like the evil of the evil because they're controlling the game. They're doing things, evidence with a patch bundle, which we're to go into in a minute. And yeah, I hate the marketing. I don't hate the marketing team. Don't take it seriously. But I do just genuinely feel like it's something that someone's going, oh, You realize we can make more money if we do this. Yeah, BizPaint's coming back from Rubin. completely. It's literally that. Reselling all of the patch bundles at the end of the year or the in case you missed it sales. But it's just the FOMO of things. the problem of any marketing department, to be fair. Like, I don't think there's many marketing departments that don't come across as ⁓ not, don't know. the word malicious is not right. Predatory. Predatory is there that's a better word There's not really many mark marketing by by definition is kind of predatory because you're trying to get people to spend money That's the that is the purpose of it. So it's a it's a tough line to walk the problem. They've got a CRG is Because the product is such a but like scuffed product at the moment Our citizen is such a broken project even now. It's much better than it was now obviously But you go and play it for like an hour and you're like God is one kid It's a it's a it's a it's a grind, right? Like it's not a grind because you're grinding up gameplay, you're grinding out bugs and stuff. Right. It's a tech demo. So I think because it's that level of like I could play any other game and get a lot more enjoyment right now because we're not in a fully polished product. Having a predatory marketing approach is a bit more grating on your community. ⁓ And when you see these videos and they like these really cool cinematic videos of like an Idris and a Polaris and a Perseus together against the Vanduul fighting, but they did the Perseus trailer and stuff. And you see everyone, all the people sitting at their tables eating dinner and then they run and they're sliding down ladders, getting into their targets. It's like maybe 25 % of that video is accurate or true or actually that you can do in the game. And the rest of it is just fluff, which is great. It's cool to have cinematic videos. I love them, but You can't then say play now afterwards, which is what this says at the end of all these trailers. So it is a little bit like, yeah, it's predatory, right? It's trying to get people to spend money on stuff that isn't necessarily a reality. think Easton's raised a really interesting point in chat saying we're getting to a stage now that, hold on, we are getting to a stage now that bought ships aren't as good as the ones you can unlock in through certain mechanics. Really interesting time to be a backer. Thank you, Law Accurate, Eason Voice. But yeah, so it's going to be really interesting because it's like segue here into things like insurances. Thanks. Things like insurances and the way that ships come originally will be like tier one or zero or whatever they call it, isn't it? And you are going to be able to upgrade your ship to like two and three or four, whatever you're going to be. So therefore it's like, yeah, sure. having something on the store is going to be great, but ultimately it's not going to be as good as somebody could potentially make in game. It'll just be the fact that it will still be there if it blows up. That's, that's the convenient part of it. So I'm, I don't quite know how they're going to do it. And honestly, I haven't tried thinking too hard into it because I'm probably going to be so off the mark, but like of how it's going to look with the way you buy ships and the hanger and everything else when 1.0 comes around. Like, like Ruben said, I've been taking a really long hard look at my fleet recently. do I need? Because at the moment I've got Raylan, Hulby, and something else that all fill the same category. And I'm like, at some point, one of them has to go, because I don't want all three. I want one in that category, one in that category. I want a Phil. I want Phil. Where is Phil? I love Phil. Next week, this is not a concierge challenge for us, but when Pete's back and there's all four of us on the pod next time, should we do an episode where we just go for our own personal fleets and explain why we've got the ships we've got? Not as a concierge challenge, just like these are our fleets and this is why we picked these ships. Obviously Drake, Drake, obviously CJ, from a front-end slip. Obviously CJ will be all Drake ships, right? It'd be like, Drake-ly. You'll be surprised. 25 ironclads. You watch him have an 890 jump and he's like, don't look at that. Don't look at that. Don't look look at that. This is a really disturbing part of my life. Don't judge. No, I mean, I don't have, I don't own any corsairs, not corsairs, cutlasses. I don't own a corsair. I don't own a catapult. So yeah, My drake, my fleet isn't as drake as you think. I'd be up for it. Hell yeah. That'd be really cool. I mean, I don't think we have enough time in an hour's session, but We might have to compress it and speed through it. 15 minutes each. 15 minutes each to discuss, 5-10 minutes to say the ships and a rough reason why, 5 minutes for the other three to absolutely bash us for it and then we move on to the next week. Love it. Yeah. Goodness is like how can a Drake fan not own a Cutlass Black? It's because of the point that Eason made, anyone can go into contested zones and just get given a Cutlass Black. So at that point, what's the point? Why am I going to go and why they made this whole event and it was, ⁓ get this so you can get F7A. You'll only ever be able to do it once. Just go to the contested zones. It's the same one. So if you don't get yourself a cut this black, there's a high chance you get an F7A. And then there's a Sulin in there as well. So why would you buy Sulin? that's the booby prize. There's an FHC and there's a Corsair in there. there's like, yeah, all of these ships that you can get from doing game content that probably takes you maybe about two, three hours to do. And and it just and you get it. So what's the point of owning these