Gillian Griffin: Hi, I'm Gigi. And this is Love Island Tea Time. My tea is scorching hot. Yours is cold. Marissa Castillo: And I'm Mimi. Love Valentine time. Ouch. Mine is iced. Gillian Griffin: Hilarious. Hilarious. Hilarious. I am really thrilled if this is truly the end of us talking about Finlay and Ellie, cause I'm over it. I'm over it. Marissa Castillo: Yeah, it's I mean it seems to be the end. Hopefully. But then there's some new drama that's obviously stirring up the villa, which is quite severe. Gillian Griffin: Truly? It's we will get to that on the back half. I can't even with them right now. so last night Finley laid in bed with frickin' Alicia, who still I just don't understand why this woman wants him to pick her so bad. There's so many other men in that house. Just like y you have a whole other man who had interest and was upset enough that you started crying when you realized that he was upset that you didn't pick him. So Why are you begging? Marissa Castillo: Right, it gives beg. It gives a it gives begging, it gives please pick me it I just did not like how she went how Alicia went about the whole situation the next day. It rubbed me the wrong way. Gillian Griffin: Yeah, the way she's talking about it. For sure. The way she's talking about it is just like, ugh. don't know how I feel about that. And she keeps being like, Do you really see you and Allie working on the outside? Yes. Why don't you want to spend more time getting to know me? He's like, because that would be a waste of my time. Whether or not he's telling the truth or whatever, because there are a lot of people walking around going, We think he really likes her, we think he really likes her, but that he's, you know, not really being true to the fact that he really likes this girl because he's trying to like. Marissa Castillo: Rude. Gillian Griffin: Quiet the drama and not be involved in so much drama. But I don't know, I think he does know that he wants Ellie, still think she's taken him back too easily. Marissa Castillo: Absolutely. A lot of people are outraged at her right now. Because sh because she was because of how she I think her reaction with Tommy really set the precedent of how people expected her to move with everyone. But we have to take into accountability the fact that she wasn't really that interested in Tommy as much as she was. Gillian Griffin: Really? Mm. Yeah. Marissa Castillo: with Finley. She also didn't sleep with Tommy, so Gillian Griffin: Yeah, I don't know. It's just really interesting that 'cause I mean she has yelled in that dressing room about him so many times and I'm just like, why can't you yell at him? And even when we get to the recoupling, he was like, I thought you were gonna give it to me harder, to be honest. And everyone was kinda like, Yeah, we thought you were gonna like roast him. And I think he he deserved more f fire. Like, she's saying that he's gonna have to work so hard, but it doesn't feel like it. It feels like it's just like, Okay, we're back together. You better be on your best behavior. The end. Marissa Castillo: Yeah. Yeah, I mean only time will tell. I guess we'll see how How she moves with him. But she was already like when he said, We're back, she was like, Okay, relax. So that kind of gave me an indication of like, okay, she's not gonna be too soft. But she did say she was also like he puts her in her soft girl era, so I don't know. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. Yeah. I really hope she dumps him at the nearest opportunity after leaving the villa. I really do. I just think he's gross. Like, he's being so odd. But also, where do these boys get off? They have no room to talk. Like Tommy, maybe. But like, they were literally the ones egging him on to get to know Alicia more. And now all of a sudden they're talking about him from ten feet away. I understand why he had Vim for them. And he was so annoyed. Because he's like, I can hear your whole conversation. Can hear it. Marissa Castillo: Yeah. Yeah, I think and not to defend him. I think his point with that might have been or their point was yes, you can explore but do it respectfully, and they realized he wasn't doing it respectfully. Or maybe they expected him to do it respectfully and he w obviously didn't. And so, you know, the boys were like, We defended you, you made us look like idiots. And now we're pissed. Gillian Griffin: Still, I think Aiden is the last room one who has room to talk. Samurage a little bit back and forth on him, but it was just like, where was all this for all the other mayhem that's been happening in the villa? There's been so much disrespect happening in the villa. