chip: Yeah. Tim Tucker: Yeah. chip: God bless golf. Good morning, everybody. Friday morning here in Orlando, Florida. To my left and to the lower section, you got Timmy Tucker and Richie Spice. Timmy Tucker coming live from Myrtle Beach. and if you didn't know, it's 'cause he's wearing a shirt that says TBC Myrtle Beach. That's a beauty. God Bless Golf: What a great club. chip: Richie in Atlanta, how we doing, boys? Good morning. God Bless Golf: nice little fall weather. Just Tim Tucker: Good morning. God Bless Golf: enjoying it. Nice little cool breeze coming through finally here. chip: Yeah, that's I'm actually got somewhat of a hoodie on. I think the low today was gonna be seventy-one, so we're enjoying the morning right now. Well, hey, let's get right into this. President's Cup, I don't know if anybody watched it yesterday or not, but it did start yesterday at Medina. Obviously you got the USA versus the world. And to me, it was on at the golf club. I was out hitting some balls and it was on. And people were watching it. And the question is, does anybody really care about the president's cup maybe like they used to when it first came out? And is the fact that we are getting destroyed in the Ryder Cup make it even hard for you to gather around this? what's your take? I know Timmy from a caddy side, you're not a big fan of these team events. because you're basically working for free. But Richie, what's your thought? God Bless Golf: You know, that's a good point. Like I think I think the d the it's doled down, right? We we had such a winning streak and I don't know if we won I'm pretty sure we won the last one too. I don't know. But i we can't win a rider cup and I think that's what everybody hangs their head on, right? And so I I'm with you. Like, yeah, it was on yesterday. You know, we had it on you know, around the office and and you know, whatever. But at the same time, like it wasn't I wasn't glued. I wasn't looking at the pairings. I don't even know who was playing who, right? And so it does it does lack luster, right? And so It is a good international team. They they deserve respect. But at the same time we're still up three to two, right? So it's fun to have a yearly competition. I b I bet the guys like it. I I don't know, Timmy you can speak on that a little more. Maybe it's a hassle at the end of the year, but you know, it w we want it to be competitive, but it's never gonna be the Ryder Cup. There's just nothing like that, you know? So Tim Tucker: Well the guys the guys I talked to, you know, they really they're excited about it, you know. God Bless Golf: Yeah. Tim Tucker: I was talking to Jackson, you know, Ben, James, and Jackson have become really good friends. They live about five minutes from each other in Avaco. Is that what it's called, shit? Yeah. God Bless Golf: Yeah, Abaco Club. chip: Yeah, I've a colour. Yep. Tim Tucker: And so yeah, they were excited about going. Ben would have loved to have made the team, and I guess the word was Ben's teacher is Todd Anderson, right? And by the way, he's awesome. Keeps things simple. He's amazing. But anyway, he coaches Snedeker, or have, God Bless Golf: Mm-hmm. Tim Tucker: for a long time. And I guess the word was had Ben won at Wyndham when he finished third, it would have been whoever played the best in Memphis would have made the team. So chip: Wow. God Bless Golf: Gotcha. Tim Tucker: so Ben, you know, was in that in that. So anyway, he would have said he'd loved to do it. You know, and I I I try and think about how much I don't like it. But then, you know, when I think back to like when I was playing amateur golf in the Northwest, I was always trying to make these teams, you know, through your play. chip: yeah. God Bless Golf: Yeah. Tim Tucker: 'Cause it was just a reward, right? So I get that they love it. So I think the players do love it. chip: Yeah, well God Bless Golf: Yeah. chip: th that was my what I was gonna come on top of that is it's kinda like that the the simulator golf what's that that league, whatever that league was. I'm God Bless Golf: Yeah. S G T. chip: sure it's fun for the players. Just like who wouldn't want to be on any team? I've been on I've been fortunate enough to be on a couple of different teams, including an East West team, which was by far the greatest team I'll ever be on, an accomplishment that I'll never forget. And I was stoked about it, just like I'm sure all these guys are super stoked to play in this. I guess I was thinking more from a I guess it doesn't have to have meaning, it's a it's an exhibition at the end of the day, but the vibe maybe at Medina, you got guys the God Bless Golf: Well you say Bandina in a team competition, you go back to one of the greatest rider cups of all time, even though we lost I think we lost, but that Saturday, I mean I can recall shots, you know. chip: