Logan: Nathan, my man's so excited for this conversation, dude. This is this is a big, big deal. And so, to just preface this before we get into the conversation, the reason I'm so excited about you is like you are an embodiment of everything I'm trying to work on. And so your history, which is fascinating, I want I want to get into that, but the way that you've lived it out, the way that you've utilized it to try to help other people, pediatric cancer is my freaking world, right? Like it's why I do this. My oldest son diagnosed stage four cancer when he was five. And as I have understood from diet to all the alternative to the to the different supplements, to the nonsense, to all of it that led me to physics, that's why I'm so excited about you. The health vacation aspect. So brother, if you will give us that little introduction of how you were thrust into this world that we're we're discussing without a choice. -: Yeah, absolutely. Logan, amazing to be here and amazing to share. So I started my life, six months old, perfectly healthy, perfectly normal, no no problems whatsoever. And then at eight months old, three months later, I was crawling towards mom and my eyes weren't looking at her straight and I'd lost focus and she was like, There's something wrong. And she took me into an ophthalmologist and the ophthalmologist said, Wow, like he's got maybe a couple of little things maybe blocking his vision, but they could be We don't know what they are, so it's all good, just monitor them. So she took me to another one, didn't believe it, and then bam, bilateral retinoblastoma, twenty tumors on each eye, all the way through the whole retinal layers. And we're talking like a very aggressive cancer, it spreads forward and backward. The retina's part of the brain, so it's a type of brain cancer as well as an ocular cancer. It's it's probably the most important surface on the human body, and this was totally being mutated. And and it's was being changed and rapidly growing. So they moved everyone off the waiting list, eight months old, got me in, made a mold of my face, so a plaster mold, put me under general anesthetic, 30 days of treatment, bolted me down, gave the x-ray radiation through the temples to kill the cancer on the retinas. That then over you know maybe 15 days or so it was starting to get better, and then it started coming back a little bit. They had to increase the dosage from 220 rads to 300 rads of X-ray radiation, so just more potential damage. But it was I was under a general and the problem with being a a young child under a general anesthetic is it's very difficult to titrate the doses over a 30 day period. So the anesthetic wasn't being metabolized out of my body perfectly each day and it was building up. So there were three or four times where I stopped breathing. They had to pull me out of the machine, unbolt face, go and revive me, bring me back, and then go and put me back in later that day. So Multiple I would say spiritual and energetic challenges coming into this world as well as the the physical challenge. anyway, I was lucky enough to keep both of my eyes. There was, you know, taking the eyes out, doing systemic chemo, doing other things, that was all on the table. They couldn't convince my parents to do any of that. So they just increased the radiation again. Eventually, scar tissue, about 90 to 95 percent of my retinas are scar tissue. Like third degree burns you would see on someone who's been through a fire on their skin. and I was able to keep about 10% of my functional visual acuity. So I grew up legally blind, I can't drive a car, I grew up very different, I auditorily listened to everything, all my textbooks, you know, all the way through you know elementary school, high school, middle school, through college. and I learned Braille and I was able to read in the dark, which was really cool with my fingers, the bumps. So I grew up Learning differently, thinking differently, having different perspectives. now that wasn't my come to Jesus moment. I started to aim to try and be normal. That was my biggest thing. I wanted to be as normal as I possibly could be. And so I did everything I could be to be normal. So I became a swimmer, a soccer player, I went to college, I did all those things. And then bam, when I got into investment banking and I was working 12 hour days and I was coming in on Saturdays and I was pushing myself with all the artificial light, all the terrible sleep patterns, all the EMF. I would always keep my phone in my left pocket. bam, testicular cancer. So this was another wake-up call for me, and this time in my adult form where I could truly internalize the process and actually make a decision to wake up this time and to realize that my mortality and my health is literally the only thing that's gonna keep me going in this life, to offer the gifts that I have. So That was my come to Jesus moment. I unfortunately, I you know, whatever, I made the decision to have surgery and chemo, so I did centralized again. and that was another learning pathway for me. The cool thing was my mom was always helping me with natural organic foods and you know, spending time in nature a little bit and you know, doing some of the basic stuff, drinking clean water and all, you know, eating eating good meat from a butcher and things like that. And then I realized like that was the That was the thing that was com complementing my health, but there was a gaping hole in there all around the biophysics. I didn't know anything about temperature, I knew nothing about EMFs, knew nothing about sunlight, nothing about artificial light, nothing about resonance, vibration, the people you spend time around, none of that. And so for me, it was so easy to learn from a podcast