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. I know. Gillian Griffin: Like what is going on? I feel like the only one who say what? I felt like the only one who was r Marissa Castillo: I think they Go ahead. I mean I think they my God. Gillian Griffin: It's the lag, it's the lag. Your Wi-Fi seems terrible where your dog's sitting. I'm just gonna say that. This is the most pixelated I've ever seen you. Marissa Castillo: Okay. Continue. I'm annoyed today. I'm so sorry. I'm so annoyed. I had such a bad day. Go ahead. Gillian Griffin: I'm sorry. A lady yelled at her for not using her turn signal to go into a parking space and she just wanted to go to the grocery store for tea and chicken tenders. It was an ordeal. Marissa Castillo: Literally, I'm getting emotional thinking about it again. Gillian Griffin: I'm sorry. I'm sorry I brought it up. Never mind. Marissa Castillo: We are gonna be like, What the hell? Gillian Griffin: I don't even remember what I was saying. Marissa Castillo: I know, I'm so sorry. Gillian Griffin: What were you gonna say? Marissa Castillo: I just think maybe the boys have quote unquote grown up a little and maybe they're realizing, Gillian Griffin: As if you're Marissa Castillo: Right. I I don't know. Trying to be nice, I guess. Trying to be nicer than I usually am. Gillian Griffin: I just think that they're like to me it's like a bunch of too little too late as far as the fact that they're have anything to say about anyone's behavior 'cause I feel like they've just been letting it I know what I was gonna say. I feel like Sam was the only one who ever sat someone down and was like you're hurting girls and I just miss Sam. I miss him, even though apparently he's somewhere tropical on a speed boat that's dressed as a car. S Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: Anyone who who knows what I'm talking about will know was just very str very strange post he made on Instagram today. Marissa Castillo: As long as he's happy, I'm happy for him. Gillian Griffin: It was odd. As long as he's happy and having fun, I just couldn't understand what this vehicle was that he was on and he was laying on the hood. And I was like, good for you, dude. Got a vacation from your vacation at this point. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Truly. He said, Sam workmen, not anymore. Sam workless. Gillian Griffin: Sam working on that tan. But yeah, I just I just found found it like kind of sketchy and like I don't know, this could be out an out of pocket accusation, but maybe that they're just speaking up because they know that Ellie was favorite girl at one point and because she's been screaming and crying for three days, and so like when someone's that visually upset and notably upset, that's when they're gonna step up. But it was just a bit odd to me. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. That's yeah, I mean, I you make a point. A fair point. If too little, too late and I guess not I guess. I did hear someone else say that a lot of the boys seem to confuse accountability with conflict. And I was like, that's a great point. Gillian Griffin: Not Huh. okay, I understand now, I understand. I was like, Huh? Marissa Castillo: waited for you to process. Gillian Griffin: Yeah, they they Yeah, a hundred percent. But also he wasn't owning up enough either. I love the girls on the terrace, like, ooh, they look like they're yelling at him and he's doing a lot of hand gestures. And like he also for sure was not responding well at all. Despite like I understand that they were talking about him two feet away, but still, you are wrong. Whether it's weird that they're finally calling you out, whatever, whatever, you're wrong. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: You're wrong for how you've been acting, gone back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. They finally said, I've heard you say you're 100% about Ellie three different times, between saying you're about something else, whatever. And also, you know what? If he wasn't such a pushover and listened to them saying, like, why would you not kiss her because of Ellie's feelings? Like if they he had just listened to himself, he wouldn't be in this mess. Cause he knew it was wrong. He knew it was wrong. He's like, I'm doing this for myself. Marissa Castillo: Right. Yeah. shut up. Now I mean again. Gillian Griffin: man. How weird was that recoupling order? Marissa Castillo: I mean, nothing's weird in that villa when it comes to the order of things. Gillian Griffin: I mean like usually people that are super locked off get to go first. And like who was it that went very first? Yasmin and Tommy, which is like kind of fair enough, but actually cause they didn't even say until after that that they like feel locked off. Cause you would think that Angie and Simba, who said they loved each other the day before, would be the first couple to go. And then after Yasmine and Tommy was Martha and Jordan of all people that like we don't even remember are there. And then Jasmine