Yeah. Yes. Well. True. And and really, if you think about it, we've all been blessed with all of those years. We're old enough to remember the Zingers, the Payne Stewart's, Hal God Bless Golf: Mm-hmm. chip: Sutton, Onda Tiger, Phil, you know, all these great Americans that were exciting to watch. It wasn't like Tiger and Phil treated these team events like they were massive events, but you those were like must see guys. And I think it seems like all these international guys, they're like best friends with the Americans, where the the Euros, I've seen it up close. You can tell that guys like Fitzy and Jay Rose and Rory, they're nice to everybody and everybody likes them, but there's nothing they like better than beating our ass in the Ryder Cup. And they're just they're they're doing it time after time. So I'm Th there might be a little tension there, whereas the international guys are all buddies. So I guess it's if you go to it saying, hey, it's almost like going to a live event, like, hey, we're gonna watch a bunch of great golf, but there's really no heated energy there, which I guess is a big separator in the two tournaments. cause clearly it would be an honor. Any any young guy, first time, second time, eighth time on the President's Cup is gonna be I mean, that's a that's a great accomplishment. But anyway, enough of that. We God Bless Golf: Well, yeah. chip: got the rest of that going on this weekend. And Before we move on to some other stuff, mid-amateur golf, and then of course Oppo Spice, which is everybody's on their edge of the seat to to make some money this weekend. real quick shout out, Ben James. So God Bless Golf: If you like money, follow. chip: for those that don't know, haven't been listening, where have you been? and once again, thank you to everybody that has God Bless Golf: Great question. chip: been listening. But Ben James shot 61 last Sunday, and it's Like the second sixty-one he shot in the last couple months, I think he's played something like thirty-four rounds, has shot sixty-two twice, sixty-one twice, and sixty-three. And the man to my left has seen them all up close. So let's give Ben his flowers. I know he is a we're a big fan of his, and hopefully one of these days we're gonna we're gonna get him on here and and make him part of this team and just know that we're pulling for him. But Tim, how good Is this guy gonna be? Because he's already shown he can handle pressure. He clearly has God Bless Golf: Yeah. chip: no issues going low. And he's doing it on Sundays. Honestly, his Saturdays, I believe, is probably his highest scoring average of all the rounds he's played. So he's literally, you know, right there. So and and I don't think enough people are talking about him. So just Timmy from obviously you've seen it inches away and you've seen the best players in the world. You've cattied For numerous guys inside the top ten and what's what's just keeps blowing you away time after time when you see him play? Tim Tucker: Yeah, man, he is a it's really interesting. Like when I first watched him hit balls, I was I was like, Wow. You know, you can you can tell real quick, right? You know, been God Bless Golf: Hear it. Tim Tucker: around the game a long t you know, a long time and I was really impressed. I was like, Is this too good to be true? But man, he he just keeps answering the bell, dude. He gets it done. He is a you know, people are like, he needs to puck better. And I'm like, Well, dude, you know, when you're hitting it close all the time, you know. Look, if a guy, for people that don't know how strokes gains work, like if you hit it fifty feet every time and two putted, you would be plus strokes gained. If you hit it ten feet every time, okay, and you make five of and you miss the other thirteen, you're gonna be negative strokes gained. Even though you're playing great, right? I mean, just this is averages, right? So the f but he can is continually getting it done. my buddy calls it Sunday Skrilla. You know, he knows how to make money on Sunday. God Bless Golf: Yeah. Tim Tucker: And that is a good thing to have, especially for a caddy. But, you know, like so I love it. I chip: That is a great track. God Bless Golf: Yeah. Yeah, Timmy, how much do you appreciate that aspect that the guy likes to just absolutely be a dog on Sunday? Tim Tucker: Yeah, I love it. But big chip: What's it like thinking you're gonna be going to Jersey Mike's after the round to know you're going to Morton's? God Bless Golf: Yeah, going to Ruth Tim Tucker: Yeah, exactly. God Bless Golf: Chris after the round. Yeah. Yeah. Well there's a listen, there there's a art to that. Yeah. Tim Tucker: No, so but he is very he's really good. He's chip: Hey. Tim Tucker: really humble. He just loves golf, dude. He is he he's driven, he's driven to be the best in the world. That's his goal. And