things? Like, I don't know. ⁓ Well, you can buy the ships in game like the purchasable ships have always been early access and to skip the gameplay, which is and LTI, right? They're they're they're the main reason. Thank you, Gridimus. They're the main reasons people will will basically buy ships instead of just earn them in game because they're lazy. But ⁓ that's how it should be. You all of the ships should be earnable in game one way or another. And the best versions of the ship should be only in only available in game. And that's kind of what we are getting with crafting and stuff. The base ship is the worst ship. And then you have to craft components to make your ship better, to level it up, essentially by putting better stuff on it. What you get out of the box when you buy it on the RSI site will not be the best version of that ship or what it can be. And that's perfect. That's how that's kind I'm happy with that, because if I've grinded my butt off to make the best components for my F7A, If I have a similar skilled, similar, similarly skilled pilot that I'm fighting against and they're F7A that I've just bought off the store, I'll smash into pieces. Obviously if they're a better pilot than me, it's irrelevant, but that's how it should be. So I am glad that that's the way we are leaning now with crafting. It kind of makes me feel better with the whole pay to win aspect because it really isn't. It's basically pay to skip a little bit. Yeah. That's all it is. It's paid. It's paid to fast forward a bit, but even then. We'll all be starting out with roughly the same amount of credits unless someone's entire concierge has been buying UEC packages. If someone's like, yeah, I've got the FHC. What from buying UEC ready for 1.0? Like, ⁓ my word. Jesus Christ. think ⁓ AppleCrow and Alphard are now pretty sure it's AppleCrow. Someone has ⁓ straight up a mil ⁓ UEC on their account. So at the start of the patch, they're a millionaire straight up. ⁓ I've ⁓ got a pioneer, but if I take off in that and land, I won't be able to pay the fuel bills. You're broke. I'm broke straight from the off. it's, ⁓ yeah. Mad. Five levels. Thank you, Jai Da. I think that's something like, I'm going to start, I seriously need to consider because I've got X amount of vehicles in my fleet and not, not many of them do the same thing. I've got, I've really thought about mine really, really well. And it kind of does. starter, so entry level to every career and then late game for every career. But in the middle, I kind of have to earn my own way and then progress that way. And you'll see if we do go for our fleets, mine is quite methodical and laid out, I think. that's why I think it'd a fun video if you do it for sure. Yeah, I agree. I'm also at the point now where I can just spawn in Pyro at the start of 1.0, run around all the contested zones, get all the cards. Before anyone's even got to the exact hangars, pull a ship and I could have an F7A, Mark II, stealth loadout. So probably one of the most met ships in the game. And I've got grade A comps that they remove from the general purchase pool. I've got grade A stealth. And then if I go and do another one and get grade A military, then I've completed the game at that point. What's the point? Because I'm just going to go and dupe it using the same bugs that are still in the game. And I've... Every ship's got grade A stealth or military components. Well, that will be, that'll be patched, right? Will it? Yeah. The same, there's a juping bug that's been in the game since like 3.19. There'll be a reason they haven't fixed it. Yeah. in it's just not worth the time or it's part of a system that's getting rebuilt entirely anyway. So why waste the time? We'll be what it will be. But how hard is it just to fix a little bug? I don't know. I actually don't know any bugs. don't know a single juping bug. I don't know how it works. I've never done one, but genuinely true. now is not the time to explain it on the QG podcast. There's a reason I'm not saying what it is. don't want people to know. Let me turn to the whiteboard for a moment. Anyway, so the first step is... This is not a moral high ground thing, by the way. If I knew how to do it, I probably would have done it at some point. I've never done it. I've never seeked it out. I don't know, but... I'm sure whatever it is is tied to a system that is going to be rebuilt, redesigned, or is being worked on with some new code and tech. Why go and try and patch that bug if you know it's being rebuilt? Like it's taking resource away from something else. Like the transport system, something like that. There'll be a reason they haven't patch it, especially if they know about it or they just can't get around it right now because of XYZ. But it's usually that's the reason. Like they don't leave stuff on purpose. Like no one at CIG seeing a bug and going, ha! That bug, I'm not doing anything about that. But they are. There's there's there's a reason for it to be left. So by the time it comes out, that will hopefully not be a thing. But another one will appear. Undoubtedly, you have enough players playing a game. You have enough people trying to find ways to break the game or cheese it. There will be a new juping bug on one point. 