I don't know. I'm good, mate. I'm good. Who is who is the podcast favorite? I have no idea because you're a very likable person, Matt. That's all I can say. Matt: Yeah ⁓ Mate, wow, wow. People have said that before, but know, I know that it's tight, but I feel like you've just got the edge on me. But at the end of the day, we're a duo, we're a duo. So, you know, we're just, you know, you've got both of us, whether you like it or not, regardless of whether you've got a favorite. ⁓ It's been... Benjamin Dawson: No, no. We do. I wouldn't have it any other way. I couldn't do the show without you, that's for sure. Matt: I don't know, I caused a fair few technical issues leading into this one, but anyway. Mate, should we dive straight into Hot Wheels like we always do? Benjamin Dawson: Let's do it mate. There's been a few peeks happening lately. Not a lot of new things released sets wise, but there's been a few new releases of what's coming out in the future. And I think we've just picked out a few highlights ⁓ share with everyone of few things that we've seen over the last week. Matt: Mmm. Absolutely. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What's the standouts for you, mate? Benjamin Dawson: I guess we could start with, I guess let's start with the Fast and the Furious range. I think everyone knows, but we have indeed got, I believe from MIX 4 of the Anniversary Fast and the Furious sets, we've seen the chasers in them, or so-called chasers, one per case, the RX 7, the Mitsubishi Eclipse. We've got in MIX Matt: Why not? Clips. Benjamin Dawson: So the next set coming out we have Toretto's Charger in a sort of a grey black Spectra Flame colour. But it's also been confirmed that set four we will be getting the Fast and the Furious Supra. So the orange Supra in the Spectra Flame. What do think mate? You are planning on picking up any of those? I know you weren't too keen like myself with the first couple. The Supra is a lot more iconic though. Matt: ⁓ okay. No, look, it's... Yeah, look, the Super is a lot more iconic. think I'm still in same boat. the Spectre Flame's nice, don't get me wrong, but, beats the OG Orange, So ⁓ I'm sure this be a hot one for collectors, but it's probably not for me, to be honest. Benjamin Dawson: It's one of those ones I feel like if you were going to collect them, you need to get all of them. So I'm glad I didn't start collecting any of them. Otherwise I'd want them all. Matt: Definitely. Benjamin Dawson: few other sneak peeks that I did highlight. We have got the GTR Skyline. So I'm not sure what it's going be re-released in, but we are seeing it in a Bayside blue. So obviously we saw the previous ⁓ R34 casting, the that had sort of the Z-Tune ⁓ hood on it and body kit. We're seeing just the standard R34 GTR in Bayside blue that will be released. So it's been confirmed. seeing that one. So that'll be one that ⁓ I reckon everyone's going to go crazy for as the previous casting has gone crazy the few times that was released previously as well. Matt: Definitely, definitely. Benjamin Dawson: we are seeing another sort of Bayside Blue R34 in that old casting with the ZTune sort of body kit, and it is going to be released as a main line. So I reckon this is gonna be a pretty hot main line again in Bayside Blue. I don't know how you go because I know that you don't usually pick up main lines but I do know for myself trying to pick up something like a Ferrari F40 it's almost impossible and I believe this one is going to be a hard one to pick up at the shops even though it's just a $1- $2 main line. Matt: Yeah, I don't go much for the main lines. did think to myself though that I wouldn't mind picking up ⁓ of the mainline F40s, but then the other day I was in Target ⁓ I saw a mainline ⁓ and I left it there. ⁓ yeah, I just thought if I start on the mainlines, it'll never end. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, yeah, I get where you're coming from. I'm guessing it was a black one as well. If it had have been red, I reckon it would have twisted your arm. You would have picked it up. Matt: Yellow. Yellow. Benjamin Dawson: Yellow, got you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Not perfect. Something else last year that was something very popular. The prices were going pretty nuts, especially here in Australia, because it wasn't released. But the 7-Eleven Toyota Supra was released last year and people just for some reason went absolutely nuts over this, I guess, main line or silver line, you'd call it. we're seeing the re-release for 2026 and it's going to be the Matt: Hmm. Benjamin Dawson: Nissan GTR R35 in the 7-Eleven livery. So I believe this is going to be a 7-Eleven exclusive again. I don't think we're going to see quite the hype. I don't like the livery as much as the Toyota Supra, but I think people will realize that there was a big abundance of Supras and I can't see people going completely crazy for this one, but pretty cool that they're continuing the line with 7-Eleven and I hope that it... keeps going after this one as well. Matt: Yeah, I agree. I agree. That Supra did look really good. I didn't pick one up, but it did look really good. And on the same page as well in relation to the R35. I don't think it looks anywhere near as good, to honest, as the Supra ⁓ did. ⁓ yeah, ⁓ the I do think it's a good thing that they're doing with 7-Eleven, and I'm looking forward to seeing it continue down the track. Benjamin Dawson: Definitely, yeah. I'm going to ask you, you went for the root beer Porsche, the 911 Targa. I'm guessing I never asked you, but I'm guessing you renewed your RLC membership for that one. Am I correct? Matt: Well, yes, yes, you are correct. It's a sensitive, it's a sensitive subject at the moment, Ben. But yeah, yeah, yes, I did. Benjamin Dawson: ⁓ well, let's move into RLC then and have a bit of a chat about that then. Matt: Sure, sure, sure. All right, all right. Let me tell you about my experience with the Porsche 911 Targa Turbo. I ⁓ obviously came up for sale in Australia. Originally was on the fence. I was like, ⁓ I like that root beer colour, but ⁓ do I need it? You know, I don't know. Do I into the hype of this chase? Anyway. ⁓ The final hour came along, I decided to renew my membership and I got ready to go so that I could click that button quick as and get that thing happening. The Australian ⁓ frame came up ⁓ I was ready. ⁓ Sold out. Immediately. Like immediately. Not even a, like I didn't even think there was a second where I could click buy. It was just done. It just went straight to sold out. ⁓ was like, no way, like how's that, that's how, you know, what do they have there, three? Anyway, ⁓ we waited again then for the American timeframe, which for me was two in the morning. And ⁓ I got ready and I just stayed up, you know, and I got ready and it came up. you know, three seconds, two seconds, one second, boy, you know, I chucked two in the car and, you know, off I went and I went, you are in the queue. And I was like, yes, I'm in here. Like, this is so good. And it just, you know, it said, you know, waiting, waiting. And it said waiting, processing, you're in the queue for an hour, an hour. It said. waiting, you're in the queue and eventually after an hour I was tired and grumpy and