you know, I told Brett, which is Bryson DeChambeau's agent, and Ben Sam Byrne, so those guys, he's like, Timmy, how good is this kid? And I'm like, I think he's better. than Bryson was at this point. I mean, if you look at his track record, you know, Bryson finished fourth in his first tour event, which was at Hilton Head, and then he missed six cuts in a row. you know, Ben's missed one of eight cuts. Now, God Bless Golf: Yeah, you guys had to go back to the corn ferry, right? Tim Tucker: Yeah, we had to go to Corn Fairy. Had he not won that Corn Fairy event, you God Bless Golf: Mm-hmm. Tim Tucker: know, I we don't know if he Bryce DeChambeau is even a name that we remember anymore. So but you know, chip: It's such a fine line. Tim Tucker: it is a fine and God Bless Golf: So true. Tim Tucker: it truly is, because you know, there were four more or three more Corn Fairy events after the one, because it was the the Corn Fairy finals, basically, right? God Bless Golf: Playoffs, right? Tim Tucker: He won the first one and then he missed the three cuts on the next ones. chip: Well you think about the Tim Tucker: So like he just got hot. chip: Yeah, I mean and God Bless Golf: Yeah. chip: think about the guys that finished twenty fourth back when you they g were giving away tour cards in Q school. But like think about that guy that finishes twenty fourth, gets his card and then goes O for nineteen, where the guy that finished twenty seventh and didn't get it may have made ten of nineteen cuts. You know what I'm saying? Like the line the fun the line is so fine and the opportunity and I I have a good buddy who always said that luck and timing Have to be a major player in the amount of you know, obviously hard work and talent. You have to have that. But timing and luck, it's it's amazing how that works. I mean, you look at guys like Ricky Fowler and DJ, obviously probably destined for greatness, but they went to Q school once and got through and bam, they never looked back. And then there's other guys that maybe weren't at at as good, but there were guys that were ranked, you know, you look at the college all American guys, they all went to Q school, they all had these advantages, they all had this stuff, and it's just It's just crazy. And I know Tim, you're seeing it out there every week. And Tim Tucker: Well, here's something that's really interesting. Let me interrupt you before we go, because I know we're gonna move on, but the is the PGA tour do we have the best one hundred golfers on the tour? And I'd say no. God Bless Golf: no. Tim Tucker: Because the problem is there are guys that keep their card every year. And, you know, we all know who they are. They're those guys, the Joel Damons, that just keep their card every year, right? He's taking the spot of some superstar that's playing down on the corn ferry that we don't know about. And chip: Mm-hmm. Tim Tucker: it's like it's it's so hard to get on tour, but there are bottom feeders. And I'm not I don't mean that derogatory, because these guys are phenomenal players. Yeah. I would love to be a bottom feeder. Yes. but but if you understand what I'm chip: I know Yeah, of course. God Bless Golf: No no no not derogatory. These are these are still the top two hundred players in the world. Yeah, I mean absolutely. They'll love it. Joel shout out Joel UW Huskies. chip: All three of us would love to be that. Yes. Anyone listening? Tim Tucker: if you understand what I'm saying, it's like There are guys that are on the corn ferry, they just haven't had the opportunity to shine yet. And if they ever get up on the big tour, it's gonna rock and roll. I mean, they you know, so it's really chip: And yeah. Tim Tucker: interesting. chip: And it is it's true too, because there's a lot of guys that their game is almost more designed for the PGA tour, but they just can't get there because they're not the 30 under guy. you know, and it it's just it's crazy and it's funny you say that because as we're gonna roll into the next segment when you're talking about guys that can barely keep their card. Well, when they lose their card, as long as no one's ever heard of they can apply and become an amateur. And then maybe a little bit after that, God Bless Golf: Ha ha Tim Tucker: What? chip: qualify for the U.S. Midam, which starts this Saturday God Bless Golf: This week. chip: at the Leto Club in Sand Valley. you know, there's there's a lot of friends of the show that are gonna be there. I would say the guy I think has the best chance that we know personally is Steven Bear. shout out Clemson Tiger Golf, Steve Bear, God Bless Golf: Go go Tigers. chip: just a just a great dude, known him for quite some time, and just a hell of a player. And many years ago he told me one of his accomplishments that he wanted to do was win a US midam. And there's a lot of people that