100 percent. There's no way they can catch them all. about Catch-Em-All. Do we want to go on to the next subject? is, so I'm going to get up here real quick. STDs in game when? What? The patch bundle. And the reason I said Catch-Em-All is because this is the patch. This is the armor set that they should have released into the game. So it was in the game, game files. They were like, ⁓ yeah, where's this hidden, this hidden ⁓ armor set? It's from the Munda set that you can get all the different types from using the new the new gameplay. So now you can just buy it ⁓ and you've you've got this. ⁓ Armour set that's that's tied to an event in your account straight away. ⁓ And I'll buy it. I'll buy it. I like it. I like I like red and black. Red and black is quite nice sort of like theme. ⁓ But yeah, this is I'll see the this month's patch bundle. It's got the the three sniper rifle with the Munda's ⁓ armour set. with the is it the wolf or the alpha wolf? Alpha wolf. The alpha wolf skiff. Is it both? think I ⁓ have a few. ⁓ it's the alpha wolf because it's got the fins on the back. But I don't know if it can fit on both. anyone in chat knows, will it go on the wolf and the alpha wolf? I can tell you, that's one ship that I've definitely not flown. Dude, you're missing out. It's a ship. Yeah, are. It's great ship. Drake Buccaneer bodies it every day. ⁓ But anyway, yeah, so this is obviously the latest marketing thing is they've said, ⁓ make these armor sets. So don't release one and we'll sell it instead. But it's not bad. It looks quite nice. I like to think that it like there are better looking ones that you can get through Rockbreaker. It was the same with like the Palatino armor, for example. Yeah. They sold a couple of them. And one was like a camo one, one was that black and gold one. They love black and gold. I love black and gold, but they love black and gold. And it's like, it's nice. But I really want the one from like collecting the Yomandi eyes and crafting and doing X, and Z. Hopefully it's not, we've released the best one for you to buy and you can get some slightly shitter ones. Yeah, which is kind of what they've done before. Yeah. I hope they've learned their lesson from it and I have a feeling and I think there is better versions of this armor that are available through doing Dropbreaker. Yeah. Yeah. Do you have any points? you have any? No, I haven't bought, I haven't bought a patch bundle ever. Not one. It's just not, it's just, yeah, it's just not my thing, man. I like, I like earning the armor in the game. I've the only thing I spent money on is just generally like ships and paints. I've bought a few paints. Yeah, I haven't bought a patch bundle. just it's not my bag. I just earned the stuff in game. It's just the skin at the end of the day. like I like I do know what it is with me. If I see someone in a piece of armor that looks really sick, I'm like, oh, that's so cool. How did they get that? If the answer is they just bought it, I'm like, well, now it's no longer cool. It just then you take them down. Nick their stuff and you run off for me that is but if I see someone a bit of armor like the pyro boss armor the pyro wherever it is that you get from one of the contested zones which is the armor that I religiously wear at the moment just because I really like it when I first saw that I was like that is so cool how did that person get that armor and then I spoke to my buddy was like ⁓ you have to beat the boss and you get it loot off of the boss in I think it's in a bit true maybe I remember which one it was now Anyway, you kill him, your pyro wrap armor. And it was so cool. So we ran contested zones for like a few hours and then I got the armor and I like, I felt like I earned it. So now it's like, that's cool. And I earned it. didn't just buy it. So yeah, that's, that's why I don't buy patch bundles. That very long answer to that question. think like adding, adding to that as well, it was the same with the Palatino armor where you could find them, but you had to go to the like spicier. ⁓ distribution centers like search for it there was always other players there that you were fighting and it became more of a like a search and destroy almost. It's like a badge of honor, like a reward. you see someone in it, like, you've earned that. I used to love getting to the distribution centers. There was so many just dead bodies of people that obviously found it, put it on their legs and gone, ⁓ F4. Yeah, back. Okay, I'm on to the next one. I remember running a lot with someone. It's like they're all mishmash like orange and blue and red and other arms and I was like, Christ. But yeah, no, I think, is there much more to say? Because I was going to say was going to say something. was cool. That'd be good. There's a podcast. Give me a sec. audio listeners right now are sitting on the edge of their seats. And I was going to say something and it was going to be so good. And I was so excited about it. No, we're talking about the economy and it being a player driven universe was the other thing we were going to discuss. I think this is definitely something we've spoken about before and something I am incredibly excited about. know GFA you've said before about wanting to have like a store that sells the best pistols, for example, other things like this. I love the way that it's going to really tie everything together. And they were speaking about it in the ISC, was it? I never know what the abbreviation is for the different ones they do. ISC is Inside Star Citizen, then is SCL, which is Star Citizen Live. I believe it was SCL. It was an SCL, yes. Where they talked about it and that they're really focused on it. That was the other thing I was going to speak about was the fact that they are actively, for listeners, a light bulb literally went off above my head right then. And the thought I had previously came back, which for someone with ADHD doesn't normally happen. need a ding sound effect. This is, this is the best I've got. And it's back. ⁓ That was it. They talked about the fact that they are actively working on social tools. That was the thing I wanted to discuss. And that is the thing as well as the connected universe, social tools needs to exist first for the. That's a dog. I know. Okay. We're, working on it. All right. Look, just the budget can only go so far. Okay. We're to get sound effects next time. Bro, that ain't no day. That's a dog. But social tools has to exist for the connected universe and player driven economy to even work. You need to know who's who, you need to have privileges and permissions for your friends to come onto your base and collect things. So for that, parties need to work, orgs need to work, alliances need to work. None of that exists at the moment, at least not in a way that works. Social tools for me, I remember seeing that sitcom and being like, please, please. It's going to change so much. Yeah. The communication they mentioned that obviously is talking about the things that are found