with Dr. Jack Cruz back in 2015 that he just started going, these are the things that are the problems, and they're everything I was not looking at. So I started experimenting in my life, and that's what brought me through the next 10 to 12 years where I find myself today as a biophysics specialist, where I now understand all of the mistakes I made, well, a lot of them, definitely there's probably more, but I uncovered the rocks, I uncovered what actually you know led to the cancer for me, I uncovered the emotional roots, the biophysical roots, the psychological roots. and then I started you know repairing myself, went around the world. And on that journey, that's when I truly found the secret of this all, which is you are nature. We need to resonate with nature. And that is the true healer that creates true longevity. Logan: I love it, brother. All right. So let's jump back just a little bit. The I I mean, we we so often attack allopathic medicine, right? And so this is something that I struggle with. But I I firmly believe had you not received the interventions that you did at eight months old and my son did not receive the interventions he did, y'all wouldn't be here. Okay. So it's not that I am anti -: yeah. Logan: allopathic medicine, I am anti-myopic views to where we rely solely on profitable means while we pretend it's science and evidence based. Okay. Like that's that's my it is holistic and we have to bring it together. So for anybody that's listening that thinks we're about to just bash all of the allopathic, that's not what we're saying. We're trying to bring it together to where we save lives. And when you understand the foundation, it has a different protocol at which you utilize. So I I just wanted to to put that in there. Because this isn't you can go to tractor supply and cure cancer. this isn't any any of the other alternative nonsense that we hear that makes me kind of fighting mad or you need to be plant-based or you need to be keto, all that drives me crazy. And we're we're about to get into that. What keeps me motivated and up at night is the fact that pediatric cancers have such a higher rate of a recurrence, even with a different cancer, which is what you experienced. This is why the environment piece is so important. This is why the health vacation piece is so important. This is why what you have done and experienced is so important and why we have to understand those first principles and have discernment on if we should do what path. What was the aha moment with Dr. Cruz? Because that man has singularly changed my life more than anybody. He's opened up the a world of. And an autodidactic way of trying to understand things that I never would have had without him, right? Like it's not just Jack. He's just opened up a whole world. His work is phenomenal. Love the man. respect the man. But what for you was the bam? He's onto something and because you told me you said he said something and I left Australia. So what was that? -: So I I was you know, when I found out about his work, the biophysics of cancer was the podcast I was listening to. And it was talking about so many amazing things that I knew I needed to dive into. So I went through that point of you know, trying to do it myself, trying to understand everything, trying to maybe I can get by here, maybe I can I'm living in the thirty-seventh latitude. So it's San Francisco equivalent. I'm in Melbourne, Australia. So we're talking cold winters. you know, like maybe a hundred, hundred and ten degree summers, but felt really strange. very like laser beam style sunlight during the summer. and I'm in Australia, there's not a lot of magnetic flux, there's not a lot of deuterium depleted water. there's some challenges there. But I thought I could do it and I monitored my biologics and I checked my vitamin D, I checked my red blood cell, I checked all the things. I capped out in three months, even with all the strategies, I was connected to nature, I paused work. I still couldn't get any markers up after three months. And I'm like, I have capped out in this environment. No matter what I do, no matter how many five dozen oysters a week, I get twelve hours of sunlight a day. My solar callus is epic. I don't get burnt anymore as a northern European in Australia. And I I just didn't work. So I I was like, I need to consult with Jack. I need to figure out what my next step is because I need to have his guidance. So I called him and we had a chat and he basically said to me, Dude, you need to either get to the top of the island or move out of the country. And within that first 30 minutes after I hung up the phone, I balled my eyes out. I realized I had to leave my friends, my family, my safety net, my career, my job, my prospects, all the plans that I had in my life. I'm 24, I was a shining star in investment banking. I was really smart. And I had to go and bite my ego. I had to change my plan. And so what I did was I first moved up to Cairns, which is in the Great Barrier Reef. So There's a a beautiful area called the Dane Tree Rainforest. And the Dane Tree Rainforest is twice as old as the Amazon. So it's the oldest rainforest on planet Earth. And I thought, okay, I'm at a sixteen latitude. I'm surrounded by incredible biodiversity. I'm on the beach. There's oysters, there's lots of coconuts, deuterium depleted flesh, and I'm going, all right, I should be okay here. And guess what? My markers doubled. So I I doubled my markers in three months. Literally three months from being up there. And my solar callus, everything, the the routine, the sunlight, the grounding, everything stayed exactly the same as what I was doing in Melbourne. So I didn't change a single thing. I just changed my environment and my bio biology responded