think that, and then there's a lot of people that like say it out loud. And that's something he told me years ago. And he is really, really good. And obviously you got guys like Stuart Hagestad, Bobby Massa, other guys, the amateurs. but real quick and we don't want to go in this too much, but here's my question, and I was thinking about this a lot because, you know, you got a lot of guys that don't grow up that are Set for life, so to speak, private club growing up in Marion or Sabonic or wherever, you know, pick the private club. And the guy's a third generation money manager. He would never think about turning pro because he knows as soon as he graduates, Princeton or Dartmouth, he's gonna be making 190K a year and then 10 years later going to take over all his dad's stuff. So there's no reason that he would ever turn pro. Then you have the guys that are in college, neither one of their parents have a dollar to their name. They don't have a lot of skills, but they got somebody that says, hey, you should go try to turn pro. And the guy God Bless Golf: Mm mm. chip: travels the country four or five years. Maybe he wins a little bit, maybe he doesn't, never makes the big tour, quits, get out of the game. Ten years later, he's got three kids. He's on a second wife. Hasn't played professionally in 10 years. Is that guy more of a threat Tim Tucker: It's okay, right? chip: than 27-year-old trust fund baby, fund manager who's a member at? Peach Tree, Cypress, Pine Valley, pick the club in Jupiter. The guy plays more God Bless Golf: Yeah, I got I chip: golf than any mini tour player in the world on better conditions than any of those mini tour players have ever seen. Who would you rather play? That kid or 39-year-old Joe Smith on his third wife. He's got three kids. He's paying, you know, nine grand a month in alimony. He might make a lot of money, but the guy is literally. His only sanity is to qualify for US mid am and he gets in. And he maybe makes match player. Are you worried about playing him? Tim Tucker: I'm Joe Smith. chip: Yeah. Yes. Joe Smith. Thank you. God Bless Golf: Yeah, I'm I mean, Joe Smith is the answer. And and then re and there's a reason because then I tell I tell this to I tell this to people all the time when they talk about, what's the difference between a young cat and an older guy on tour? It's called playing with for your kids, right? I mean, you're playing for something, it's the only time you've got you've got these life experiences that make you harder as a as you get older, right? Mm, you know. Well all all of us ha ha as as parents know that, but at the same time like I wanna I want a guy who can slug six or t six to twelve down and make about six birdies and see what happens, you know. I don't want a kid who's worried about playing perfect golf to match play, you know. chip: Yeah, I mean, well, the qu you know, and we're gonna move on, but you know, at what point does amateur become a technicality instead of an identity? You know what I mean? And God Bless Golf: Mm. Mm. chip: look, that's a question that anybody can answer. And there's a lot of guys that hoot and holler about, I wanna you know, and yes, is it kind of jacked up that probably the guys that are in the final four are gonna be ex pros? I mean, it is, but again, you know, we've said it before. I I really don't think you should be penalized if you tried to make a run a long time ago. You know, if you're you're fresh off the tour after making, you know, a few cuts, then obviously we got an issue. But anyway, shout out to all the boys that are headed and playing this week, this weekend and into next week for match play US Midiam a very special tournament to all three of us. We've all been a part of that. And you know, without further ado, God Bless Golf: Great tournament. chip: it is Friday. And it's payday for some. Every day's payday for others. and here's your opportunity. So we're this weekend, Oppo Spice. I got nine games. So right now for the season. Yeah, exactly. God Bless Golf: God. I don't even know the slate. Okay, yeah. chip: This is why it's the best segment on podcast and YouTube. so far this year, if you've gone Oppo Spice, you are six, four, and one. So we are plus money. And we're gonna jump right into this first game on the docket, Tim Tucker: Yeah. chip: the longhorns. God Bless Golf: Timmy, was that a silver bullet? Tim Tucker: I'm in Myrtle Beach, bro. chip: Yeah, he's in Myrtle Beach. God Bless Golf: T P C Myrtle Beach. chip: If you didn't Tim Tucker: Yeah. chip: know, 'cause he's wearing a T shirt that says T B C Myrtle Beach, he is in Myrtle. God Bless Golf: If you happen to be listening on Apple or any of our other platforms, Timmy's got the sickest Myrtle Beach shirt on. It says T P C Myrtle Beach. Yep. chip: for those in for those in Myrtle Vegas, shout out. All right, first