like the foundation and the fundamental parts of the social tools. So it's not just the things like the the new parts of the Moby glass where we're to have the organization stuff. And then also we're going to have the the general like party invite system, hopefully an org bank as well. A rep system or stuff like that. But it's also like VoIP and VoIP, which they want to get working because that is So important. Yeah. The amount of times that I did a whole video on this, we were trying to be pirates where we would hail our target and be like, man, pull over, see, we're going to take all your stuff. And we hail people. And then occasionally you get like the random person whose camera comes up and they're they're like right there. They aren't they aren't to the camera. It's like this. But it's like it's just their mask and they're like. for all your listeners, I zoomed right into my bald forehead whilst I did that. ⁓ But it was basically, it's that and then they don't say anything back and you're like, Hey, pull over and they just don't say anything. then that's, that's kind of, probably can't hear you or they are on foot or you're on foot and you're trying to, you're trying to pirate someone and they just can't hear you saying anything to them. So then you have to go in global chat and go, Hey, guy in the white suit standing at the terminal on pyro one turn around. It's like, We need local chat and we need to get robbed. Yeah. So that is going to be a huge part before a game that is an MMO, which is essentially what they're going for having proper communication, like local communication is so important both by text and by VoIP. So I'm really excited to see that. I think that's going to open up so many gameplay opportunities for people that like to make their own fun in this like sandbox environment in the game. I mean, one person, for example, that's huge on it's like Kyosa. you watch any of his stuff, it's just, it's so much fun and I'd love to do more stuff like that. And ⁓ for me, for example, like I'd love to be able to set up a bar somewhere, or I'd love to just as a one-off idea, go and sit and stand behind a bar in one of the local areas and be like, hey fella, how you doing? Come on over, grab a drink now. What's been going on? You know, and just, just, just start chatting to people. were you doing? Yeah. For audio Cleaning a glass. Cleaning a glass. I wasn't like, hey fella. who is? Polishing the tip. Come over here. Come over here. Your tip's looking rusty. Swanky was just doing a hand gesture of giving a reach around to an elf. I was cleaning a glass. What rating do we have on Spotify, actually? We're not going to miss it. I had to cut out so many swear words last week's episode. On Twitch, anything goes, but on Spotify, we are officially a non-explicit podcast. I had to go through and cut all the swear words out. was cleaning. Which. OK, well, before we die. I was cleaning a glass anyway. So I'd love to do stuff like that. Like when I play when I play Rust, for example, occasionally I'll do it and I'll play the gremlin and I'll just sneak up to people's faces. Please Please give brothers some scraps. Yeah, and just wiggle my way around all these bases interacting with them just be something different ⁓ in our graders. For example, I'd be like, a jolly good show chips forward to the front line. Let's kill those Jerry's boss bosses. Sorry, the boss. Yes. The. Have you ever played? know we played it briefly together. I know if you've played it since Foxhole. Yeah, that is like. the epitome of the best voice I've seen in a big MMO like that. Hundreds of people just screaming like, MEDIC! It's just the funniest thing. Yeah. It's great, man. My other favorite one for that is a game called Repo. Repo's Playing Repo, I had an incredible moment playing it with some friends a couple of weeks ago. We three friends that had never played it before. And so we go into a room, we see something on other end, load of us stuck under the table. And one guy goes, hey, where'd you go? ⁓ my God. But it's like, ⁓ As he then runs off into the distance and a few minutes later we hear, It's just like, that's what you need. creates those unique moments you can't get from pre-scripted things. You know, you need it for it to be real living for the characters to talk, speak and interact. Yeah. Agreed. That's what it is, right? It's all really fun when things are immersive. Do what else is immersive? A pleasure of an economy. NordVPN. sorry. Wrong plug, man. Wrong plug. But yeah, I think we should bring it back on to the premise of the episode. So yeah, we've got things like future plans, including utilizing existing trade centers where players can list items from their local inventory on like a local net for prices that they choose. basically an actual, finally a marketplace to sell items in game. So we can no longer have to use like online websites to go and do that. That would just be a part of the in-game store. My question is always how does it then get transferred to the player? So I think what it hopefully will be will be that you go and drop off this item to this location to be able to list it to sell like an inventory at the at the marketplace. And then when a player another player buys it, they come and pick it up and they have that it's just in their freight elevator at that location. It's probably the best way to do it. If you leave it to players to deliver cargo through that system specifically, like if you want to arrange your own sale over like private chat, fine. Then you can do the immersive, immersive gameplay of meeting up and having a box. And it's like a bit of a standoff, like, me the money, show me the goods. But for the normal marketplace, it has to be a location. You drop the stuff off and then the AI of the game transfers to the other person's cargo can set place. Otherwise, you can you're going to get into this gray area of. This person tried to sell me something, but they actually scammed me and I didn't get this item. Let me raise a complaint about them. And CIG will be inundated with tickets about people scamming them on the trading system. I