massively. Then I called Jack again and I said, I'm ready for an upgrade. And he goes, You better move to Mexico. And that was when I thought, my God, I don't speak Spanish. I'm like visually impaired, going to a random country where there's cartels and like, this is scary. But I trusted him and I trusted his diagnosis of nature and how much of my situation he knew. So I took a chance, I went over there and I hung out with him for about eleven days and a bunch of other members in 20 2018. And that's when he convinced me. He's like, dude, this is the place for you. My body responded. I moved there three weeks later, and I lived there for two years. And when I'm telling you, my body responded and took to the next level. I mean the the little secretions out of my veins that the chemo was coming out of, it literally kept finished in two weeks from being in Mexico. Everything came out of my body. my vitamin D went to 137 in about six months. So that's twice, three times over the range, endogenously, no supplements. My testosterone went way above a thousand, one thousand two hundred, my free testosterone was above the range with one testicle, remember. So we're talking like, you know, huge shifts and I'm not taking peptides, I'm not taking stem cells, I'm not taking supplements, I'm eating what's local seasonal fresh, I'm drinking deuterium depleted local spring water, I'm floating in the cenote. I mean, that was proof enough for me to go, I'm done. This is the way I want to live. My brain works, my heart works, I've found my passion. Now I can go and try and help people, I can build community, I can share this message because I can tell you I I I never felt what life was like living with so much energy, so much happiness, so much purpose as when I moved over to Mexico and I got my life back. Logan: Beautiful. So that w that's not all of it though, right? Like the environment was that big, but you were working. Like you were working to help yourself, but help other people. Like you channeled, you you weren't because this is a little bit of the pushback I get when I'm like, you need to go to El Salvador, right? Like from people. It's like, well, what will I do there? Or I won't be up. It's like you you never lost focus of your mission. and to utilize it and learn more and and relay it. So go into a little bit about Why you found those those feelings and the purpose? -: Yeah. So the number one thing I did was I I started believing the biophysics not only internally in my body but also in the science and in in the the theory but very much in the practice. So I started sharing this with people I loved, friends, and Jack started sending people down to me in Mexico. Patients of his that he knew needed a bit of guidance, a bit of help, people that had bipolar, people that had multiple sclerosis, people that had Parkinson's. And so I was one of the locals down there figuring out, you know what, I can I know where the best cenotees are, I know where all the best seafood is, I know where the drivers are, I know where all the the ruined sites that have higher magnetic flux, I know all these spots. So I took these people to all these places and I spent time with them. And the transformations that I got to see from some kids that were non-verbal autistic to start to speak and make eye contact with their mums again in six weeks. From Parkinson's patients who had to retire from their companies because they just physically could not do their work anymore. From four weeks floating in the water with little buoyant floaties and a floaty ring, and I was there in the water talking to him the whole time. Guess what? He's pacing up and down the beach a few weeks later, and then three months later, his carer comes down, he's like able to talk, walk, he's able to throw a football again, and then six months later he's back up, takes the CEO of his company back. And he's able to run the company again back in the US. I started seeing these types of transformations and I kept learning along the way. And what I did was I took trips. I flew to Germany to meet Dr. Alexander Wunsch, the photo endocrinologist. And I spent a little bit of time with him learning from him, understanding where Jack had pieced some of the photobiology pieces from. I went and met Dr. Gerald Pollock. I went and had a look at Dr. Nick Lane. I met Dr. Doug Wallace. I met Martin Picard. I met all these people. And I started studying underneath their work. I learned from Dr. Sc from from Dr. Roger Scholt, who's the circadian biologist, who's got three medical degrees. I I've done some some work with Scott Zimmerman, the optics specialist. A lot of these people helped me piece light, water, magnetic flux, fields, EMFs, all these things together into a framework, into a model that made sense that I could fly back to Mexico and then test with patients that I had and clients. That I was working with. So I was able to see their markers, their responses to cold face plunging, to which cenote they would go into. Some were better than others, to you know what types of food they would eat, where we would spend time at which ruined sites. And as a result, I found little keys that that fit together into what I've now built into the model that you know Logan's come up with as well. The same very, very similar type of model, which is Take a break from your space where the disease has manifested and find a way to introduce the natural frequencies and then couple that with feedback, biofeedback all the time to renavigate that system towards where it can orient its its greatest health potential. So I started writing a book, I built courses, I consulted with over 1,300 patients now, and I've seen incredible results in taking them off different treatments, supplements, other