game, Longhorns of Texas, headed to Knoxville, Tennessee. We got the Texas Longhorns at the Tennessee Volunteers. and the Longhorns are favored by God Bless Golf: Now home home dog, gimme the volunteers and and if you wanna double your money, take the money line. Tennessee is gonna win. chip: Wow, how about that? All right, game two. God Bless Golf: Night game, night game, right? I hope. chip: I think it's a noon game. I Tim Tucker: No. Yeah, it's noon. chip: think it's a noon game. Now for the 330, we got God Bless Golf: well, that might make a difference. chip: a couple 330 slates. We got the mighty rebels of Ole Miss traveling to Gainesville, Florida in the swamp. We got Ole Miss at Florida. Florida three and a half point favorite at home against Ole Miss. Tim Tucker: Wow. God Bless Golf: Tag the Rebels. That that's the team to beat in college football right now. I I think them are Alabama, so I want the Rebels plus the point. chip: All right, so Spice likes the so Gator fans, that should make you happy. Spice likes the rebs. next, right down the road for you in beautiful Athens, Georgia, one of the finest college towns I've ever seen in my life. The Oklahoma God Bless Golf: Indeed. chip: Sooners come limping in to Tim Tucker: Jeez. chip: Sanford Stadium. Georgia is favored by thirteen and a half. That seems like they are begging the world to take Georgia. I think Georgia wins that game. Huge. Spice, what do you think? God Bless Golf: You know, John Mathears, a lot of talk. I I don't like Oklahoma. They've already they've already faulted me this year or or they've paid you, you know, as we learned against Michigan. we're not sure who they are. You know, we've heard that in football before. I you know, first inclinations, Georgia p you know, minus thirteen and a half. If that line moves to fourteen, watch out. But at thirteen and a half, I think the game's forty one fourteen, you know, kind of forty one twenty maybe. Yeah. I I I mean Georgia's chip: That's way more than thirteen. See you going dogs? Are you r make sure you write these down, Spice, cause God Bless Golf: You know, dog dogs are good this year, by the way. Watch out. chip: So this is, you know, normally the SEC schedule, you know, they're playing a bunch of like Western Indian whatever teams, but we got a good slate this week. Fourth game on the college slate. Texas AM Tim Tucker: Whoa whoa whoa, we didn't get Spice's pick. chip: No, Spice went with Georgia. God Bless Golf: U GA Georgia minus thirteen and a half easily. Tim Tucker: Okay. Well chip: Georgia minus thirteen. I thought he did. Tech S at LSU. Lane Kiffin, the mighty coach of God Bless Golf: Most coming off a loss. chip: the Tigers, nine and a half point favorites at home against the Aggies. God Bless Golf: No, that's A and all day plus the point. Tim Tucker: I like that. So that means it's a lock. God Bless Golf: Yeah. Night A and M's a good football club. chip: That should make everybody feel great if Timmy and Richie like Tim Tucker: Yeah. God Bless Golf: Yeah. Yeah. That's we're gonna go ahead and mark that as the pick of the day. Yeah. chip: we're gonna get paid this week. So LSU by million. All right. This one's for you, Timmy. The final college game on on Oppo side oppo spice slate. We got the Oregon Ducks at the USC Trojans. Tim Tucker: It is. chip: I've actually been to an Oregon USC game before. Oregon, three point favorite on the road. In the Coliseum in Los Angeles, a place where Oregon, if I recall, loves to score a bunch of points. so what's your take here? Trojans at home getting three against the Ducks. God Bless Golf: I know absolutely zero about US C this year besides Lincoln Riley is just getting paid to sit there and go eight and four. so I you know, ducks coming off a loss, you know. I mean, Dante Moore's probably a little hot, you know. I I think we go ducks here. It's not enough points to get back to the home team here. You know, I don't see USC throwing up sixty five in a shootout, but I could see Oregon. Road chip: Smice loves his road favorites. Tim Tucker: Yeah yeah. God Bless Golf: favorites, baby. Tim Tucker: I mean, dude, I gotta go with spice on that, man. I lost double down. chip: let's God Bless Golf: We're gonna go two if you really wanna chip: go. All right. So God Bless Golf: make some money, go opposite A and Oregon, two team parley. chip: There we know, there we go. We're gonna Tim Tucker: Yeah. chip: we're we're gonna we're gonna recap this with a nine team parlay. all right, NFL docket. This is where it gets spicy. We got the Chiefs roll God Bless Golf: Okay. By the way, boys, how about my Falcons last night? Huh? Little little I mean, that is the best football player in the NFL, I think, offensively. Tim Tucker: God, I was shocked. Bijan went nuts. chip: Bijon. Bijon. Wow. Is he's really good. Tim Tucker: He is a