and yeah, Jasmine and Kevin went like close to last. And I was like, hello? It's like this is weird. This is a weird order. I'm glad that they gave Alicia the opportunity to take Aiden though. Marissa Castillo: It's true, I forgot she was there. Mm-hmm. Mixed feelings about it. I I have mixed feel I don't have mixed feelings about her. I simply find her weird. And she she does this thing where she tries to make you feel bad, but then you feel bad for her. And then she did the whole, do you forgive me yet with Aiden when she really didn't need to do that? Gillian Griffin: Fair enough. Yeah. Marissa Castillo: 'Cause you didn't need to be forgiven for anything, you followed your heart in the moment and he literally said it was okay. That's just a very toxic trait to me. Gillian Griffin: Yeah, but Aiden's also toxic for being mad that she didn't pick him in the first place. Then now that she's being picked, he's annoyed. But like he literally had Priya in the palm of his hand before. Like they were doing so well. And then he has like, if I were him I think he he maybe he was only mad because his ego's rubber because Ethan took Priya off him and so then he was hoping that Alicia would take him. Because then it would like keep everything even and then he would feel like he was also important and like maybe he was only mad because he wasn't important all of sudden. But it's just like Aiden's so freaking weird, man. It's like she the two of them would deserve each other. And I don't know. I but I just like I'm glad that him and Priya didn't get to get right back together. I'm glad that Ethan is getting some more chances, but honestly, it seems like Priya could give a fuck about E Ethan. And she keeps telling him c like that she low key doesn't want him and he keeps just giving her his all and it's like just such a bummer for him because I'm like he seems so genuine, so sweet, so respectful, so awesome. And he's not gonna get the time of day. I'm sure his DMs are full already, but it's just what? Marissa Castillo: I should slide in those DMs. Gillian Griffin: Hahaha You want a little bit of Ethan? Marissa Castillo: Who wouldn't? She literally looked this man in the eye and said, I just want to let you know I probably would have picked Aiden. And he woke up the next morning being like, Do you want a coffee? Do you want breakfast? Angel. Gillian Griffin: I mean, fair enough. Literally he's he's just like, I'm not gonna let other people's weirdness change how who I am. And I like that for him. I like that for him, that he can continue to be like, I'm gonna show up as authentically me regardless of whatever's going on. I'm in a couple with a girl, I'm gonna offer her coffee and breakfast. I like her. I'm gonna continue to treat her like that until I'm dumped from this villa or until she says, Please stop Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Yeah, and my thing with Priya is she has this weird pattern of having these people having okay she has this thing where she wants people to be obsessed with her. She wants people to pick her. She wants people to be sure about her. And when those people come in, she's like, actually no, I want the someone who is a greasy kebab, not a quinoa salad. Gillian Griffin: Okay, not you quoting Ian. Marissa Castillo: Because it was a good it was a good comparison of just like yes this is a healthy man, this is who you should pursue, but instead you want that greasy kebab in the middle of the night after a night of drinking when you know you shouldn't have it. Gillian Griffin: Yeah, I mean what do we also think about her conversation with Lorenzo and first fight with Yulia? Do we think Yulia was acting weird enough to justify Priya popping the fuck off on her? Even if she apologized immediately. Marissa Castillo: I don't I I don't know. That that one yeah, I was processing. I really don't know. Because Lorenzo said, Can you give us a few minutes? And I really think Yulia should have just waited until they were done speaking and said she came back around again. Gillian Griffin: god. It was a weird one. Hundred. Yeah. Yeah. Marissa Castillo: Which is what struck me as weird. Maybe we're not seeing things that are happening because Priya made it seem like whenever she was talking to Lorenzo, Yulia seemed to have a problem with it, which is telling me that this has happened more than once where Yulia Gillian Griffin: But also Priya said she hasn't talked to him in four days, so Marissa Castillo: Well, I don't know. I I maybe it's because Yulia rubbed her the wrong way that he hasn't talked to she hasn't talked to him in four days. Gillian Griffin: Maybe. Maybe so. I do think she seemed really, really aggie. But g granted, they also cut it really weird, so we didn't there were things that we didn't see that would have been very clarifying. He said she was giving him the evil eye. We did not see the look on her face, anything, when we know that they have that angle. You know what I mean? Like we probably could have seen it. so we didn't really see what look she gave them, whatever. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: And Yulia does strike me as possess possessive and a little bit specific. Cause even like she she fake made him say he loved her last episode. Like, you know, she has a a certain kind of possessive vibe, which is fine. Like, girl, do your thing. Also, all right, be annoyed, but maybe maybe actually leave them alone for another two minutes. Instead of seemingly circling right back. Maybe it went on longer. Maybe not. But then Priya said, Does she actually get upset when we're talking to each other? And then we heard Lorenzo say no, but it sounded like he laughed, if I'm remembering correctly, and then maybe nodded his head or something, but we couldn't see him. So we don't actually know what and then she was like, come on, you're kidding. And so clearly he gave some sort of affirmative that it bothered Yulia that they talk. And then we couldn't see the look on Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: Couldn't really see the look on Yulia's face when she first sat down and was like, Okay, I'm here now, let's talk. And that Priya was like, I'm not actually that bothered about you coming over. Like you could have sat down in the first place. Lorenzo wanted finish the conversation. And she's like, okay, so tell me. And I'm just like, but it's also something that Priya kind of does, where it feels like sometimes to me she inserts herself in conversations in the villa, like with Finley the night before. She seems to be very switched on to when she should make sure to follow to like jump into certain conversations and be around. I feel like she often is the last person to rock up to those big groups of big group conversations. Do you know what I mean? Have you noticed that? Marissa Castillo: But that's the difference between a group conversation and a conversation between two people. I feel like Priya's still been pretty good. If there's only two people talking, she'll say, Can I join you guys? But if there's a group, I would also just be like and sit down. Gillian Griffin: Fair enough. Yes. Just mean because she like kind of like like the time that Jasmine was really upset and Lorenzo went, I'm gonna go check on Jasmine, and then Priya went, No, I'm gonna go check on Jasmine. Like she's done things like that a couple times. Just in the the potential narrative that Priya's very show and camera and screen time aware is why I say it. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. I see. I see. I don't feel that way. Gillian Griffin: Okay. Marissa Castillo: But I could be I feel like Yulia's more of the screen time girly, especially considering this episode. Gillian Griffin: Well, this my thing. I think that they've met each other's matches. Cause what I've always said about somebody who levels certain accusations, to me, like I've been in situations with roommates, et cetera, et cetera. And sometimes people accuse me of things that I'm literally like, What are we talking about? Like I had a roommate who kept accusing me of stealing her food. And I was just like, I've never touched this woman's food. Like, not once. I've never ever taken anyone else's food. And I was just like, why is she keep And then there's like a thing that occurred to me, it's like it's the we don't see people as they are, we see people as we are thing. So when people can come up with that, with things like that being like, I think this person's doing this, and it seems kind of like nobody else is bringing up I don't know, I just I just think that maybe they both are, to be honest. Marissa Castillo: Yeah. Gillian Griffin: 'Cause also we get after this fight, which I think that Priya was a little out of pocket in how aggressively she reacted. but then like Marissa Castillo: See, I don't. Gillian Griffin: I just I it but I think it's out of context. Like I haven't seen the other times Yulia's interrupted their conversations or gotten annoyed or whatever. It's like Tim and but also I know that Priya was yeah, yeah, yeah, this one, this one, this main fight. We're starting here. I just think sh she came off a little bit extra aggressive in the moment. I was like, whoa, okay. I was like, I know how the internet's gonna react to this. Marissa Castillo: you're talking about that. Okay. Mm-hmm. Yeah, and maybe it's just because of the day that I had, but I was also feeling very annoyed by Yulia when she came up to that conversation between her and Lorenzo. It was her comments in the in the in between of everything of just like, what's wrong with Ethan? That's just shit. And she's and then she's I forget what Priya said, but she's like Gillian