I thought I'm not waiting any longer, somebody else can have them and I just shut my phone off and went to bed very annoyed and angry. So that's my story with the RLC Target Turbo. I'm off them, I don't even want one now, you could give one to me and I'd be like nah, all good thanks. Benjamin Dawson: Honestly it sounds like you've done something wrong. It usually tells you how long you have in the queue. There was obviously you've clicked the wrong button somewhere, your big fingers have just messed up somewhere. I'm actually surprised after missing the Australian one that you just weren't fed up enough and having to pay that extra postage that you still stayed up and waited for the next one. Well I'm guessing ⁓ missing out on that one Matt: Yeah, how did I? Benjamin Dawson: I'm guessing you've gone for the Super WRX because that's just been released as well, the STI. Matt: Well, you would think so because I've got a brand new membership and ⁓ that entitles me to purchase RLC cars now. But ⁓ to be honest, I'm still angry. I'm still really angry about the RLC Porsche. So I just went, no, no, I'm not buying, I'm not buying a Subaru WRX from you. To be honest, I even considered, can I... ⁓ Benjamin Dawson: you Matt: go back to Hot Wheels and ask for my money back on the membership. But anyway, I was thought, wow, whatever, it's not even worth the hassle. But no, I didn't go for the Subaru Impreza WRX that is a perfect replica of the 22B STI. I don't know what the deal is with rebadging it when it's exactly the same. It's just got different wheels and a different color. That's the only difference. Anyway, yeah, it wasn't my thing. If I was gonna get one, I would have got the blue one. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah Yeah, different wheels, different color and still no side mirrors. once you see no side mirrors, you just can't unsee it. yeah, it pain RLC prices. I need side mirrors. Matt: Yeah ⁓ Benjamin Dawson: Going back to that root beer Porsche, I've been seeing a lot of opened root beer Porsches coming up for sale. So I think a lot of people have tried to get the chase. They're obviously opening them, devaluing them. still trying to get a pretty penny for them, but I think there's going to be a lot coming up for sale. So I think you don't have to worry about that RLC membership. I think you might pick one up at cost price or are you that bitter now that you're just going to refuse. Matt: I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty bitter at the moment. But we'll see how it goes. We'll see how it goes. Benjamin Dawson: Well, how do you feel about the sneak peek? We saw another sneak peek from Lamley and it was in fact a Ferrari, the Ferrari F8 and we've seen it again in just a diecast sample, so uncolored. However, we have got an image here of, I believe it's an AI created a Ferrari F8 in a spectra flame red. Will this Ferrari be enough? not to make you get the RLC membership because you already have it but enough for you to stay up and have another crack at it. Matt: still a crack at that Chevy Fleet Lawn because I'm a big fan of that but yeah, look, this Ferrari, ⁓ I would no choice. I'd ⁓ have to a crack. But I just know, you know, ⁓ the way the RLC thing is going, it just ⁓ feels like, feels like, and I'm sure this is not the case, but... It feels like Hot Wheels are driving members to overdrive, which of course is not available to us here in Australia. obviously all the overdrive guys got their, ⁓ their model. That, know, the ones that wanted it, of course. Benjamin Dawson: two models. Matt: Yes, they're two models, correct. They're two models. Anyway, I don't know, mate. I'm frustrated because, you know, the RWB was strike one and this Porsche 911 is, you know, I just feel like there doesn't need to be three strikes. I'm just annoyed. I'm really annoyed. I just don't feel like the average collector gets a chance, know, like it's just frustrating. It's frustrating is what it is. Benjamin Dawson: Look, I'm going to say something pretty outrageous and wild. think this year when my RLC membership runs out, I will not be renewing my membership purely. Yeah, for that reason, I don't think it's fair anymore on the collector. And when this Ferrari F8 comes out, ⁓ luckily it's not an F40. And this is the first RLC Ferrari we've seen since they got the license back. So it is going to be a big deal. But I don't even think I'm going to attempt it. I think I'm just going to pass it up because I know already overdrive, the bots, ⁓ going to get beaten to the mark ⁓ I don't want to stay up till, you know, two in the morning and waste my time and get annoyed because I can't get this Ferrari. And to tell you the truth, I am not even going to have a crack at it when it comes up. Matt: Yeah, that's fair. That's fair. To be honest, I thought the same thing. thought, you know, obviously I've just renewed my membership for no reason, mind you. And I thought, that's it. Like, I don't think I'll renew it again. I genuinely, I'm not just messing around when I say that I was annoyed, I was really annoyed. Because it just didn't even feel like there was a chance. And I even screen recorded the old sitting in line, and at no point did it even give me an indication that we were nearing the finish line. So who knows how long I would have just sat there waiting if I'd persisted. So, nah, nah, it was... Yeah, yeah, I'm off RLC at the moment, tell you mate, I'm really off it. Benjamin Dawson: Hey, maybe I will have a crack at it because it does make for a good story when we jump on the podcast, doesn't it? And just make us rage about RLC. Matt: I suppose. guess so. That's one positive, I suppose. I would have rather just got the car. Benjamin Dawson: ⁓ What else have we seen? I think we've seen another release from the, ⁓ I don't think it's RLC, but some sort of ⁓ Volkswagen Beetle. I didn't look too hard at this. I just saw a hefty price tag for a very average looking car and looked the other way. Matt: Yeah, this is a Mattel Creations line. ⁓ It is Hot Wheels, but it's not RLC. I don't believe you need to be a member to purchase one. We spoke about there was a Citroen ⁓ also a Jaguar ⁓ had previously come in this line. It's the Museum of Motoring or something along those lines. ⁓ yeah, it's a collaboration. It's a Mattel Creations thing. ⁓ my thing completely stock cars obviously and classic cars at that ⁓ but nonetheless ⁓ very nice packaging I think I said that on the last on the Jaguar when we spoke about that but very nice packaging but you are 100 % paying for the packaging because the car just looks like a normal car Benjamin Dawson: Yeah. Yeah, you know, we disagree on a lot of diecast and our opinions are very different, but we do seem to align when it comes to RLC and Mattel and our pain where we live the same lives in that world. Matt: Yes. I don't think it's just you and I either. think half the diecast world missed out on that RLC Porsche Tiger and just there was just frustration abound. Just everyone, you know, just yeah. Anyway, I won't keep going on about it. Let's move on. Benjamin Dawson: You Yep, absolutely a brand that you absolutely love, you adore, and you would never miss a drop. Mini GT. A couple of eyebrow razors here in Australia with the Ford XB Falcon. We've got a couple of Bathurst Racing liveries. Matt: Yeah mate, I was pretty pumped for these to be honest. I think they've actually done a fantastic job. They gave us a bit of a teaser back at the Melbourne Diecast Expo and that was last year I reckon it was and yeah they've released these in all their glory for pre-order. The 1974 and 1975 Bathurst 1000 cars and look I'm a fan of both liveries that they've produced on these and I think I feel like you know just looking at the the pictures that we've got I really yeah I'm really looking forward to getting these in hand I reckon I reckon they've done a great job with them personally what are your thoughts mate? Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I really like the blue one. That's definitely my pick of the two. We have seen a lot of racing liveries from ⁓ though, so I was almost a little bit disappointed to get a racing livery. I really wanted a street car for the first release of the XB Falcon, ⁓ I'm sure we will get a street release in the future. So I'll definitely be picking both of these up, but I'll also be hanging out for the street release. Matt: Yeah, I'll look, I'll be the same, mate. I'll be keen to, I'll be keen to pick up as many variations of this XP that they do, but I look, you know, you know me, I love a racing variation, so I lapped these up. Benjamin Dawson: Sweet, what else have we seen from our Mini GT? We got a release of six for April, so you want to run us through it. Matt: Yeah, absolutely mate. So we took a BMW 750 IL. We've seen this casting before, but this one is all black. So it's certainly a fairly desirable piece in black. We also saw the Ford Mustang GT3. This was the 25 IMSA Daytona 24 hour winner. Quite a popular model this one stood out for a lot of people because When it raced at night you could see the horse lit up on the side The BMW M hybrid v8 this was the 24 Daytona 24-hour car another popular casting And then of course, we've got the token Liberty Walk models from Mini GT. We tend to see at least one. This time we've got three. So we've got a Toyota GR Supra, LB Works. This one is in an AmoCulture livery. and we've got a Nissan Silvia S15 Super Silhouette, another Amoculture livery, and then we've got the Nissan Skyline GTR, the 32, ⁓ Kaido Works Amoculture. So this is the one that we were talking about in the last episode with the blue wheels that we said we were really liking. And what I think's cool is that they've ⁓ got this one with the blue wheels and then the S15 Silvia is almost the opposite ⁓ it in the baby pink. So what were your thoughts mate? You were saying you liked the blue wheels. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah they've done a his and hers haven't they? The his being the blue R32 and the hers being the S15. So yeah I mean it works but I'm not interested in picking up the pink ⁓ S15. I actually don't mind the GR Supra that actually looks quite good in that livery however I do not like the GR just in general and the Liberty Walk body kit so I won't be picking that one up. I don't mind the BMW in a blacked out look. Matt: Hmm Benjamin Dawson: As you know, I like a blacked out car, so I may potentially pick that up and the R32. But I think this isn't too bad of a release really, especially with those Daytona cars. think that Mustang will be very popular, especially in the US. It doesn't look too bad. I might even consider getting it. Matt: Wow, a Mustang for boy racer Ben. Yeah, impressive. For me, I almost thought about. Benjamin Dawson: Wow. Matt: buying every single one of them to be honest. was a solid release. Of course I pre-ordered the XP Falcons and then because I pre-ordered those I was like, I can't get another six Mini GTs. ⁓ There's a limit to the bank county. ⁓ But I did pick up the Liberty Walk cars as well. I can't remember whether I picked up the GR Supra. I was on the fence with the GR Supra but I think like you I thought it was Benjamin Dawson: Okay. Matt: a pretty good looking casting or livery. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I'm surprised you didn't actually go for maybe the Mustang as well. I thought that might have been one that even though you're not a Mustang man, you might have tickled your fancy a little. Matt: I was on the fence with it, I'm not gonna lie. I'm not gonna lie, to be honest, I was on the fence with all of them. I mean, the BMW in black looks awesome and look, to be honest, so does that BMW ⁓ hybrid. But I had to draw the line somewhere, so something had to get cut. Those three got cut. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I guess too with the release of the James Bond cars, we've got another two James Bond cars and I'm sure you have pre-ordered both of those because what would a set be without a missing piece? Matt: Absolutely, absolutely. So yeah, we had the Aston Martin from The Living Daylights and we have another Aston Martin DB5, from Royale. to be I sort of ⁓ you know, this is how many times have we seen this ⁓ DB5 ⁓ now, you know, it was a of James Bond movies, but. To be fair this one it is different. It's you know, not a lot of differences the main difference is the number plate but It is a direct replica of the actual car from the Casino Royale movie. So of course, yes I had to I had to get this one as well So there's a few mini GTs made they made their way into the car Benjamin Dawson: I actually don't have a mini GT DB5 yet so I'm actually, I think I'll probably pick this one up. You know, I'll throw away the James Bond packaging, don't need that, but yeah, I'll pick that one up and add it to the collection. Matt: Okay, yep. Nice, Mate, one of the other mini GTs that I got a little bit excited about was we saw another version of the AO Racing Rexy. Now know in the last episode, know, we sort of, we sort of said, ⁓ you know, it's getting to the point where it's a bit of a cash grab now, but. We certainly have enjoyed picking up the variations. You know, we had Rexy, we Roxy, we had the skeleton Rexy. And of course, Sketchy is another variation released by AO Racing. However, before anyone could get too excited, AO Racing did come out and say, nope, Mini GT will not be doing this in 164. Spark will be and only Spark. So read into that what you will. I heard a few different rumors, of course, as you do. But the main thing that I heard was that the ⁓ sketchy A.O. Racing will not be IMSA licensed and therefore it will not be produced by Mini GT. But there is allegedly no bad blood between A.O. Racing and Mini GT, but time will tell. Just an interesting, an interesting move. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, probably quite disappointing for our Mini GT2. Again, that would have been a massive cash grab, ⁓ just like all the other ones. been good to complete the with that one as well, ⁓ regardless. So it kind of is a bit of a shame that they're not doing it, I guess. Matt: Yeah, it is, it is. But Mini GT has their sights firmly set on of other things. They've quite a few things. We spoke about a few of them ⁓ in last episode. ⁓ But of we are setting our sights on the Malaysia Diecast Expo. What's the big news ⁓ coming for Malaysia Diecast Expo, mate? Benjamin Dawson: Look, we did actually mention it last podcast and I think we actually just kind of brushed over it. I think we just overlooked it to tell you the truth, because I kind of thought about it a little bit more afterwards, but Mini GT collaborating with the Fast and Furious franchise, I was thinking about it in earlier on in the week and I actually was, this is actually quite a big deal and I kind of underestimated it last week when we brushed over it. And the more I've been thinking about it, I actually think this line, is going to be huge for Mini GT. And I did have a few questions about how it's all going to work. We can only make assumptions because of the details should be released ⁓ Malaysia at the Diecast Expo. But will we be seeing a line similar to the James Bond line where they're kind of like more sort of blister orientated, more packaging orientated? ⁓ Or will we just see them in standard boxes? Will we see them in both. ⁓ The other main question I had, something we've talked about a few times, but we've talked about that Tokyo Drift RX-7 in orange. Does this mean we have to wait even longer? And will we not get it as a standard Mini GT release and now it will come as a Fast and the Furious release? ⁓ And will it be the first Fast and the Furious release because they've already got it ready? Matt: Wow, that was a mouthful. alright, alright. Just let me get back to question number one. Alright, your first statement around us talking about it on the last episode. We did talk about it, but it was actually off air. It was announced just before, yeah, it was announced just before we started recording. And so we didn't have it in our show notes. So we didn't actually talk about it in the recording. But we just happened to mention it to each other, which is why we brushed over it, because we were just about to start recording. But moving on to, yeah, the content. Benjamin Dawson: ⁓ okay. Matt: I think that it will be a similar blister type packaging to the James Bond series personally. That's what I think that we'll see. ⁓ And what I'm curious to see is will this be something that they will produce all of the cars? ⁓ There's certainly the question of the, there's certain cars that have been produced by Mini GT for the James Bond series specifically. they've done those castings for that series. So, you know, that's one of the gaps that we've had with the Hot Wheels ⁓ line of Fast and the Furious is, you know, we keep on getting smashed with the same castings over and over But we see Mini GT, you know, pump out. a good significant portion of the Fast and the Furious key cars, kind of like we've seen with the James Bond series. That's what I'm hoping for. I'm hoping for a pretty complete series of Fast and the Furious cars. That's probably my two cents on it, but there's a lot of speculation at the moment. Benjamin Dawson: Look. ⁓ I think we will only see, I guess, let's call them hero cars. So the main cars. But I also think you look at things like the Toyota Supra and they can't use a casting they've already made. They have to redo the casting or at least redo the tooling on them because it's just not going to cut the mustard. Same as a lot of the cars. They are unique to Fast and the Furious with the body kits, the spoilers. And it's something that Mini GT has to nail to make it good. ⁓ And I think they will do similar to the James Bond's ⁓ where they're potentially going to have one-off castings. Because one thing that will annoy me, if Mini GT start doing that Fast and the Furious garbage Hot Wheels stuff, where they start switching the liveries around, they put a Skyline livery on a Super and they switch it around, know, an apple becomes an orange and an orange becomes an apple. And they start doing that stuff and they're going to start, you know, upsetting me, which is... the worst thing that they probably want to do. Matt: Look, I 100 % agree, mate, 100 % agree. I don't think we'll see that though from Mini GT personally. Maybe we will, but I don't think we'll see that. think they'll just, they'll do very similar to what they've done with James Bond, just try and faithfully replicate the car as best they can. And then that's, you know, that'll be that. But look, when you have something like this, much like the James Bond series, There would be people out there that are James Bond fans that are collecting the Mini GT James Bond cars who have never collected a diecast piece in their life. The same kind of goes for Fast and the Furious. Obviously it's more car related so they're two crossover more, but. there will be people out there that are trying to get their hands on these Fast and Furious by MIDI GT who don't collect any other diecasts, which will definitely make it harder for the average punter like you and I, who are diecast collectors, to pick these up. But look, I think they'll make plenty of them. What I hope they don't do is start making cars like, for example, the Supra that everyone wants to get their hands on. Some sort of you know expo exclusive that you've got to pay $800 to complete your faster furious collection that'll really annoy me But if they do what they've done with the James Bond series And they just they're all just standard releases But just their own sort of separate line to the the standard pre-orders each month happy as Larry. Let's let's let's do that That's what I want Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I think it's going to be a really popular series. And I think it's going to elevate Mini GT to tell you the truth if they do it well. Yeah, I think it's going to it's absolutely going to go off and it's going to be ⁓ one you won't want to miss out on a car because I feel like these are going to be ones that are going to be hard to pick up later down the track. If you miss that Supra or you miss that Skyline, you're going to be paying an absolute fortune ⁓ for down. track and I think another point to make with this is as well apart from Hot Wheels there hasn't really been any other brands that have really just nailed a line of Fast and the Furious cars. You've got a few sort of unknown brands that have made one-offs or two-offs or three-offs or just random ones and they get the body kits wrong they do you know they put them on the wrong cars apart from I think there was a brand called Racing Champions which is quite old now and they don't make them anymore and they are very expensive. They did do a bit of a Fast and the Furious line, but I think there's definitely a space for a premium brand to do Fast and the Furious and I think for that reason, these are going to absolutely go off. Matt: Yeah, yeah, I agree. I agree. And I think Mini GT will do them justice from a premium perspective. Those that are big fans of opening parts, that won't be a part of it. But for me, I don't need them to be opening parts. I think you could have a lot of fun with opening parts though, with Fast and the Furious, because you know, subwoofers and ⁓ know, some of the stuff, the NOS bottles and rara ⁓ you could see with opening parts. But... ⁓ you know, simplifies it a little bit not having the opening parts. You know, maybe we'll see Pop Race or someone that does a lot of opening parts through something like this in the future, but anyway, I'll be picking these up for sure. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, 100%. Matt: Shall we move on to your beloved pop race? Benjamin Dawson: Yes, we've had a couple of releases from Pop Race. We've had two standard releases. We've had the Lamborghini Hurricane STO in a very sort of a light grey colour with black trims. And we've also had the Honda Civic, the... How do you pronounce that racing livery? It's a very popular Civic racing livery. They've placed it on the EG Civic, the standard one, not the Pandem one. Matt: ⁓ I say, Irabitsu, motion infinite. Don't know if that's right. Benjamin Dawson: I do. Yes, a very popular livery for a Honda Civic. my favourite. I didn't pick up the first release ⁓ the Pandam one ⁓ I probably won't pick this one up. I also ⁓ enough Lamborghinis and don't love the sort of slate grey colour so I'll be passing on that one. We saw a couple of Enigmas ⁓ as well. We've got another Lamborghini ⁓ This one's more in a out there color and I think the chase would actually be pretty cool. It's sort of in a bright yellowy green highlighter color and the chase is a chrome green. Very hard to get an enigma chase because you can see them from the outside of the package so do quite often get a stashed away in store sold at higher prices. We've also got a Datsun 620 Ute in the ⁓ Matt: Hmm. Benjamin Dawson: that very nice classic sort of bomber green color with the shark mouth down the side. So I feel like I'm definitely going to have to get that. I've got a couple of other shark mouth ones and I really like that sort of color with this sort of yellow highlights that a lot of people do a lot of different diecast companies do. So I'll probably be disappointed if I got the chase on that one because the chase is sort of a chrome silver. I want that army bomber green. And we've also seen a ⁓ RWB AE86 in sort of a slight grey colour as well. That one's not doing it for me too much, looks little bit bland. After seeing the Panda release last week I'm a lot more excited about that one. What's your thoughts on these? are any that you'll be picking up? Matt: Yeah, mate, I was surprised to only see two regular releases. I kept refreshing my Instagram thinking there's going to be another one pop up any minute, but no, it didn't happen. But look, Honda Civic, fan of that livery. ⁓ I bought the Pandem one. ⁓ I don't need another one. ⁓ That's the only here is I just don't need another one. ⁓ The Lamborghini ⁓ if I already have one, then I would get this one. I actually quite like it, like that matte grey kind of look. And I think they've pulled it off quite well with this one, but yeah, again, I don't need another one. I was really tempted, having said that though, with that highlighter green. I actually reckon it looks good with the orange highlights. ⁓ And to your point, would not be disappointed if I got the chase either, it looks quite good as well. chances of that, like you say, pretty small. ⁓ The Datsun ⁓ Ute. I'm 100 % with you there. The chrome Chase didn't really appeal to me because it is just a silver chrome. ⁓ the ⁓ model I quite liked. ⁓ thing that ⁓ really liked about it, obviously that bomber looks really good and we're a fan of that on ⁓ brands, et cetera. ⁓ really liked the offset of the yellow ⁓ on the tires. I really think that really sets off the ⁓ yellow pieces on the rest of the car. So that was that was what really sold that one for me and the IWB Yeah, it's very much to your point It was just a bit plain for me and I just thought yeah I've picked up a couple of these already or pre-ordered a couple already So I probably don't need that one, but it was probably just that Datsun you for me Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, yeah, even that writing on top of the Datsun, that white writing, of, you you imagine it being painted with, you know, just a paintbrush or something. But it's a well put together car and yeah, definitely the pick of the lot for me. Matt: It is, it is. Yeah, yeah, no, they've done a really good job. Moving right along to Tarmac Works, we've seen a couple of regular releases from these guys for the month, and we've finally seen a released version of their LB Silhouette Works GT Nissan 35 GTRR. So the, ⁓ yeah, the Silhouette version of the 35. slightly different to the advent version that we saw different wing etc. What's your thoughts there mate? Is that one that appeals to you? Benjamin Dawson: Look, I haven't actually picked up this livery in... I actually don't think I've picked it up in any of the mini GTs or anything that sort of just... It's a classic white with a... ⁓ I mean, apart from the F40, that's where I guess that livery started almost. this one? This is the Colette, isn't it? So I haven't picked up any of the Colette and I won't be picking this one up. I'm keen to get the Advan one. But yeah, doesn't do a lot for me and I'm not going to start. picking those up anytime soon. We've also seen a Toyota Yaris, a Rally Spec one in a white. We've seen an AMG GT4 in a black and white color. We've seen an Aldi A4 Quattro, another racing livery. Green, says Giva on the side. We've got a 911 in the, what's the 911? That's the Falcon, livery isn't it? So that one doesn't look too bad actually. So I might consider that one if it crosses my path. The one that did stand out to me though, ⁓ Audi ⁓ as you know, ⁓ got bit of like rainbows on the side. It's the, I don't even know what it is. It's ⁓ cinema roll, cinema roll at some sort of like little cartoon. ⁓ Matt: Yeah. Benjamin Dawson: you know if you had a little daughter, sort of a purpley light blue colour she'd definitely be into that but it does look cool. Matt: I knew that was going to be the one that you would land on. You know, your Hello Kitty obsession. ⁓ knew that was coming. That is a ⁓ replica of Tarmac Works race car. one. a real version of that one cruising around the racetrack. ⁓ But yeah, to be honest, it wasn't too much here that I thought I would pick ⁓ up. Benjamin Dawson: It's not an obsession. Matt: I really thought that Mercedes AMG GT4, ⁓ just, ⁓ don't know, I just really ⁓ dig ⁓ Eyes on anything other than muscle to be honest. even the ⁓ even Moon Eyes on the Honda Civic and the Datsun from ⁓ Pop Race I funny about even, Probably the only one that it was a maybe for me was I actually did like that Audi, the Audi A4 Quattro. I ⁓ just thought it was ⁓ a cool, unique livery, but that was about it for me. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I mean going back to Moon eyes that are Honda Civic the Pandem with the Moon eyes on the side. You're right. That does not look right. But the car does. I picked it up. The car does look good though. ⁓ but yeah, I know what you mean with those Moon eyes and it's like it was a hard one. It was like it does look really good on that Civic, but it doesn't feel right. I know what you're saying. But they pulled it off and it was a popular one. ⁓ And yeah, with that Mercedes, the GT4, I believe it was a GT4 that had the initial D. Matt: So did I. Yup. Benjamin Dawson: livery that was racing at Bathurst, so I'll be waiting for that one to pop out. Maybe it'll come up at the ADE as an exclusive. Matt: Maybe, maybe, we'll have to wait and see. I'm sure it's got to be something Bathurst related surely. But anyway, yeah, we'll have to wait and see. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, definitely. We've seen a few releases from Innu64 as well. And ⁓ I have noticed from Innu64, seem to, them and Poprace, they seem to copy each other quite often you'll see something released from Poprace and you'll see it released from Innu. And this one in particular, we've got the RWB ⁓ in Apple livery like we've seen from Poprace ⁓ recently. looks really good, but It just kind of annoys me when you get one brand releases a car and then straight afterwards you get another one and you just like I'm not going to buy them both. Obviously, I'm going to go for the pop race one that comes with the minifigure and it has the opening hood. So I feel like it's something that you know, should have held off a little bit longer and released it later down the track. But we have got a couple of Liberty Walk F40s, which I don't think we've we haven't seen one from Innu for a while. So it's probably. a good time to pop them back out. Matt: Yeah, 100 % mate. It's been a little while since I've bought an Inno and I used to buy Innos pretty semi-regularly. But those, I do have all of the F40s and I do have the Chasers as well. I really went on an F40 hunting spree. The ⁓ Colette livery here is very similar obviously to the OG. ⁓ you know, F40 that they released. Obviously it'd be the same casting, but obviously yeah, it's just the, it's the Colette version of that livery. ⁓ I pre-ordered that one. The red version is the Chase. which I will definitely be hunting for. I'm a fan of the red. ⁓ Yeah, I've had the same thought as you in relation to that RWB, the Apple livery. I thought, nah, too soon or too late, one of the two. then there's Porsche there with another RWB, ⁓ 997, but one's got, ⁓ it's black orange flames on it and it just looks. terrible like who's putting flames on their rwb 997 i just crazy um but then yeah we had a darwin pro supra one of 350 that you know have done and uh and then they did bring out the pandem Mazda Benjamin Dawson: Yeah. Matt: MX5 or Miata that we just saw recently, same livery as we saw recently from Mini GT. This one's slightly different though to the Mini GT version in the fact that it has a it's it's the roof down but it's got the roll cage in it. So I'm presuming that there is a real version of this out there somewhere and that they are both mini GT and you know have replicated that real version. I'd love to know whether the real version has that cage. I presume it does. Otherwise, I don't know why that you would do it because it looks terrible. I reckon. But but anyway, yeah, that's you know. Benjamin Dawson: It's definitely a drift car so I'm assuming it would have the cage. Same as those F40s, I got the original F40s, the white, the classic OG white and the classic OG red as well ⁓ I think that's where it stops for me but yeah you'll definitely need those. We all know what you're like when it comes to collecting a whole set and you get suckered in and then you can't stop. So ⁓ yeah it up. Matt: Yeah, spot on, spot on. ⁓ I'll have a Koval 60 slot full of F40s one day. Just in various different color variations, exactly the same casting. But anyway, they did do a really good job with those F40s. I really am quite fond of them. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah. Matt: Mate, moving on to another one of your top three brands, Micro Turbo. We've seen a few releases from these guys. Do want to run us through them? Benjamin Dawson: We have seen, I do love Microturbo. They do a really good car, diecast car. And I recently just unboxed the Lamborghini Diablo, the SV. And we have seen another release of the Lamborghini Diablo ⁓ in a light, almost babyish blue color. Looks quite good. I also like yourself. I had someone else comment on my reel saying, Matt: Yes. Benjamin Dawson: ⁓ I've had this car for a while, I didn't know the engine popped out which I've heard from you in the past. ⁓ Matt: Yes, you have, yes. Benjamin Dawson: So we've got another another Lamborghini release. We've got a Honda S2000 release. I actually haven't seen this one. This is the first time I've seen it. Maybe been out in a matte black and this one looks like ⁓ a carbon body kit. ⁓ I really like this S2000. It has ⁓ pretty features. ⁓ Magnetic wing. The roof comes off. The engine comes out, does some pretty cool stuff. However. Matt: Mm. Benjamin Dawson: you know my dislike for a full carbon body kit on a car that should not be full carbon and this is one of those cars so I will not be picking this one up. However if you like a full carbon car the Honda S2000 from Micro Turbo this is kind of a time attack style massive wing on the back ⁓ it is a very nice casting if you're into that sort of thing. Matt: You 100 % mate, 100%. I was kind of a little bit disappointed with myself that I didn't grab that yellow Diablo. It was a very nice casting. The blue also looks very nice. I won't lie, the blue actually looks really nice. I almost chucked it in the car. The only thing that I... wasn't a huge fan of was the white wheels to be honest. I don't know what colour I would have preferred but anyway yeah it just didn't sell it for me. The S2000 ⁓ do agree this will actually be a very nice ⁓ but ⁓ I know maybe not enough ⁓ for ⁓ to it up but ⁓ yeah I it does look really good. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, going back to that Diablo, was it after you watched me unbox my one that you thought, wow, I actually really missed out on that one because I unbox that. And originally I wasn't going to buy that one and I ended up getting it. And I was actually blown away at how incredibly good that casting was and all the fine details, even when you pop those little headlights up and those perfectly lensed headlights just pop out of nowhere. It was an insane casting. And I do not regret that one at all. Matt: Yeah, look, I was going to call you out on that post and say, mate, on the podcast, you said you weren't buying this one. So what happened? Cause I do recall, I do recall us talking about it and saying, ⁓ you know, it's nice, but yeah, we'll pass on it. And then sure enough, what do I see pop up on my feed? There's boy raise a pen with his yellow Diablo. But anyway, I felt a little bit betrayed, if I'm honest, but, but, you know, I, I did appreciate the detail a bit more after I watched your video. If you must know. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah. Yeah, well, I mean, it's a bit of a shame that you have to, you know, go be like, ⁓ are you getting that one? And then I go, ⁓ no, I'm not getting that one. You're like, ⁓ yeah, me either. ⁓ but one that you have, one that you have gone off your own accord and, ⁓ pre-ordered, I believe, cause I think you were quite excited about it. We've got a from micro turbo again, we've got a Toyota crown athlete. Matt: You Benjamin Dawson: It is in a very plain white, very stock colour, but it is very clean and looks very nice. Matt: Yeah, mate, was very excited about this one. I did actually see a couple of sort pre-order or not pre-order. ⁓ pre shots of this a month or two ago. And I forgot to add it into our notes, but when I saw it then, I was very excited, like, oh, Microturbo is doing a crown athlete. But this is, the reason I was so excited about this is it's exactly the same model, of course, of all the crowns they could have done, this is the exact same model that I used to own. So was very excited to pick it up from a brand like Microturbo. I do already have it in other brands, but they're more unknown, brands that, the replica is not good ⁓ as what I microturbo would ⁓ Benjamin Dawson: Look, the big thing about this car for me is I am a massive micro turbo fan, but this car is, as a crown is, quite plain. I'm used to seeing from micro turbo engines that pop out, spoilers that have magnets that you clip on and off, headlights that pop up and down. And this, it's got bearing wheels, which is very, very cool. They've done that on the 180SX. ⁓ You can't see the engine. So it is a very plain looking car. but I do really like a Toyota Crown as well. In particular, the model before that as well. So it would be pretty cool to see them make the previous generation as well. yeah, it's hard. It's hard when you're used to all the features and they almost take a step backwards in a way, but yeah, it is still a cool car. Matt: Yeah, I totally get where you're coming from there because when I saw it I was like, ⁓ man, like, you know, I'll be able to pop the bonnet and see the same engine that I used to pop my bonnet and see and you know, and then it doesn't have any of those moving parts. you know, I'm not a huge moving parts guy. I'm actually quite happy with the sealed model and I will be stoked with this model. I actually can't wait for it to come through, but. I must admit I did have the same sort of thought process where I went, ⁓ I was a little bit disappointed it doesn't have any moving parts. Like, why, why, why do it for everyone else and not the crown? Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I mean one that I do love is the pop-up headlight so it would have looked a bit ridiculous with pop-up headlight so ⁓ I'll let it slide on this one. Matt: It would have looked very ridiculous. ⁓ You definitely have to let it slide on this one. yeah. Mate, anything else from Micro Turbo? Benjamin Dawson: think we saw another transporter truck. is the boring concept. It's in kind of like a... I don't even know what that color... What would you call that color? Matt: Pan? Benjamin Dawson: Tan, yeah, like a light sort of tanny sort of a color. I don't know a lot about the boring The truck actually looks cool. It does look cool, but because I don't know a lot about the boring concept and I don't think they're really like a tuning company or anything. And what am I going to put on the back of it? Nothing. So for me, even though it looks good, it's not something I'm interested in getting. Matt: Sand? Yeah, I'm the same as you. I do have the boring concept cars that I could put on the back of it and that's of course why Microturbo have put it out there. There's the Mini GT. boring concept Liberty Walk model McLaren was quite a popular casting. So obviously they've seen an opportunity there to put this out and take advantage of that because there'll be plenty of people that will pop their little McLaren on the back there. ⁓ But not for me. I think for me to buy a transporter, either got to be something like we looked at last week with the pop race where it sort of completes the set ⁓ having it ⁓ ⁓ Benjamin Dawson: course. Matt: it's gotta be something that I can use with multiple different models, you know, for pictures and reels and whatever else. ⁓ So that's, yeah, that's me when it comes to transporters. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, nice. I think that's about it. One thing we did see, we haven't seen a lot going on from Oswills, but we did see an exclusive release from Oswills, ⁓ a limited run, I believe. And it was a Anzac Day ⁓ FJ Holden ute, I believe it is. We attempted to grab an FJ Anzac Day ute. Matt: I'm going to be really honest with you here and I'm almost a little bit ashamed. This is the first time I've ever seen it. I didn't even know this was an Oswills. I saw the picture in our notes and I was like, what is this? It's really cool. Anzac Day logo and stuff on the side. I would have definitely picked it up just for my pure pride of Anzac Day. ⁓ I'm a big fan. Anzac Day and I've got a lot of time and respect for ⁓ the day and I try to instill that in my kids and all that sort of jazz. I think it's a big thing for Australians ⁓ and yeah I would have actually really liked to have this piece just for that reason for me. You know I'm not a huge fan of the FJ per se but just the Anzac Day thing sells it for me. But yeah it's the first I've seen of it I didn't even know it was a thing. Benjamin Dawson: Well, lucky for you, it's still available so you can follow through with what you've just said. This one, it's a funny one because I'm not sure what Oswills are doing, but they have been planning on selling it in batches of 300 every night. And I know the first batch of 300 was sold the first night. Matt: I will. I will. Benjamin Dawson: and a lot of people missed out that tried to get it. Obviously it disappeared offline like that. ⁓ And then the website went down after that. I'm not sure if it's back up yet, but the website went down and I don't think anyone's been able to purchase it since. And they are planning on releasing it 300 at a time until it sells out, which I don't know why they need to do that. I kind of disagree with it in a way, just put them all up in one hit. I'm not sure what the thought process was whether it creates hype. I've never seen a diecast company do that before, but it is what it is. And I think if you want one, just keep an eye out on the site because I think there will be enough that you should be able to pick one up a week or two. Matt: Mmm. Yeah. Yeah, it is a very interesting approach doing the 300 per night thing. That's the only reason I can think of is just to build a bit of hype around it. But yeah, I don't know. I feel like if you leave it too long, it starts to lose the, you know, there would be a lot of emotional purchases of this car just as a hangover from Anzac Day itself, which was, you know, last week. So you leave it too long and you start to lose that emotional purchase of the whole Anzac Day thing I feel. But anyway, ⁓ certainly try and get my hands on one. ⁓ Benjamin Dawson: And the price, the price was a little bit elevated on this one. I believe it was $30, maybe even $35 plus postage. I haven't looked into it. ⁓ But ⁓ that price, ⁓ ⁓ almost be a little bit disappointed if they weren't donating a little bit of the money to one of the charities. I just made an assumption when I saw the price and thought, ⁓ maybe they're donating a small portion to say Legacy or something like that. I'm not too sure. So something I'll need to look into and yeah, check it out and let us know if you know. Matt: Yeah, I would echo that. I don't mind paying that price if that's what they are doing. I definitely don't think, look, if this didn't have Anzac Day on it, I wouldn't buy it. Doesn't look that great from a casting perspective, if I'm honest. So to me, it's certainly not a $35 model. For me, it's an emotional purchase from the perspective of Anzac Day, but yeah. Benjamin Dawson: Well I mean casting wise it doesn't look good to you and to me