Yeah, social media has been ⁓ w the my social media focus has been on on Pokemon and and T CGs. So and ⁓ I've been doing this for about the social media about a year and a half. I'm not in I'm not that old in the in the hobby like as many other folks. ⁓ but ⁓ in terms of of you know in terms of social media but in terms of playing and in T CGs, right, trading card game, which is Pokemon is is the b you know one biggest ones, ⁓ I've been playing since nineteen ninety four. Okay. ⁓ so before Pokemon, ⁓ with ⁓ Miss Magic the Gathering, ⁓ the granddaddy TCG. ⁓ but ⁓ I took a long break, college, family, you know, career, etc. And then I came back a few years ago stopping for my nephew for a birthday present. And I was looking he loved Pokemon. I was like, okay, I'm gonna look for some Pokemon. And I was like, ⁓ I can't find this stuff anywhere. One, and two, this is stuff is really cool. So then I was like, ⁓ and then I got started looking to it and got interested. I'm like, ⁓ this is this is awesome. And I have a long history of T C G so I have a very good yeah, interesting background to provide to the Pokemon hobby. And I started becoming a a social media, I guess, influencer year year year and a half ago and just started posting content and people loved it and just it just grew from there. Nothing's off limits to me. I I I love collecting all types. So so raw cards, right, is basically cards that are not graded, right? ⁓ and so ⁓ and they're sort of like the purest form of the card is just you know this a single ⁓ Charizard or or or or Mew or Mew Two card ⁓ and it hasn't gone through grading ⁓ by PSA or another company. ⁓ and it could be any form. It could be near mid, you know, great condition or it could be very poor condition. Yeah. Yeah. So I mean I think it's probably well they're cheaper, right? So that that makes it a little bit ⁓ And you could I don't know, I I've not done Pokemon like I was saying, but I started pulling opening packs and I find that shit very fun. more fun than like doing a power pack to be honest. I i it's you you know, both are kinda like you're looking for a a nice card, but it it's pretty satisfying to get a cool card out of a pack. But I just started with the perfect order set, so I haven't even ⁓ dug in. I did not get into any of the what was the pack before that everyone's it's the Evolutions pack? What is that? ⁓ ⁓ the heroes. ⁓ sending heroes, yeah. That's I I don't have any of those. ⁓ so Yeah, I mean it's a good reason 'cause it's all bought out. It's all you you can't find anywhere. It's all bought out the the i y if you if you try to buy the their their regular product, which is a booster bundle, it's a six pack, right? A box of six pack, right? That has actually quadrupled in value the box itself. You cannot find th so So because no one can find it and everyone wants to keep that as a collectibles, right? There's a large sealed investor collector community who wants to buy sealed products and that is the grail of sealed product is the booster bundle because it's it's compact and you can store a bunch of them and people love that. So so you you you literally cannot find that product anywhere that's under quadruple the the MSRP. That's crazy. That's crazy. ⁓ But then so the but then the they'll they'll drop new packs, so right? They'll come back to the Ascending Heroes. I feel like they did that too. But you still you're not gonna get it at MSRP at all unless you go to like the Pokemon Center, is that right? Yeah, I mean MSRP, you you can only find them if you you know you are you get alerted through a Discord or some other service saying, Hey, Pokemon Center's dropping ⁓ and it's ascended heroes looser bundles. ⁓ or ⁓ there's a large restock at Target or Walmart or those you know big box retailers ⁓ and you can find it at close to MSRP. They they already know they they already know the the game, right? People buy MSRP so they can most of them can resell it or or you know get really cheap product ⁓ a large quantities using bots, right? You use bots to shopping bots to buy them. ⁓ and so they've co continue to raise their prices ⁓ or to you know gain more margin from themselves, right? So you might not find MSRP, but it'll be close. It'll be close enough. ⁓ so you can only basically buy them through drops. ⁓ you can also buy them, you know, obviously if you want to pay full market price, right? You can get from Facebook Marketplace or or eBay. Yeah. Yeah. And then so like so speaking of of Pokemon social media, one of my favorite I don't know if it's favorite it's like a guilty pleasure, but watching ⁓ people in front of those Pokemon machines. like Are they stuck? Yeah, well it's I d those machines are wild on their own. ⁓ I I've I don't it's hard to understand how they work, but it seems like they just randomly activate they have product in it, but every like it's just at random times it'll it'll open up for sale. Is that right, Peak? Is that how that those things work? W yeah, that's how they work now. Right? Before it was like, ⁓ all the products are available, you can just buy as many as you want and obviously just just people just start clearing them out, right? There's their MSRP and everything's double, triple MSRP, right? And so and then they they put timers on them. Like, okay, well, a product is only available after every ten or fifteen minutes, and then another product's only available only if some other product is bought, right? So they put all these tricks in there. But what happened is ⁓ you know, scalpers or just people who, you know, know how to, you know, hack it, right? They they there's ways of of of hacking these machines to spit out more products. Yeah, they glitch it, right? They glitch it, right? Yeah. Yeah. Some weird shit with their phone. I don't even know what they do. They turn it off and on, maybe? I don't know. Maybe we should I think the phone used to do a timer. Like there's a timer. Like it hits like certain like one like I don't know all the details, but after one minute, like something happened and you gotta do some some combination on the keys and then it it it can spit out all the products or something. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. So I've seen those, but then now it's like people are just camping in front of it. ⁓ to catch the to to wait for it to unl unlock. But then now now people are becoming very aggressive with with the people camping and there's like all these confrontations. And it's weird. It's like ⁓ I saw one just today. It's like a whole like conversation. Like scalpers, like that's a that's a big problem in the community, right? Like that's that's kinda what's your stance on scalpers? So I I think I I okay, so it's it's I think very controversial, right? People say, ⁓ I hate scalpers but it's also like I I think pe it's being misused, right? I'd label anyone that just not directly opening the pack immediately and buying just one or two, right? So you buy more than one or two and you you're the one to keep it sealed or your collection, you're you're also called a scalper, right? So it's like misused a lot. I think I I think there's like these mass scalpers like who buy hundreds of products and who glitch stuff, like do really shady stuff. I I really think that's bad for the community. If you're just like, you know, buying a couple extra and then you want to, you know, fund your own hobby by selling, you know, a couple one or two. I I don't think that's like negative at all, right? I just it just it's just what it is, right? You y you won't have unlimited funds for for Pokemon, right? So so you you have to make do with what you you have. So so I I I think ⁓ there's needs to be a way to eliminate these scalpers who Who bought hundreds and thousands of of products and they shut them off. Yeah, they just sit on them in their garage. It's like they're flexing. It's just a troll at this point, I think. It's because it's so like limited. They're just trying to piss people off. ⁓ right. We can I guess bring it up now. But that ⁓ that could make all of those graded cards ⁓ like more valuable, would would that make I would think, yeah. Sound about ride peak? Like, is that kind of the the thought process there? Is that ⁓ it's gonna be a lot harder to grade cards, so the ones that are already graded are are gonna start gaining value even quicker? Yeah, I I think of like many things, ⁓ perception is reality. Right? So the perception is there's a shortage of flaps available for sale because it's just shut down. In actuality, they probably have a six or some eight month queue and they can't profit it out process. at all so they tell everyone to wait four months and all they're doing is just shrinking their own queue size without changing how much they're outputting anyways. So so and and ⁓ and so perception is ⁓ the shores the reality is they they can't they can't ⁓ they can't accept any more car it just they they they need to work on their queue. ⁓ but but yeah I I think the per perception is yeah the cars will slabs will go up in price. I think the you know the junk slabs will go up in price which is like Yeah, slap you know, cars that shouldn't have ever been graded in the first place that are cheap and and you know, they'll go up yeah, they'll all go up in value. Yeah, I and I would assume so there's a I think there's a mad dash to get cars in. ⁓ is today the last day? I feel like ⁓ Yeah, GameStop was yesterday. GameStop was yesterday, was the last day, and then today is the last day for PSA submissions, ⁓ direct ⁓ PSA submissions. Yeah, they're gonna get a whole bunch of shit. And I was saying last night in some in one of the spaces, ⁓ they're not gonna get those cards back for like a year probably. I I would I would assume it's gonna be a long wait. So I was interested in this sending heroes grades because the raw cards alone are are really ⁓ taken off in value but we hadn't gotten a lot of ⁓ it's been too soon to get the graded cards back. ⁓ have you seen how are those grades doing? Are they doing are you seeing any come out that are pretty good? Yeah, so and overall starting with ⁓ the last few sets, Mega Evolution Block, ⁓ the the car quality, and I think car quality is very important too the the grading aspect, right? The the car quality has been much better than previous sets. And so w while you know the the graded, let's say the graded tree the the famous tree clew, right? The the Pikachu standing next to a tree. ⁓ the the raw is probably what a thousand or twelve hundred, I forgot what it is. ⁓ the graded ones three thousand or so. I I don't I don't keep track of the the the number itself. and and it's probably gonna go down as the supply increases ⁓ with with those as cars get more graded and s and so forth. So ⁓ it there's a is there a healthy multiple but ⁓ but the quality's getting better, so you'll see more PSA ten out there. Yeah. Yeah, so my favorite is Pikachu. that's just I asked that earlier. But on March f May fourth, when we filed the The letter to the eBay board, we also filed for an ⁓ the HSR filing that we needed to do. So that's a 30 calendar day wait. So all of those we will be able to convert to shares, I believe, on Wednesday. So that would give us over five percent of the company by Wednesday. Now I don't think so so eBay has their shareholder meeting coming up on June seventeenth. Yeah. Yeah. And there's gonna be, you know, there's they're voting on a couple of things, but the big thing that we're all kind of watching is is the item number four, which is whether or not they can ⁓ reduce the threshold from twenty percent to ten percent ⁓ to call a special vote. So yeah, that would that's I don't know. I feel like that's what we're going for is to get to that ten percent. And then we'll call a special vote and bring The a hundred and twenty five half cash, half stock offer directly to the shareholders, aka the institutions. So in the meantime, we're just stacking.