Griffin: yeah, when she Priya had set gate g Pri Priya gave an example of like, What if it was you? And then Yulia went, but it's not Marissa Castillo: Right. Yeah, she goes, Well, I'm not. And it's just it it's that where I'm just like, Okay, you say you want to hear the conversation and I'm trying to explain to you how I feel and I'm giving you an example so that you can understand how I might feel and you're still like, But that's not what's happening to me, so I don't understand. Then why are you here? Like that was my thing. It's just like in the interim, she wasn't Gillian Griffin: Yeah. Marissa Castillo: listening and she wasn't being understanding and Priya said, You're just not understanding what I'm saying. That's why I'm talking to Lorenzo who does understand. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. friend who I haven't had interest in four weeks so can you calm down? yeah but then we get a pretty like awkward conversation with her and Aiden where I feel actually of everyone right now I feel the worst for Ethan because again he's showing up and being genuine and then Meanwhile, Priya's literally looking at Aiden going, I want to share a bed with you. He's going, I want to share a bed with you. And then she says to him, Who do you want to be in the final with? And I knew that was gonna be all over the internet. It was in the comment sections, it was being tweeted, it's it was not taken well. And I don't know if she meant it the way it came out, but it did not look good for the theory that Priya is is not moving genuinely in there, like other islanders have said that that she's there for Marissa Castillo: Right. Gillian Griffin: Airtime, airtime, airtime. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. I mean she could have done it. Gillian Griffin: What did you think when she said that? Marissa Castillo: See, it wasn't really that deep to me. I I kinda went over my head to be honest. but I I guess it is a good point to bring up because no one really talks about being in the final ever. So Gillian Griffin: Really? Yeah. Until it's like about to happen. Marissa Castillo: Right. Sh it's she's like it exuded extreme confidence that she was going to make it to the finale. And Gillian Griffin: Also girl, I don't think you're gonna make it to that finale. I don't think you're gonna touch it. Marissa Castillo: Humble yourself a little bit. Gillian Griffin: Truly, it was like and also the fact that you think that the matchup of you and Aiden is gonna make it to the finale. This is the other reason. So Yulia is c coming out swing and saying, I think that Aiden and Priya are only getting together and sticking together because they realize it's the last two weeks they wanna be in the fine f final or like if they're gonna have a chance, they need to get serious and that that's why they're sticking to each other. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: If either of them have half a brain still between them, I think they should realize that Priya was the last time there was a vote, unpopular, and I'm pretty sure he was also unpopular. Marissa Castillo: Yeah, they were both were in the bottom. Gillian Griffin: So like w like how do you think this is gonna solve anything? I don't really think that's that legit of a point of view. Marissa Castillo: No, and I'm really getting a tired of this narrative of other girls coming in and saying some of the other girls are the safer choice. Or you know what I mean? Like it's just it's very insulting because you're new here. You haven't seen what has transpired. I'm not saying I'm f Aiden and Priya fan, because I think that is really weird. I think it I think it's for her to be like my Gillian Griffin: Absolutely. Marissa Castillo: Heart and my gut are saying Aiden, but my head is saying Ethan. Her gut has failed her numerous times. So maybe you should start listening to your head. Right. Gillian Griffin: So many times. Also, come on, Aiden's got a track record. Absolutely. Aiden's got the terrible track record. I'm I'm shocked he didn't kiss Alicia in bed. And that is the other reason why I do think maybe something fishy is going on, potentially, because this is the only time he's managed to not kiss someone else when he gets the opportunities, even when he's in a couple with them. So you know Marissa Castillo: But he's also this is the first time around that he's been like ten toes down for someone. I will give him the smallest benefit of the doubt of like maybe he has changed because he's Gillian Griffin: Is he really? Marissa Castillo: I don't know. had this friendship developing with her and trusts her and is realizing I shouldn't screw her over like that. Like maybe he does have respect for her and is trying to move respectfully. Gillian Griffin: I know I move disrespectfully. That's from USA, but that's all I can