things gradually in a gentle, very medically supervised way, if they're significant things, and bringing them back to their own bodies being able to produce it. And I I've just seen so much evidence now in myself, in the patients I've worked with, that it's overwhelmingly clear that this is the foundational way to get well and to keep wellness. Logan: I could not agree more. So when when I have attempted to rationalize, like I know I I know the work of everybody or know everybody you just listed personally. And when when it really clicked for me was trying to understand what Dr. Cruz is speaking of, and then being introduced by, you know, one of my dear friends, Dr. Petra Davlar, and Martha Carlin to one of your country mates, Barry Nenham. So Dr. Nenham is ninety year old physicist and he is absolutely brilliant, still brilliant, and The physics that he has is missing within our entire quantum biology, quantum physics world. And it is pretty evident to me now that is where we're getting some of the paradoxes and things that don't just seem to add up. And we're we're not gonna get into that deeply, but Dr. Nenham's work is fundamental for my understanding and I don't have a inkling of a grasp of he or Jack's work. So I I just want to I am attempting to synthesize the best I can. Nathan, it's the environment, isn't it? It I mean, it's like that is the foundation. It it's not it's not a diet, it's not a supplement, it's not ivermectin, fimbendazole, methylene blue, chlorine dioxide, whatever we want to to throw at it. I'm not saying nothing has efficacy, but like it's environment first. How frustrating is it that few want to entertain that conversation or they want to make excuses on why they can't, or all the thing all the, you know, for it's what I said to you the other day, like, brother, why are you in North Carolina? Let's get back down to Central America. why are we we so focused on C and D options when the A is right there in our face? -: Yeah. It's the constant challenge that I say usually is the first to second consult with all my clients is a psychological belief rewriting challenge. It's what is life? People have a a misconception of what life actually is. People think life is work, it's family, it's you know, going on vacation to, you know, a theme park or Disney World. Like people have an idea that Driving in a car to commute to work. This is what life is. It's this is only modern life in the last fifty or a hundred, one hundred and fifty years. That humans have never lived the way we have ever before in human history. We are the least solar exposure, we are the most indoor living, we are the most drugged up, we are the least connected to nature, all the elements of nature. And yet we think we can get away with our modern luxuries of Going to the mall, flying two times a a month to go and visit relatives or you know, do things, you know, live in an off like work in an office, live in a in a box disconnected from the earth around EMF. So much technology addiction, so many challenges that we don't realize the actual environments that we're around. We become numb to these. So One of the greatest things that I love to give people to just step out of yourself for a second, step out of your default mode network and just go, and this is why psychedelics, this is why trips down to Central America to do these types of things, they shock the system, they change the the neural wiring so you can look back at your life and have perspective. Or be wise enough to do that with breath work, or be wise enough to do that with taking a vacation down to Mexico, down to El Salvador, down to Costa Rica. Just for two, three, four weeks. Get out of your own routine, your default mode network. Look at your life with perspective. Buy an EMF meter. look at look at your your biologics, maybe do a blood test, maybe get an aura ring on aeroplane mode, maybe do something, get some but unbiased feedback, get a a a live blood analysis, something that is gonna tell you how your body is actually responding in that environment. We are designed to be sensitive. To electromagnetic fields. We are designed to be sensitive to blue light. We are designed to be sensitive to the fields that are in nature, temperature shifts, and our body is designed to compensate and adapt to that and build resilience and robustness on top of it. When you're rigid in your beliefs, when you're rigid in the way you see life, you never have resilience in your biology. And as you know, Mike Tyson says, everyone's got a plan until you get punched in the face. And if you're not looking at yourself in your environment, where am I getting punched in the face? maybe I've got toe fungus. Maybe my nails are cracking. Maybe I wake up and my my left eyelid just doesn't quite open the same. These are all signs from Mother Nature. They're a whisper in the in the ear, they're a tap on the shoulder. They're your environment is not serving you right now. You need to find a way to be a detective of that and figure out what's happening there. And I'm I'm not I'm not a relationship consultant. Logan: Yeah. -: I'm not your financial consultant. That was a past life. I'm here to help you with your health. So is Logan. We're here to be demonstrations of what you can do when you change your beliefs, rewire your brain, jump out of your default mode network, get perspective so you can actually make a real plan that's built around your longevity. It's built around your ability to have energy, your ability to serve in the way you want to. You can't do that without the right energy and information. Timing and structure. Logan: Amen. So let's let's get into a little bit what what we're talking about here is a whole lot of the environment. And this is what I