badass. chip: He's really good. And boy are the Packers God Bless Golf: Yeah. We're not gonna talk about the Packers, how bad they might be, but w how good the Falcons look last night. chip: No, no, no. We w we need to give we need to give full respect to the Falcons 'cause they certainly Tim Tucker: By the God Bless Golf: We Tim Tucker: way, your Braves suck balls. I lost God Bless Golf: might not have any respect left this year. Tim Tucker: a three team parlay on the Braves last night. They should have dominated. chip: Yeah. God Bless Golf: I Timmy, I listen, this is the problem. This is great. I'm so glad you just said that because if you'd have told me that, I would have told you I was at the game and you never bet on a game where Spice goes to. We lost 7-6 and Ellie Day La Cruz hit the chip: Seven God Bless Golf: sp the most ridiculous home run I've ever seen last night. It was about four four fifteen. It w mid-tradge went right into the chop house and people went running. It was like look out! chip: I cannot I can't Tim Tucker: We tried. chip: I can't wait till he's a Dodger. He is gonna look so good at shortstop. God Bless Golf: Fuck you, sorry. Fuck you. chip: it's gonna happen. He already Tim Tucker: Yeah. chip: said he wants to play. we'll get into baseball next week because the playoffs start for some teams. For teams with a buy, they don't start for another week or so. Kansas City Chiefs coming to Miami, ten and a half point favorite against the Dolphins. you know. God Bless Golf: It's a scary number. Tim Tucker: Are we talking Malik Willis? chip: we're talking God Bless Golf: Yes. chip: Malik Willis. We're talking Patrick Mahomes coming down to Miami. Now listen, whether you know, I don't wanna I don't wanna start a bunch of controversy here or not, but let's just say there is things in Miami that Patrick Ma Fo Holmes is allegedly a big fan of. God Bless Golf: Distraction, game day distractions. chip: I mean Miami, they're coming down. They know they're gonna win. Like literally, we could switch with three guys on the Chiefs team. They're gonna win, right? but are they gonna win God Bless Golf: Well, I mean listen. chip: by ten and a half? I would think they win by forty, but the spread is Kansas City on the road, ten and a half point favorite at the Dolphins. Spice, what do you think? God Bless Golf: I'm rocking Chiefs all day. Give me eleven a pub plus minus ten and a half. Mahomes chip: Faves. Love it. God Bless Golf: Mahomes came back for the first time in four games and threw for two three hundred and something change yards. First time he's thrown over two hundred yards in a long time. I think his arms b I think his knees fine. Kenneth Walker's a beast. You know, they they're that's a that's a monster in KC this year for sure. chip: No, you're right. You're right. And but we'll see. next. God Bless Golf: But w yeah, im am I right though? Am I though? chip: The Chargers, the fighting bolts with Jim Harbaugh head to Buffalo. The Bills. Seven point favorites at Tim Tucker: The fact that chip: home. Seven points. The Chargers look terrible. Why are they only giving why are they only getting seven spice? So Chargers at the Buffalo Bills. Buffalo. Seven point favorite. God Bless Golf: I mean, this has been a production of the NFL, right? I always always say you gotta look at the last sentence they ever say on every broadcast. This has been a production. Not a game, not something played fairly. I'm going Chargers plus seven in a chip: here we go. Wow. God Bless Golf: close game. We got three turnovers coming from Josh Allen. So take the over and the interception bet for Josh Allen. chip: If if you were my if you were my like gambling resource guy like that I was paying and you called me and told me to take the Charters plus seven, I'd be like, all right, you're fired. But that's why they call you Oppo Spice. All right, next game. The Ravens travel to the big D to play the Cowboys. And how about this? The Ravens, three and a half point favorites on the road in Dallas. Stars on the middle of the field. Does that mean Lamar Jackson's gonna go crazy? Or are the Ravens maybe not as good as we want them to be? Or are the Cowboys and Timmy I know this is a tough one for you, are the Cowboys good? Does anybody know? Tim Tucker: Bro, look, you've got C D Lamb, you got Pickens, you got Ferguson. I don't God Bless Golf: yeah, let me hear. Yep. Yep. Tim Tucker: know if he's proc concussion protocol or not. I don't know what's happened to him, but Dak, dude, he looked freaking great, you know? God Bless Golf: They g the the four o'clock game last week was the Dallas whatever game and I just happened to be sitting in front of there and mindlessly watching it and it was unbelievable to me how impressive that team looked. I I you know, everybody knows the Cowboys are a Super Bowl or bust kind