think of. Marissa Castillo: I know. I can never not say it. Gillian Griffin: Sure. I just do find it really bizarre how he's been with Alicia. Like maybe it really is if they are ten toes down for each other that hard, but I just it it doesn't feel like it matches up. But if this is his hero arc and this is his moment, then fine. I just something weird about it, something weird about it. Even him entertaining the following conversation the next morning with Yulia feels Crazy. Also, I knew I knew that Jasmine saying anything, Mika saying anything, was going to get them thrown under the bus online. And of course, people like Jasmine's so messy. I'm like, my God. Would you not tell your friend if you have overheard this conversation? Marissa Castillo: I would hope my friends would tell me if they overheard something like this. Gillian Griffin: Was certain. I was like, the internet's gonna find a way to blame Jasmine for this, and of course, in the comments every so often, something, something, Jasmine, something, something Mika. I'm like, what in the world? Are you people okay? Someone even posted recently a comment under the edit that I made of Jasmine while the boys' reactions to her talking about Kavan before he was coming back from Casa Moore, which is obviously their faces are them knowing that he didn't pick her. Context. And then the person commented, it's because they can see through her bullshit. This is a brown woman. And I was like, Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: Hello? Marissa Castillo: It's giving that America hates brown I mean America. It's giving that the world because I don't know how much of America watches UK. It's giving that the rest of the world hates brown women. Because I guarantee for some bizarre reason, Yulia will win Favorite Girl. Gillian Griffin: Speaking of Yeah, and even then I saw a lot of mixed opinions. Twitter was more for Priya, but on Instagram it was mostly Yulia. And there were even people who were just saying, well, she's bringing the drama, so I'm voting for her. But I do think this was a weird conversation to have. It was a weird thing to bring up and to be ten toes down on because she kept going, no one's shipping anybody. And it's like, babe, you clearly you could not be more clearly shipping anyone. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. I just yeah, it I don't know why she's getting involved. Everyone is literally like, why are you getting involved? What pissed me off was that Aiden wasn't pissed off. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. Yeah, this was both conversations. Yulia's partner didn't stand up for her at all. Priya's partner didn't stand up for her at all in each of these fights that occurred with one of their men there. Like they didn't stand up for their girl at all, which was crazy, like even a little bit. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. It just I don't know what she's doing. I don't I it does give scheming and plotting and Gillian Griffin: Airtime, airtime, airtime, storyline, storyline, storyline. Marissa Castillo: Yeah, but even when Aiden is like No, I want Priya, she like can't believe her ears and it can be taken the wrong way. Gillian Griffin: Literally going ugh like a baby, like the same way Aiden goes about Kavan and Jasmine getting together, goes ugh, and throws herself back on the chair and it's like, I hate this. And since when are you so close with Alicia? Has she not only been there for three days? Like why are you ride or die for her right now? Like what? She's acting like they've been best friends. Marissa Castillo: I th I hate to pull the race card, but I'm going to pull it and say it's very funny how you're so ten toes down for Alicia, but you've been in the villa, who's not of the same race as you. For some t and it's just giving it's giving mean girl. That's all I'm saying. Gillian Griffin: Listen, I saw like out of one every 15 comments, someone will be like, I've never understood why people are so obsessed with Yulia. And I just hope for some people it's a little bit more clear that this girl really does be instant or in Sorry, let me start again. It's very clear every 15-ish comments on Instagram that one person would jump up and be like, I don't really understand why everyone's been so down for Yulia this whole time. Like I haven't been down for her since the beginning. And I hope this is presenting a pattern to people that she kind of just inserts herself into something and then really acts like, What? Why are you mad at me? When she inserts herself into other people's situations in a very, very clear way that it should anyone with a brain cell should know was gonna start drama. I saw a video earlier today where someone was like, Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: This girl Yulia is being bullied by the other girls in the villa. I'm like, is she? Or is she just acting like the victim and pulling the victim car whenever people are clearly upset about a thing that she said? Like it's it's r I cannot The language barrier can only go so far, really. Like this is a pattern now. Marissa Castillo: Because Yeah, and I can't my thing is I feel like Priya had a target on her back the minute she started defending Lola when they played that challenge, 'cause Priya was the last one to speak and be like, just stop talking because it's annoying everyone. And that's when I feel like the switch really happened. Gillian Griffin: Hmm. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah, maybe so. I just I'm not really down, but I I wouldn't be surprised if Yulia still comes out as favorite girl. I wouldn't be surprised at all, 'cause I think enough people are mad at Ellie that where else are the votes gonna go? Like I think the votes are really split right now, but most people seem to have Yulia's back and that she'll come out on top as favorite girl. Marissa Castillo: Yeah, because you know people are also looking at Angie like, You took that man back way too easily. Gillian Griffin: I have seen a lot of people say that she did actually really make him put work in. People love that she made that man hold her hair and said he couldn't eat any of her breakfast until she was done. Marissa Castillo: That's true. Maybe maybe Angie will steal it. I don't know. Gillian Griffin: I think it's too split up right now. I think too many people are on Yulia's side and like loving that she's giving drama. Marissa Castillo: I just I just You shouldn't be on someone's someone like that side. That's all I'm saying. Gillian Griffin: Here's all I have to say, I think both of them are wrong. Like, I think that Priya had a right to be upset, but like both of them are rubbing me the wrong way. And I don't think either of them should be anyone's favorites. And that's just me. Like, Priya's always moved a little weird in my mind, and I did find it really weird that she brought up the finale. because I feel like it's kind of an unspoken rule of the show. I mean, it's been being getting broken more and more the last couple of years. But that you don't bring up that you're on the show. You don't bring up votes. You don't bring up I mean, unless you're in the bottom. You talk about that you were in the bottom of a vote, whatever, that you were a favorite boy, favorite girl, when stuff like that happens, but you don't bring up airtime and the finale and the public's opinion like out of nowhere. Like if you're bringing it up and the producers put it on camera, it's because they feel a type of way about it. That's just usually the way it is. Marissa Castillo: Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: Like when they started ringing up with Lola and Fitzy and showing clips of them talking about, I like, the producers hate them. The producers want them gone too. Marissa Castillo: Yeah. Mm-hmm. Gillian Griffin: Cause my assumption was always that the producers edit out anything, any conversations where they're talking about that it is a show or like what their plans are, things like that. But I don't know, man. I don't know. She moves weird. I've always thought Priya was a little weird. And every time she gets me back, she pushes me away again. Marissa Castillo: True. Well, for me, I give props to where props is due with Yulia, but she's always rubbed me the wrong way and she's never really brought me back. I've always been like, I'm gonna watch how you move. I'm gonna stop talking shit about you, but I'm gonna watch how you move. And when the minute you start acting weird, I'm just gonna put that in my back pocket and be like, see I told you guys. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. Same basically, same. Just waiting for her to act weird again. T B H. Marissa Castillo: It's it's just a fucking weird thing that she's doing. She's I don't understand it. Gillian Griffin: And it's a long conversation. It's a long conversation to have about whether or not someone wants to be with one girl over another. It's a long conversation. Marissa Castillo: Truly. It should have ended at no, I want Priya. Okay. Bye. Gillian Griffin: Literally and she also kept going, like, I'm talking to Aiden as my friend. I'm like, How close are you and Aiden? Like what? Marissa Castillo: Literally and then her comment about well did you make Alicia breakfast? Like she really wants him to go for Alicia and I don't know why. If just like it's it's weird, weird isn't I can't I it's just I'm malfunctioning because of how weird it is. Gillian Griffin: Yeah, for sure. who do we think is gonna be in the bottom? Marissa Castillo: Probably Priya Finley. Gillian Griffin: Finley. Finley Martha Jordan. Marissa Castillo: Jordan, Martha. Gillian Griffin: It leaves two more spots. Marissa Castillo: Maybe Jasmine. Gillian Griffin: I don't I think there are enough people that ride for her that she'll be fine. 