because prior to 1970s, 1969 HT Monaros, HK Monaros, we weren't interested in those cars and yeah that's probably the problem isn't it? Matt: Yeah, well, yeah, that is one of the problems for sure. The other thing is I Yeah, yeah, the other thing is I really feel like you know, I know that they they offset their wheels a little bit to to allow for the car body to sit lower Benjamin Dawson: Holden, the Holdens. Matt: But I've noticed there's a few models where it's almost too much and it's really noticeable, especially from like, for example, the angle that we're looking at here in this picture where you're just like, ⁓ you know, that's almost, set too in, you ⁓ just leaves this big gap. That's the only other thing ⁓ bothers me a bit. ⁓ Benjamin Dawson: ⁓ yeah, what were the other models? Yep, the GTS Monaro. Matt: GTS, I'm thinking, but that's, yeah, that's the same on the rear. That's the same on the rear. ⁓ And then even the VK as well, I noticed it a little bit. ⁓ Yep, turn around, have a look. That's all right. See what I'm talking about. Benjamin Dawson: Okay. I think the VK looks good. I do see what you're saying with the Monaro. It is offset a little bit, but I think the VK looks really good. I was just trying to catch you out. Matt: I think it looks really good from the side and from certain angles. I won't carry on about it, it's just how the Osweels are and I know why they're doing it because overall the body can sit lower over the wheels. Benjamin Dawson: Look, if you're not happy with those cars, what are some cars that you would like to see made in diecast? Which leads us to your special little segment that goes a little something like this. Dear diecast gods. Matt: Perfect, perfect. I love it, I love it. Mate, for me, for me this week, I've gone away from the wagons, you're welcome everybody, and I have gone with the Toyota GR GT. Obviously this was Toyota's, replacement for the Lexus LFA. but they've done obviously a street version as well as a full race GT version. And yeah, a bit of a fascinating car, super long bonnet on these things. And I've no doubt there are, it's a relatively new car still. I've no doubt it will be replicated in Dicaster at some point, but I just haven't seen it anywhere yet. I'm looking forward to picking it up at some point, provided it's from ⁓ or someone ⁓ I don't want it just a junk version of it, it'll have to be fairly high detail. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah cool, I actually don't know the car. don't track of a lot of the new car releases as I'm just not into new cars that much. There's just too much in them these days. I like the older stuff. ⁓ But yeah, they look pretty cool. Yeah, I dare say if it's a popular car and yeah, we will see it in diecast for sure. Matt: ⁓ Yep. What have you got, mate? What have you got? Obviously it's going be old. Benjamin Dawson: Obviously it's going to be old. I've stuck with the theme, the fast and the furious theme, the Tokyo Drift movie, an iconic car from Tokyo Drift. It only features probably for a very small portion of the movie, but it is in fact little Bow Wow. I can't remember his name in the movie, but it is his Hulk Volkswagen wagon. I don't know what kind of Volkswagen is, but it's a sort of a wagon car. And it is very iconic. If you know Tokyo Drift, you know the car. It is painted in green. It's got some Hulk hair on the roof, Hulk livery on the front. most iconic, it's got these fists that intrude out of the side of the car, like the Hulk is punching out of the car. And we haven't seen that in Diecast 164. Hey, maybe Mini GT are going to... unleash the big guns and release the little bow wow hawk car. Matt: Surely if anyone's gonna do it Surely we would see this from any GT. We've seen them do all these little bits and pieces with the bond cars So this would be nothing a couple of fists sticking out the side of the car. Nothing We will definitely say it. I you heard it here first Benjamin Dawson: I think when we clip this little segment we've just done, we clip it into a reel and we tag Mini GT, we know they're going to go, wow, that's a good idea. Matt: 100 % like a lot of the models that we suggest. Benjamin Dawson: Yep, it's happening. Look, yeah, I don't want to, I didn't want to say it, but yeah, there's been a lot of things released because of ideas that people have captured from watching the diecast podcast. Matt: that has. Absolutely. Mate, that brings us though to our audience's favourite segment, Hidden Gem. What have you got for us this week, mate? Benjamin Dawson: How do you know it's the audience favourite? Matt: I run polls, that's how. What else have you got? Benjamin Dawson: Yep. All right. This is a very unique car. This one. This is one I think you would have seen this earlier in the week because I have seen it pop up on a shopping website that you like to frequently visit. It is by Pico64. ⁓ little bit pricier. I'd probably class it along the lines of the PMG sort of style opening and removable parts. They did do a 180 SX with the Silvia S13 front, the Sly 80. What do call them? 81 Sly. You know the car I'm talking about. This one same again removable parts even down to yeah, Sly 80 that's what it's called. Anyway, we are talking about the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. I think it looks like a number seven or eight. Always get those two mixed up. Aggressive body kit. Matt: Su-swaity. You Benjamin Dawson: Looks like it's got a wide body kit on the back. The wheels are all interchangeable. They look very highly detailed. The spoiler is interchangeable. The exhaust, not just the muffler, the whole exhaust comes off the base of the car. ⁓ The front bumper comes off the front of the car. It looks like it's interchangeable with another one. The engine pops out. ⁓ The bonnet opens. It's got a roll cage inside. It's in silver. It's got a pretty nice looking sort of ⁓ race livery and sponsors on the side and this thing looks very very cool, very unique and it is a very special hidden gem. What do you think? Matt: Yeah, I must admit I scrolled straight past this. I did see it, but I scrolled straight past it. I didn't actually have a close look at it. I probably because of the price, I reckon I do remember it being fairly expensive, but ⁓ look, you're certainly getting a fair bit for that money though. You know, what do you got two engines, two sets of wheels, two front bonnets, two spoilers, you know, et cetera. So you're almost getting two cars just about. ⁓ But yeah, it's not like I don't mind the sort of things, but I always just go, well, there's only going to be one set of wheels ⁓ spoiler and front part, et cetera, that I'm going to end up displaying it with. ⁓ it's really just a gimmicky thing that I'll play with the first time I get it out of the box. And then that's about it. ⁓ It's right down your alley though mate, I can just see, I can see the real already, I can see the real in my mind's eye. Benjamin Dawson: Yeah, I mean it is the kind of car that if you have a little diorama set up, a little workshop set up, it would look perfect on the hoist with the bumper off, the engine out, the wheels sitting off to the side because it does, the wheels come off and the rotors and calipers they still sit on the car.