think we should have, so I don't know you've ever played, don't know what the other MMOs are like, but ⁓ Elder Scrolls Online, ⁓ you have like a guild ⁓ store, but you had to go to preset locations. And the store manager was like an NPC. So it could be done in Star Citizen as an NPC, or you just got to a terminal in a set location and then it comes up in the elevator and you buy things. don't think there'll be a, I don't think there needs to be like a player and player presence to be able to do certain trading. The only reason I say that is because at the minute, the way the servers work, So like if you advertise something to sell, you only advertise an up to the 600 player cap of that server. Whereas if you did it another way where you could buy things virtually effectively off of like the Moby glass fire, like a marketplace app, and then you just have to go to a set location to pick it up. That could be done cross server. So like one person on an EU, EU West one, and then the buyer can just randomly buy it off of a marketplace like site on in the Moby glass. ⁓ or in a city or something, if you can access a kiosk in the cities. Like, you know, you go to the trade, the TDDs, and they've got the stock market tickers all over the wall and stuff like that. But if that's displayed real data, ⁓ and you could buy things there and then go pick it up at a set location, or it's it's mailed to you or something, I wouldn't be that bothered. I don't think we need that whole immersiveness thing. It'd be cool. But then that's what like the bunny merchant and the crack and then the crack privateer and all that sort of stuff is gameplay for. Yeah, players will want to have their own stores like on a natural local thing where they can transfer money and give goods, right? So there'll be an element of the game that have to allow that. But I think my point was you the inventory has to be wherever the wherever you're going to be selling from. So if you want to sell from your local homes, that's fine. But maybe there has to be some sort of a connection. I think Easton said it in chat. And off the back of what Gridimus said as well about this exact thing we're talking about now of if the if we're to have this big marketplace then isn't having our own shop just rendered a moot point, because why would you ever go to a player shop if you can just go to these in-game vendors? But Ethan raised a good point. If you just had like an in-game vendor or a terminal at your homestead that linked to your inventory and they could buy it from there, that would kind of work. ⁓ It would just be good if you had a difference of you could have limited items at your homestead that use this in-game vendor. And then you could also have like a marketplace that maybe you fly over and you drop certain stuff to to be able to then trade with with other players as well. They can go to that location. Yeah, I think it's a tough one because whatever way they do it, it's got to serve the immersive gameplay of having your own store, but also it's got to serve the easeability of players being able to buy from your store. Yeah, I agree. One thing to go on off of that was like in ESO, there's set in every corner of the realm. There's a set amount of shops that you could basically buy and you basically rent the space as an org to sell things. So like in, for example, Checkmate Station, ⁓ there'll be three or four locations that orgs have to buy physically to be able to like retail there. ⁓ And then I think I suppose that might be a trade off because you pay money as a seller to retail at that location. So it should give people the luxury of being able to do it in a safe environment. Whereas the people that don't pay for that luxury, then they have to go and do player to player trading, like on ships and on locations and stuff like that. As an individual, you would sell to another individual on a ship and then that you could get robbed. That could happen. Whereas if you've paid for the luxury of being located and having a store set up in a city, then I think that you should definitely have that luxury of it being safer. yeah. Safe for, but then the, prices might be different because of the fact that the August had to pay for the space. So maybe their price. Yeah. Maybe those prices are ⁓ higher. So yeah, sure. Maybe you can get it cheaper, but there's a risk that comes with it of essentially getting pirated by CJ. Yeah. Yeah. Even if it's certain like vendors in a city, it's safe, but like you could have vendors at Breo's Breaker Yard and you could sell there and it can be robbed ⁓ or a random place on Bloom, like a little outpost, a trader's outpost or something. And it's got like 10 traders from guilds around the verse in every server, like a cross server thing. But you can get robbed if you buy things from there or something. But however they do it, they need a safe way of doing it, but it more. ⁓ or a risky way of doing it. There needs to be some trade-offs, some options and trade-offs for those options. Like, Gridmas said something which I really like, which kind of leads into this player-driven economy and universe of maybe you can buy things, but they need to be shipped and players can accept contracts to pick up stuff and deliver that another player has bought. I really hope this is a thing. I know they've spoken about it before, but I'd love the idea that I'm like, right, I've got all this, someone's after it. I'll create a contract for someone to come and pick it up. Another player comes in with their whole B. You help them load it up. they take it off to complete your contract and your thing that you set out to fill for someone else. You know, ⁓ that's where reputation will have to come in though. You you're not going to hire a, you're not going to hire CJ Radley to take this somewhere because it'll never get there, but you might hire GFA who has five stars and is very reputable and don't act shocked. great acting by the way. ⁓ You know, I really hope that's the case because that would just bring it so much more to life. So much more. I think it'd be difficult to track, like if a delivery