refer to as field governance. And that is within that light water magnetism resonance, temperature, and time framework that I I I try to, you know, lay out. The magnetism and resonance piece is a big, really important piece. And so by field government governance, this is the Physics inputs, right? This is optics, it's magnetism, it's electromagnetism. There's there's all kinds of things that come into what all of those people you named earlier kind of have a piece of the elephant that they're they're focusing on. When we don't couple that timing, that timing has a lot to do in my framework with lifestyle. Okay. When we don't couple the right environment with an appropriate lifestyle, we still have a catastrophe. Right. Like so we can live the perfect in vi lifestyle and be in a bad environment and have an issue, but we can live in the perfect environment and have a bad lifestyle and have an issue. This is why what people will say, but I've been to All the places you've named, and there's unhealthy people there. Well, yeah, because it's lifestyle, right? It this is two, it's the spiders on the mirror, as Jack would say, with photosynthesis and mitochondrial respiration. It's it's environment and lifestyle go hand in hand. But that field governance I'm talking about is why we have different mitochondrial haplotypes. It's why we have different photosynthesis, it's why we have different adaptations from Australia. Why do the animals look completely different in Australia than anywhere else in the world? The field governance, right? Why does the Aborigines look different than any people in anywhere else in the world? Field governance. So when we don't match it, over time we have been adapted and made to fit a certain field. And when we don't appreciate that, right? This is why cold thermogenesis is so important for somebody that's a northern European, right? Because that's what our mitochondrial haplotypes were adapted to do. The cycling, the the all of all of these things. So my point there was, Nathan. How do we then make sure that we understand you can't have your cake and eat it too? You can't just go to El Salvador or Costa Rica or the Shinootes and be perfect. It's still work and lifestyle that we have to do. -: Yeah, it I I love talking to you Logan because it's so easy to understand the the that everything is connected and that all of these fields stack on top of each other. I mean the perspective that you and I have, all we did was we just pulled ourselves out of our our little lives and we saw nature as if we were peering through unified consciousness. And we're looking at how all of the fields and all of these things stack on top of each other and mold and sculpt. life as we see it. Animals, plants, humans, everything, your consciousness, all of it. And so that perspective is such a gift to people because it's able to decipher in someone's environment, hey, guess what? I was in Iceland two years ago. What did I like about it? The geomagnetic field was amazing. The grounding was epic. The water was super deuterium depleted, cold, nourishing. I felt like amazing in there going from the sauna, geothermal, into the lake. It was incredible. No sunlight. There's no trees above your waist height. Unless it's in a greenhouse and it's funneled through specific heating elements and other things. So there's always a leg of the the stool, there's a leg of this area where where there's sort of compensations, and that's where the haplotypes came from. That's where your biological skin adaption or your phenotype or your eye colour or something, your body has adapted to that environment. And The challenge we all have is we have a weak link. Somewhere in our chain, we have one weak link. Mine was my eyes. And then you look at the meridians that are connected to the eyes. it's the optic nerve liver meridian down to the gonads. my testicular cancer is linked to my op ocular cancer. Reoccurrence, much more likely with with childhood cancers. But I mean the story just kind of fit. It just made sense. Now I know the pathway that is unique for me. I know my haplotype, I'm a J1. Which means my mom was born in northern Germany. I know that cold thermogenesis is something I really need, but guess what? I can bring the cold to the tropics. I can't bring UV light to Germany. I can't, I can't bring full spectrum, you know, UV A and B all the way into, you know, northern Scandinavia. So deciphering and and I was magnetically completely un unpinned in Australia. I did not have much magnetic flux. I was deuterium loaded, and I needed to figure out. Ketogenic diet and eating pork belly with deuterium depleted fat and eating grass-fed butter was a really good hack for me in Australia. Now that I'm in, you know, when I was in Mexico, I didn't need to do that much. I'm in the cenotees that are deuterium depleted. I'm out in UV 14 all day long, absorbing all that light. I don't need to eat as much ketogen, I'd I don't I think ketogenic would harm me. So it's about identifying what things in your environment are weak. Light, water, magnetism, temperature, time, resonance, as slogan says. What things are holding you back in your environment, what is your weakest link linked to, which lever? And then how do you introduce that to support that link? Because that's the one that's going to take us out. That link is the thing that's going to lead to the the energetic collapse over a lifetime as heteroplasmia rates in the mitochondria go up. So be wise. Figure out what that is. Figure out what's happening in your environment. And then decide how you can make a change so that you can be there for your kids. You can be the inspiration for them. And you can live a long healthy life full of purpose. Logan: So this is this has already