'Cause she's never touched the bottom before and she hasn't done anything to give anyone reason to like give up on her. I think maybe probably Alicia actually I think there will be enough people that feel for Ethan that are gonna vote for him because he's really showed up. So then maybe for a boy in the bottom it would be Aiden again. Can't imagine anyone going out of their way to vote for him. Marissa Castillo: Maybe Alicia. Maybe Aiden. Maybe yeah. Aiden, Jordan, Finley. Those are my bottom three. Gillian Griffin: Eight and then Alicia Martha Priya. Marissa Castillo: Surely. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. That makes. Marissa Castillo: If Ethan doesn't win as favorite boy, I'm gonna scream. Gillian Griffin: I mean, I didn't see any chatter about it. I wish there was. I think Lorenzo's still gonna be favorite boy. Although I don't know, maybe he's getting on people's nerves not standing up for Yulia or something. And also he gave so little fucks about Priya's fight. He was like, is she still having a fight with him? She's really dug in and he was like, I'm tanning. Marissa Castillo: Yeah. he couldn't be bothered to know what the fight was about. I'm sure we'll he'll learn what it is later. Do I want him to hold her accountable for her actions? Yes. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. Yeah. I don't think he's that into her, to be honest. Marissa Castillo: Yeah, I don't know. Her whole thing of like, I'm wearing this dress because he said it was my favorite dress. Creepy. Gillian Griffin: You think that was creepy? Marissa Castillo: I thought it was creepy. I'd never do that. Gillian Griffin: You you would never Marissa Castillo: I would do it, but I wouldn't say anything about it. Gillian Griffin: Hm, fair enough. Well, maybe not in that setting. Maybe Tim would be like, Is this still your favorite dress? Blah blah blah. Like I don't know, maybe that's like a private flirty thing to me. I don't know. Marissa Castillo: I don't know. I just can't get the word orientated out of my head from Angelista. Gillian Griffin: They all say orientated. They've been saying it for years. Family orientated. Instead of fairy fairy. I'ma I'ma cut myself off. Cut myself off. Please. those are our predictions. That's the big drama. Still kinda sick of how much the drama's focused on like two or three couples. Marissa Castillo: Mm. Gillian Griffin: need a little more, but I know everyone's so loved up and that's why we're not seeing that much more. So to be fair, to be totally fair. Marissa Castillo: That's true, but we gotta start getting these people out 'cause we're coming down to the wire, so y'all are putting in a lot of energy into nothing. Gillian Griffin: I think that Hmm. I think that the grafties must be coming up, right? Like surely it'll be time for the grafty awards on like Friday or something. Marissa Castillo: Maybe. Gillian Griffin: Have you seen the grafties? Do you remember what that is? I could tell. I knew immediately. So the grafties are when they post clips on Instagram and let people vote on who should win certain award titles. So they'll be like best affair or something like that, or like best best boy and girl friendship or something. And usually they're kind of like a couple of them are nice. But then usually the rest of them are kind of snaky and mean, and then they'll play c other clips of stuff that happened of what got voted for the highest, and then they have to go up and and accept a little trophy and give a speech about what happened. Marissa Castillo: Got it. Gillian Griffin: I don't know if you remember that from last year at all, but that should be happening soon. Amazing. Marissa Castillo: No, I don't. I don't even remember yesterday. Yes I do. I had a good day yesterday. Not today though. Gillian Griffin: And it all balances out. It all balances out. But yeah, do you think this could be a double dumping? There's a lot of people in that house. Marissa Castillo: God, I hope so. There's too many people. Get out of my villa Gillian Griffin: I think if Least favorite boy, least favorite girl are genuinely like Jordan and Martha, they'll just let them go. Marissa Castillo: I hope so. None of this islanders vote for whatever. Gillian Griffin: Yeah. If if it's a double dumping it'll be Also, I I miss when the girls and the boys would vote for a girl and a boy to leave. It's been too much of the favorite girl, favorite boy situation getting to pick. Marissa Castillo: Favorite boy, favorite girl vote. Mm-hmm. Yes, yes. Gillian Griffin: But it's lot of pressure on them. It's a lot of pressure on them. anyway, that's the tea. Marissa Castillo: That's a tea I almost grabbed the wrong thing.