gets done ⁓ because, ⁓ items are bricked until delivered. I think it was resolved theft. Yeah, possibly. But I think theft maybe should still be a thing. Like if you're a professional delivery driver or a cargo runner, you either have a gunner on your ship that can help protect or you have a, if it's illicit cargo or it's in a dangerous place, like if your delivery location is pyro, You should probably have a couple of fighters with you. If you're going to Stanton, then you probably okay just with a gun or just in case of like NPC pirates. But I think it should be theftable. Wrong word, not even a word. But I think the real problem for CIG to track it is like theftable is how they would track the person that picks up the cargo delivering it. And then the person the other end would have to say, yes, I got it. Because otherwise it would be like, ⁓ I ordered this and it never arrived. Like how it all gets tracked in the system. It'd be a little bit complicated, but I think it's doable. So I would love to see that personally. I think that'd be a really important part of gameplay. feel like maybe it would be a case of like, you create the mission, the other person accepts the mission for like the amount of materials. So then you're connected here. When you completed your multi stage missions, when you've completed your part that updates right now, you need to look for a delivery person. You set up for delivery person that delivery person accepts. They're now the third person in the middle of this. They complete their end of it and then everything completes for all three. Like when the final section is done, you know, so it links the three players together. It's doable. Yeah. Even even what you just described there is like that's a lot of things to go wrong. Yeah. in a game like Star Citizen that has a billion other things being calculated at once. So it's it's a complicated way to build it. But I believe they can do it. I just I wouldn't be certain it's coming as soon as the rest of it. But I would hope we see it for sure. Yeah. Which actually brings us on to MPC versus player markets, which is something else they spoke about. So there are going to be MPC shops still like there are now, and they will eventually sell. materials with varying qualities because they don't at the moment. So you will be able to find certain NPC vendors that will sell higher quality goods. However, the idea is that the best deals and the highest quality items are intended to come from player to player trading still. So if you want that level 999, whatever ⁓ you will almost certainly, unless you're very lucky and find an NPC that's got that, have to do that with other players. And I like that. I think it's a very good idea. And the player driven economy is the most important part of the game, in my opinion, because I think it drives everything. It drives demand, it drives supply, it drives combat, it drives all conflict. Purpose, isn't it? Yeah, it drives so much. But they do have to track everything that flows between players and the prices that being paid. And is there inflation? there are people trying to sell something at a higher price to boost the market value of it up? there's you could really like if you know how trading works and stocks work and you knew how to game the game, you could like break the economy. If it is truly player driven, you could really mess with it. And I want to I kind of want to see that. think that was going to say like you'd see a recession in place. They they they want quanta to be a big part of this right. So like ⁓ station and I mentioned checkmate again, because it's literally the only place in the verse that I know. But I think that like shops in the MPC shops in Checkmate should require X amount of materials per day for them to be able to output this thing at this price at this like ⁓ quality. If someone was disrupt that. So obviously there's going to be like missions to deliver X amount of this type of cargo to the station and there's going to be supply and demand between stations. If someone disrupts that, it should then cause certain things to not be able to be made at MPC shops. So someone blocks the standard pyro jump gate and then basically kills everything that comes through. Those resupplies for Checkmate Station aren't going to get there. So like the next day then certain things should be out of stock or not be purchasable or drive the price up or the quality has gone down ⁓ of said item or the durability, sorry, has gone down of said item. Because I understand we need MPC sellers still. But if they say that it's going to be player driven, how much like the NPC is going to sell for a prime example is like Tarkov. Someone worked out a way to they did it with one of the most pointless items in the game coming. was like one of the types of shot like 20 gauge shotgun shell or something like that. And they knew how to fluctuate the system. It's sell on higher average. So people were buying internally in the orgs at a much higher average price, which then drags the vendor price all the way up. And then they ended up keeping it really, really high, getting loads more and then dumping it back in. And they made tons of money off of how the vendor like selling works. So it's good. It's really, really careful system. ⁓ but I feel like NPCs should sell things either at a lower durability or at a lower than average. ⁓ do you know the stats? They should be red stats if you're buying it from an NPC. One of those high quality NPCs, which they're definitely going to put behind some stupid PvP like game mode and it's going to be a random like NPC in Rockbreaker that you've got to go and do this event for. Like the lighthouse in Tarkov. Yeah. But that should only be at a normal rarity level, like normal set zero like. no buffs, no debuffs. isn't it? It's just the standard. And that should be box standard because all of the things that go on top of that should be player driven. If they want a player driven economy, they need to make a reason for it to be a player driven economy. Whereas the things you buy normally are in comparison. It's like running