been like the most important cancer conversation that we've ever had. And if if you're listening to this, like you need to take everything that we have said to heart because the fundamentals, the foundation of what has been laid out in this, what we're at, we're at 30 minutes, is unbelievable. And it is what I wish I would have had when I got those white coats walking in the room to tell me my baby had cancer. It has taken me six years to get to this conversation. And it is a really, really important thing. It's not the supplements first. It's not the diet first. Nathan just laid out two extremely different diets having benefits and it having different biological effects on where you're located. So what we're really talking about is how do we create coherence in the system? How do we have proper iron regulation, oxygen regulation, deuterium regulation? regulation. And when you understand what those three different regulatory aspects have within biology, all of this environmental and lifestyle stuff comes into play. It's not simply just copper. It's not simply just sunlight. It's not simply just any fill-in-the-blank supplement diet, blah, blah, blah. It is coherence within a decentralized governing mechanism that we know as biology. That that is what I need everybody to understand. Nathan, as You know, unfortunately, we're definitely gonna have to do a follow-up. We have less time today than we would normally, but I I want to go into a little bit of cancer. I I don't think that we have framed anything appropriately within the cancer literature. And you've brought up Doug Wallace, you brought up heteroplasmia, we've talked a little bit of redox and you the weak link. So I want to lay that out. What I believe cancer is and is is is an atavistic a reversion. And so this is where you get in. I have my own theory of endosymbiosis and actually brings Margulis and Nenum's work together, but it is a separation in the operating system. So it is ca my it is a mitochondrial disease, I believe, wholeheartedly. And when we were talking about Wallace, and then you also mentioned Picard, who who he he's probably my favorite. Wallace is the granddaddy of mitochondrial work. He he he had the foundation. So heteroplasmy is an efficiency rating and then he has correlated the when we have lower efficiency, higher heteroplasmy, we have incidences of that weak link. So where is the heteroplasmy rate increased at in that location, whether this eyes, phrander, kidney of somebody else, maybe heart, somebody else maybe brain. When we have this inefficiency of mitochondria increase in heteroplasmy, we have the weak link break there. Okay. And so this goes back into what I believe. We talked about environment with field governance, but the fractal of that is the mitochondria. The mitochondria are field governors within biology, right? It's two ends of this spectrum. So when you look at what mitochondria do is they Take in light, they emit light, they create water, they create gases, and then they have this whole thing with ATP that I think that we've completely bastardized as well. And it is it's myopic. But it is a generator, reducer, regulator of all of those sips signals that we've laid. Light, water, magnetism, resonance, temperature, and time. It does all of it. And so when you see this, this is the the the two ends of that spectrum. Two. It is a mitochondrial disease. There's no question about it in my mind at this point. But where the cascade broke in this decentralized system is what we have to be able to identify. Deuterium regulation, oxygen regulation, iron regulation. We get those things optimized in the right environment, in the right lifestyle. That's why you've seen the epic responses that you have. -: Yeah. Logan, it's it's an amazing perspective for people to have to understand even parts of what you've just shared because it totally flips the common mainstream narratives on its head. the for for people who don't know, heteroplasmy means heterogeneous amounts of mitochondria within the cytoplasm and the cytosol, meaning that there's some that are mutated, some that are not so mutated, and some that are really healthy. So this is a really important part to understand the factory floor of the cell. And these beautiful little engines running around in there, translating epi epigenetic signals through to the nucleus, building proteins, building structure, and communicating. When mitochondria start to get damaged, like they did in my eyes at eight months old, they were building up these dysfunctional mitochondria that weren't turning over, and they were trying to fuse with each other, and they fused to try and help each other, and then eventually they weren't getting the right energy and information signals. And so as a result, they became more inefficient. The voltage across the membrane collapsed, and then they started getting a breakdown of communication. That weakened the glycocalyx, the cell membranes, deuterium started leaking into the factory floor of the cell, and we started seeing problems in those particular cells. That's when the nucleus swells, the mitochondria become inefficient, and then we get this heteroplasmy rate at around 60%, Doug Wallace says. That's when the cell starts to go oncogenic. It starts to turn into this zombie type cell. It changes its oxidative phosphorylation metabolism through to glycolysis. It starts burning glucose as and lactate. And then we start having real problems with that cell. It becomes, as you said, atavistically it turned back in time. It's a very very selfish cell, it doesn't understand how to communicate. Tom Cowan talks about cancer being a dysfunction in the water. I think that's true. I also think that the mitochondria make it. A lot of that water