of franchise, but i Tim Tucker: Well, they were playing the Redskins, so chip: Mm-hmm. God Bless Golf: there you go. I mean, you know, Jaden Daniels did dislocate his elbow too. That's right. Sorry about that, Timmy. I know it's a tough situation there. But I I I think Tim Tucker: Season over. chip: I mean bro Tim Tucker: Week God Bless Golf: I Tim Tucker: three. God Bless Golf: I think at the at the end of the day the boys are g the boys are gonna take care of business. We got home dogs in the NFL, so boys plus three and a half. And then again, I think you double that down with the money line. Boys will get it done at home. chip: Okay. Tim Tucker: I agree. chip: Cowboys plus three and a half. That's a that's a very nice pick. And real quick, like for the for the commanders, Redskins, whatever you do, the next time you draft a quarterback, have their legs at least be as big and as me and Timmy's. I mean you got you God Bless Golf: Right. chip: draft an RG three with you know giraffe legs, and then Jaden Daniels apparently has the weakest elbows in America. I like the guy, I like the player, but man, every time this guy falls on the ground, something happens. All right, last game, Dragon Chaser will be Sunday night football. The LA Rams head to Denver, mile high. Rams on the road, two and a half point favorite. Richie, what do you like? God Bless Golf: Bonecks. I like boneks at home. Listen, home dogs in the NFL, there's a trend there. Now I've never bet because I'm an idiot. But you know, in my in my years, I'm learning that home dogs is Tim Tucker: Right. God Bless Golf: weird. You know what I mean? Especially for a decent football team. But if you I think if you look up trends, anytime an NFL home dog has, it's like a seventy one percent time they win the game. It's not even a cover, it's a win. So I mean I again, I'm going boys plus three and a half, and I'm going Broncos plus three. No doubt. chip: No, the Broncos are plus two and a half. All right. So, you know what's funny? I I asked I wanted to I asked Google or Chad GPT, whatever you call it, w if you were going Oppo Spice and that he doesn't even know you. He went three or four. So there's something there. But so anyway, there's your God Bless Golf: he picked three of those four. chip: yeah, there's your nine games, five college, four NFL. we'll be posting clips throughout the weekend to get these games going and once again get a little gambling vibe going for the weekend. Everybody looking for that big game. I I would tell you if of those nine games that Spice picked, there were a few that I I did agree with and those were on the college side. If i if I were you, I would parlay Georgia, Oregon and Ole Miss. I think those are Three solid picks. I get the the idea of Florida being favorite at home. It's a swamp, yada, yada, yada, yada. And that place is loud. God Bless Golf: They're they're believing in John Summerall. chip: But and then Summerall seems to be a good coach and they got playmakers, but this quarterback for Florida was a backup of Georgia Tech. They just went into Auburn, and let's be honest, Auburn didn't put much of a fight up. you know, if the Gators get the r ball running, maybe get a turnover, but Ole Miss is gonna score a lot of points because one thing that Florida doesn't have is good defense. So maybe sprinkle something on the over in that game. But Timmy, what's your schedule? The rest of I know you're heading back to Texas shortly, and when are you and Ben gonna tee it up again before we get out of here? Tim Tucker: Yeah, we're gonna be in Utah. God Bless Golf: Utah championship. Tim Tucker: Yes. You know, for those who haven't done this or you need to start, you need to put a hundred dollars on Ben James every week. God Bless Golf: we we said it last week, pre b pre tournament odds, just do it. You got twelve tournaments before chip: Maybe get your boy to shoot fifty nine so you can win, Timmy. All right. You know what I'm saying? I mean, caddy better. Caddy better. Tim Tucker: All right. No doubt. I will. I got to. chip: Well, hey, we appreciate everybody that has been listening and following this you know, marching band of nowhere as you might want to call us, but we're having a lot of fun and and had a lot of reaction and fun things are coming as Ben's career is just getting getting started and a lot of fun opportunities out there. And just some great golf gonna be played. And like I said, we appreciate everybody for for being around and following these picks. And again, you like to make money. We will be posting the Oppo Spice picks of the week. And I'll leave it at that and say God bless golf. Let you boys say adios, and everybody enjoy your weekend. Be safe. God Bless Golf: God bless golf boys. Good to see ya. Tim Tucker: God bless God, baby. Let's go. chip: See you by God Bless Golf: T boss.