free kits on on art graders. It should be like that. You can run free kits if you want or cheap kits, but you're at a detriment to people that are actually put time and effort in. Yeah, I mean, they have that is what they've said, right? Yeah. That's the point we're just talking about with the NPCs having worse stuff than what players would be selling. There is always going to be a reason to have a player driven economy. I just wonder how it's really truly going to impact the market value of stuff like if I. If there's an NPC ship, this is like pie in the sky, this is what we want to start it isn't to be in this one. We hope if there's a trader. on the way with a whole bunch of meds on their ship and NPC trade, I should say, or player. But in this example, NBC Trader with loads of meds on the way to, let's say, her L1 forest station, whatever it's called. Then they're going to deliver it to restock the infirmary there, which gives you med pens, yada yada yada. If you then pirate that or blow that up, there is a shortage of that supply at that station. Suddenly a mission pops up. We need med pens. Players need to jump in because someone is pirated this NPC player or the or you know, there's play this there's a pirate. This delivery all supplies getting to her. One, we need help. We need more things delivered here or we need something to get rid of this pirate. And that pirate could be a player, it could be an NPC, but hopefully it's a player. I want to have that direct impact on the supply and demand of materials at a station, a planetary landing pad, whatever. So that that will be the true part of a player driven economy where you can disrupt the supply line. It's like a it's like a key of war, right? You had it in World War Two, you had it in Vietnam, you had, you know, Johnson or whoever was bombing the Ho Chi Minh trail, like constantly trying to stop the supply of weapons and whatnot. Like, this is something that happens in in war, but also in in life with companies trying to disrupt the service line. That is what I really hope we see in Star Citizen of like, this org is relying on this place, or this space station, I want to stop anything going to that space station, I want them to starve in there. Like that's the level of like, hope that's what we can get to. I tell you what, like when it does get to that point, so you know, there was the whole like, bar court, Microtech, Hurston, Crusader, the competitions during like the, what was it? Supply or Die event. Now imagine that, but when it's actually a full blowing dynamic economy that's player driven. All of a sudden, then you've got, right, okay, so you need to allocate you guys to protect the space around it, to stop them cutting off our supplies, or we go cut off their supplies, because then we won't be able to refill our ammo, or maybe there's not going to be enough fuel. And then just it becomes really important. And then you're stocking up on things. And then that has a change on it. And then all of a sudden, you have month long wars between organizations and planetary corporations, where hundreds of thousands of players then have taken part in defending supply lanes and taking on stations and stuff like that. It can become epic proportions. And like you said before, this is like pie in the sky and kind of what we want the game to be. if it ever gets to that point, the thing I said before, there'd be so much purpose. There'd be so much need to jump, you know, I'll want to jump in the game. I'm like, well, I was defending a supply line last night. I want to know if it's still there. I'll jump back in. I'll make sure it's okay. Like I had a ping for the QD thing being like, Our base has been rumbled. We're out of ammo. Like, no, I, I, I can jump back in. Or or even it's like, you've got one part, you've got an org that relies on a couple of players that are their gameplay focuses. They've built factories that make weapons, ammo, whatever they make, they make ship weapons and those ship weapons are what they're relying on for their combat to restock their ships or whatever. You could then go, right, let's take some eclipses. Let's take some A2s. Let's take some whatever. Let's fly over there and let's, let's just. Decimate this person's base because that is that who that's who's making the weapons again It's that world war two level of thinking of like we need to disrupt the supply line But it doesn't have to be from a war standpoint. It can just be You are a pirate you've pirated a ship that was delivering this Commodity to this location this location now need that commodity and then suddenly mission pings up being players We now need meds to this station because someone's pirated the med run that we had But I wanted to be physicalized like what I actually want to see NPCs delivering cargo, they land, and then it gets into the inventory of that station. So you can stop that. I like a, Eason just said, what's the market for player trafficking going to be? I did have a theory at one point that the med gel they were talking about was going to be based on humans being ground down and turned into it. But yeah. they were like, okay, you just keep thinking what you're thinking and we'll carry on doing. was like, ⁓ so I've got something like, no, no, shut up. Jack. It's not in law, but it's not not in law. Yeah, they could they could neither confirm nor deny that the measure we use is not people. All right, let's just let's move on. on that note, yeah. So, I think that's that's the main three points they spoke about for player driven economy was was was that they know it's essential. Well, they know the social tools is a big part of it. And they know about the, you know, they talked about the NPC versus player markets. That was the main thing they spoke about from the economy. They obviously mentioned material quality, refining and inventory management and also like blueprints and crafting. Probably one more for next week we'll touch on because we're already at the hour mark. I'm going to say, yeah, my wife will execute me. Let's keep talking. Will it be live? ⁓ No, yeah. Would it be televised? yeah, I