inside the cell. So yes, it's mitochondrial water production issues, gel crystalline issues with that. So cancer really is this evidence and symptom of a survival mechanism and a breakdown of energetics in the body. And one of the things that I think is super important for people to understand, because we can bring in Picard, we can bring in the energy dynamics as well, is what I like to call the biological energy capture rate, the BECR. And we are not optimizing this in our biology. In our environments currently, where everyone is. Like I said, 93% indoors during the day and in an enclosed vehicle. That's 93% of unlimited terawatts, gigawatts of available energy in your backyard, available to you at all times that you are not utilizing. And so your cells are going, Well, I don't have this energy, so I'm gonna I don't know what to do. I'm gonna downregulate my hormones. I'm gonna downregulate my neuroplasticity. I'm gonna down-regulate my thyroid function, I'm gonna down-regulate My my fertility, everything just goes down, my nervous system resilience drops. So all you have to do is when you go outside, you increase your biological energy capture rate, uncover your skin, take off your your contact lenses, and let nature touch you. That increases that. Order it already at a quantum speed of light. Your body is then upregulating its systems at a mitochondrial level through the water networks to allow them. the fusing of them, which is there to help you survive, increase your bioenergetics at a cellular level. And guess what? Your heteroplasmy go down. My eyes were a 60-year-old at eight months old. And now I've had no degeneration for 15 years in my eyesight since I stopped using screens with blue light, since I started wearing my biospectral blue blockers. Soon as I started using these and protecting my eyes and watching every sunrise, And you doing cold face plunges and eating lots of seafood, I mean, my eyes stopped deteriorating. The biological energy capture rate increased. I dropped my heteroplasmy from a sixty year old down to a twenty five year old again. You can do that. You can reverse the heteroplasmy. You can't get back the time you've lost, you can dilate the time you've got left. Logan: Amen. I love it, brother. There there's there's so much. you know, just just because I would be remiss to not include it if the the problem with all of the water work that I have seen is we're missing a really, really important function. So first of all, nobody's actually read Gilbert Ling's work. Like that's a big problem, right? That they've not seen read Life Under the Cell Wall. Like they haven't read Rainbow and the Worm. They don't know Maywin Ho's work. They don't know Barry's work. Barry has had absolutely ground Breaking, shattering science laid out for 70 years and it's not being incorporated. So, like when I hear different people talk about water, I want to pull my hair out because you can't even have a cogent conversation on water without the underpinning physics that Barry has laid out. And so that's why I I'm going to just scream from the mountaintops his praises because it's so important. With that said. What I would recommend anybody that this is resonating with is like consider joining Dr. Cruz's website. Just just do it. we're I'm a member, been a member for a long time. you were one of the first members and and a testament to the principles that Dr. Cruz said. So I always want to always give him credit. But Nathan, they that I think people need to just follow you, get the book, see all the things that you're putting out. considered going on a health vacation. We're going to figure out so much. We're going to make this so easy for people too. Right. Like you can go do that with Dr. Cruz. You can go stay with him if you're a member of his site. We're going to try to facilitate our own ways of getting people to Mexico and El Salvador. But like give give everybody where's the best way to follow you. If somebody's interested in a health vacation, is there a waiting list or is there a way to do defin and and hit on the mitochondriax Facebook. -: Yeah, absolutely. So we're actually running I started a an incredible initiative, what I call Total Health, which is biomechanics, biophysics, and psychospiritual nourishment blended together. So it's the bio mind, body, spirit, biomechanics, biophysics, everything together. And we call it biotra, being tra transformation, bio life. So transforming your life. me, Nick and Ryan, we wrote a beautiful book. We encapsulated this in about four hundred pages, about eighty of those are are are pictures and we put this into a 30 minute practice. We've built courses around it, we've got retreats around it, and we're hosting our next retreat in Mexico, in Tulum, seventeen 27th of October to the first of November. It's an epic time to come down. It's five nights, six days, beachfront ability to to access the beach. So we'll be seeing sunrise every single day. We'll be going to Cenote's, we'll be going to the ruins. We'll be teaching you and training exactly how to integrate all of these practices and these things into your life. So you take it home and then you figure out where your next vacation is. You go to Costa Rica, you go to Panama, you go to El Salvador, and guess what? You'll be doing the same spiral dynamics movement flows on the beach at sunrise that doesn't get your heart rate up, but activates every single vortice in your entire circulatory system to charge up your brain, to deplete deuterium through Meckles Cave through activating the vagus nerve. One example of a practice we do at Sunrose. There's hundreds of these that we build in to this model. So come down to Mexico in October 27th. We've got 15 spots. We've booked five spots