mean, I've got a good question for crafting, which I will hold on to until next week, because it's something that is actually quite exciting at the minute. It's been quite interesting to get on and have a look at some of the crafting based stuff and see where they're going in the future. Yeah. think it's going to be a... I think the future is looking bright. I think it's going to be a good back end of the year. Which leads us on to the very final point the eight the four point eight height that they spoke about which was mentioning the upcoming tactical strike groups Showcase for me or more importantly the ironclad will be coming in full point eight. I'm very excited for that. I don't own one and I really want to own one. You can fly one of mine one of I think it's gonna be great. I'm really really looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to the Tatsum Strike Groups I'm looking forward to the Ironclad. I'm looking forward to I mean, it's a free flight right now. I believe still Is it tomorrow is it the 20th of April the free-fly ends on the 29th, I can't quite remember I it's I've no idea. I'm gonna check quickly. So one of those two days. I'm gonna check give me 30 seconds ⁓ Yes, so there is a free flight currently on and then there's obviously straight after a free fly we've got another free fly right because we're going to have Invictus coming up yeah 20 something days i think 24 days i think until Olympics it's April 20th so it ends tomorrow the free fly the current one but yeah then we have the Invictus coming up Big month next month, Tattoo Strike Groups, Invictus. And then the following June, we've got Alien Week on the way. And I'm really hoping we see the Raylam. Me too. Me too. I've got it in my hanger. I tell you what, if it is everything that I hope it is, the whole B-Wolf to go. That's another question. I think that's probably a really good question that we talk about when it comes out. When we talk about our fleets next week. Yes. Whenever Pete's back, it might not be next week. It might be the week after. Next week or the week after, He's back next week. Perfect. Next week. Excuse me. He's so excited that he coughed up a I just flew into my mouth. Okay, Chaps, anything else before we rip it, he wrap up? No. Do you have, do you have your song on queue? I do. Hold on two seconds. need to this up. Right. So, so last week we, we went through one of one of GFA's and air quotes, he is AI generated and we will be using his voice with his voice, but we will be getting it redone with our real voices with our voices. It's something I'm super excited about. Because if I get an opportunity to do like a little drill solo, then I will. We need to do a barbershop quartet version as well. Yeah. But yeah, so GFO made two songs and we showed one last week and it's just so cringe, but so funny at the same time. But he was like, ⁓ I actually saved the worst one. Like it didn't show us it because he thought it was the worst one. Whereas the one you're going to listen to now is the better one. So if you're around last week, can expect better things than you got last week. Are you ready there? I'm just trying to get it to work. Coincidentally, he's not going to help. Bear with. We would. ⁓ I'm so excited for this. Can't wait for the QD Christmas special. We're going to start doing a Christmas jingle, know, got a UK top 40 or something like that. Yeah. But it'll be... It was genuinely so good. And we need to go... I reckon we go and get some creators on there. We get like Board Gamer to do a little ⁓ melody in the middle of it. And we just start getting some of the... Fat bird. Yeah, get fat bird in there. I reckon we got scope to get Jarrod and CR in there at some point down the line, but yeah, we'll see. Are we ready? Take it away. I didn't realize there's actually two. I can't remember which one I showed you guys. I think it's this one. We'll see now. All right, here we go. Pump up the jam. turn it up. Banger certified banger on on this have a look Now we stayed at the same viewership. I nearly played the other version which I thought the beat goes even harder I'm not gonna play this by the way. Just just listen to the ink Just listen to the intro of this other version it made this is eight minutes long Mate yeah, okay that's slaps feeling kind of lonely. So I fly away. That one's kind of nice. I want to use that we could do the both, right? Yeah. And then all the different versions of GFA we've got in that, we can use Swanky and his alter egos, just doing like different voices and sing along. I could have six versions of myself. had four versions of me doing a barbershop quartet. together. can do a rap battle against himself. I'm going to rap against myself. Do all the music yourself as well, but like in separate little bits, the guitar and there's a third. Yes, there is a third. It's eight minutes long. I'm not going to put anyone through that. We need to get, we need to get on this. It's so funny. and, and there's obviously Jayda pointed out one in chat, but it's not like a done thing. Not many people have, have And I know why, because it's cringe as fuck. But it would be quite funny. And especially if we put out ⁓ a Christmas episode. A Christmas special. Maybe do a Christmas challenge. Yeah. And we just get the community to come out with Christmas songs and we all get Christmas jingles on the go. ⁓ I'd be so up for that. A community written song where we record it live. Everyone adds lyrics. I'm so good. make it live on episode. it live on episode. yeah. Chat gets to decide lyrics and then we record it into a song. Yeah. That'd be good. The Quantum Dispatch and Community Christmas Special Star Citizen. Should we go for Christmas number one? I reckon we can do UK Top 40 Christmas songs. Yeah, UK Top 40 Christmas songs. We'll go for it. QD and crew. We've over all the chat as well. We still won't get on the creative program after doing that. Sorry, you're not good enough. Not yet. But yeah. After listening to it, they were just permanently barred. Yeah. So yeah, we get in DMCA strike. Right. I think to save me getting executed.