already. There's 10 left. That's a beautiful way to start action in this straightaway. If you want to find out more, email me at Nathan at biospectralsystems.com. I can give you all the advice down in Mexico. I can give you advice in Costa Rica. anywhere to go, stay. I can hook you up with people, drivers, food, the best cenote, the best places to go. Send me an email. I'm happy to take any emails and any requests there. Find follow me on Instagram, Nathan.siles, S-I-L-E-S. And if you want to check out some of the products I'm helping people build so they can make a safe sleep sanctuary in their current place so they can upgrade their environment and lifestyle where they're at. So at least that takes the pressure off the system to upgrade their brain so they can then make A decision for greatness to come down and spend the winters or a health vacation for four weeks. I always say four weeks minimum. That's the time it takes for your skin, your eyes, your gut, your lungs to turn over and fully adapt to a particular environment. So if you can save that time up and figure out how to couple it all together, four weeks, the company that I I created about four years ago, we build melanin-infused biospectral blue light blocking glasses. So they have melanin inside the actual lens infused in there. The reason we did that is because our iris and our retina also have melanin. We need same resonance. Anyone who doesn't use melanin in anything in their eyewear, you're basically harming biology, I would say. so we're using, we've got we've got those, we've got full spectrum light bulbs, we've got red light helmets, we've got grounding sheets, varaday bags, air tube beer buds, lots of different things that we can do that can help you upgrade your environment where you're at. It's a step to get you back to nature. Let this not be an excuse for you to find comfort where you are. And deal with mediocrity. That is still where you are, where your diseases, where your symptoms are showing up. It is still a B, C, or D. Your A is your health vacation, and you won't know what you're missing until you get down there. So I encourage you to come find me at the the Biotrial Retreat down in Mexico. message me, email me on Instagram, email, email me on my email address, and go to biospectralsystems.com, B-I-O spectral. Systems.com and you can find any adjuncts to help you become more naturally driven. Logan: I love it. And I I can get behind products when we're honest, right? Like I quit working with a specific company because they put out a program that it's a replacement for the sun with one of their panels. Like that's infuriating, right? Like so when you are honest about hey, this is a C D option, like w we're working towards that. Like I can be behind that 100%. Let's do the best we can. I I support that. one more thing. is you started a Facebook group. It's a great Facebook group, Mighty Contracts. So talk about that just a little bit. -: Yeah, thanks for bringing that back, Logan. Yeah, so in 2018, with a a conversation in Cancun on the beach with Jack, I decided to build a community that would build around these principles. And Jack was always using the term mitochondriax, and I remember meeting Doug Wallace and he was telling me he's the original mitochondria. So I thought, all right, you know what? I'm gonna create this group and I'm gonna invite all those guys and we're gonna start this. We're gonna build an incredible high-integrity community, no product promotions. Nothing to be sold on. Everyone's gonna be in there. They're gonna share their stories. They're gonna share their their little bioharmonizing rather than biohacking. They're gonna share their insights. They can even share anonymously their blood tests, you know, different things, like have people like a brain's trust, like, hey, I moved here, I did this, I did that. We're now up to over eleven thousand members globally, and we have eleven thousand people who are extreme on the spectrum of nature is the greatest healer, right? So you are in a community when you jump in there and I it's a private community, no one's regulating it. even you know, Facebook's the only people that can see it, but no governments are looking in there. We we screen every single profile. If they don't answer all the questions and they do it correctly, we don't let them in. and it's very engaging. There's about 150 posts a day. we get forty new members every single day wanting to join. and you literally go in there and you can post, hey, I'm thinking about going to El Salvador, I'm thinking about this place in Panama, what about this beach in Aruba? Has anyone heard about the magnetic flux or tested the EMFs of, you know, Playa del Carmen in Mexico or whatever? There's gonna be people in there who've got screenshots, they've got spectral outputs, they've got blood tests of their three month period in there, they've got how much weight they lost in Nosara, Costa Rica in three months. You know, it's a brain's trust of incredible people. and we're keeping it high integrity and we're making sure that we're building a space where once you just start to rewire your brain and realize that you can actually be healthy yourself endogenously and upgrade your biological energy capture rate, mitigate some of the things around you, and just be more clever, not in fear, but clever about how you navigate reality, this is the place for you, and you're gonna find your tribe, your global tribe of 11,000 people there. Logan: It's a phenomenal group. You've d you've done a great job, my friend. All right, buddy. Well, thank you so much. Check out all the stuff we we have have laid out. And if you know anybody with a metabolic issue and or cancer, they need to hear this conversation. -: Legend.
