Fitzzzy: What's up TMP? Good to see you bro. Okay, let's fucking go. This was the lowest look at this, three point five. Three point five. When when was the last day we had this low? Let's go. Three point five today, right? Holy shit. Holy shit. Okay, October seventh. The date the day before the day before the Microsoft news was the last day we had volume this low. And before then? Look at look at before then. August twenty seventh, the day before Ryan Cohen filed his thirteen day. Holy shit. Holy shit. I just love hearing from him. Let me get my screen back up. All right, let's fucking go. Thanks everyone for checking out the show. I'm Sean Fitzy. I'm Peak Hobby. And this is the Echo Chamber. GameStop now directly owns 9.8% of eBay. And Ryan Cohen is showing no signs of slowing down. Speaking of slowing down, GameStop's trading has come to a standstill as we wait to see what happens next. Yeah. I don't know. Fuck it. The chart isn't moving. It hasn't moved in two weeks. How are you doing, Peak? I'm doing all right. I'm doing good. I'm doing good. We got a lot to go over today. even though, like I'm saying, the chart wasn't moving. ⁓ a lot happened with eBay. Mainly ⁓ we converted those put call pairs into shares. So we'll we'll have we'll have ⁓ a little bit to get into that. I want to go over the RC interview as well. ⁓ the Bloomberg one. I kind of have it queued up too, so I think we'll kinda take it a little bit segment through segment, maybe. ⁓ And then react as we go. And then you you're good to talk about some Pokemon 30th anniversary. We're gonna talk about some thirtieth anniversary stuff because that's coming up I guess in like a month. But ⁓ I feel like the hype's already starting to build build with that. And you you feelin' feeling pretty excited about the thirtieth? Yeah, I mean the thirtieth is going to be probably the biggest Pokemon feedback. Ever. So it's been massive. It's ⁓ what early September, I believe, ⁓ are the the first release dates. ⁓ and just the it's the hype is out of control. Yeah, already. And that's cool because like I feel like it slowed down a little bit. So ⁓ I'm I'm ready to get back up. I've I've done a few power pack pools though, and I've seen that ⁓ I'm starting to see some of the twenty twenty fives in there now, like the later ones that came out. So those are good, those are I like those. I like the art on those. I think we talked about that before. ⁓ so they're pretty cool. But you've been good, man. What have you been up to? I think it's been about a month since you've been on the show. How have things been going with you? ⁓ I know you you had some struggles on on Twitter recently. You got caught up giving giving away Pokemon cards. And I get Twitter's got this algo thing going where they're just like fucking ⁓ some of it's I I think warranted. Like 'cause some people make their living just on fucking begging for retweets and all that shit. But sometimes it's just people giving shit away. But yeah. ⁓ how have you been, bro? Yeah, I mean, ⁓ my my world's been ⁓ turned upside down from ⁓ at least on on X since yes since last week. ⁓ you know, so they made some algo changes. ⁓ and they specifically focused on accounts that ask for engagement. Hey, you ⁓ you follow, retweet, repost, like, ⁓ and ⁓ you can be entered into it doesn't have to be a giveaway, but for for me it was giveaways. and honestly that type of interaction is natural for every other social media platform. Yeah, subscribe, like, you know, ⁓ you know, repost. on on YouTube, Instagram, other platform, but on X, it is called inauthentic engagement. You ask for engagement. And if you do it too many times, they will demonetize you and even suspend you. And they were they allowed this for the longest time. Right? I was doing I'm doing doing giveaway for sixteen months. And and and that's because I tr I copied others do also the giveaways. before me. And I thought, okay, well, this is something you do in the in the Poketwitter space, the giveaways. Yeah. And that's what I did for the longest time. And now it's banned. And then no no warning whatsoever. There's no widespread, hey, hey guys, starting from now on, if you do this, you know, with ban you. It just comes from a a post from Nikita, who is the the head of product at X. And he made a post with ninety nine point X percent of people on Twitter do not see. And that is the that was the law of the land. So Thursday and I got caught up on it got banned on Friday. That sucks, bro. I would be I would be pretty sad ⁓ if if my Twitter got banned. I I know you're working for it to try to get it back. So is there anything anyone that is listening can do? You're you're you're you're a good GME holder and yeah, yeah. ⁓ yeah, thanks. So ⁓ you know, I I I I'll admit fault, right? I ⁓ if I violated the rules, ⁓ well not if I did violate violate the rules and you know I 100% admit to it. ⁓ but it it's a part of the appeal process. I've I've submitted my appeal, but also part of the process is just having some public support, right? So ⁓ let let X know that ⁓ you know that the P Fabi account is something that is an asset to the community and that you guys wanted that. And I appreciate any love you guys can can provide to to axe ⁓ to to show support for me. Cool, bro. Good. Yeah. ⁓ definitely. ⁓ if you can do that, anyone out there, that'd that'd be great. I like I like Peak. He's a good Pokemon resource and he's a good GME guy too. We got you in the Discord now though, so it's not like I we don't we don't get to interact or anything like that. But still. ⁓ so yeah, and and ⁓ Travi, thanks for checking in. Okay. Hey Strawberry. Good to see you. Thanks for coming in. Yeah, it shouldn't be it shouldn't be retro. It's like it's kind of bullshit. This is what Strawberry was saying is that it shouldn't be retroactive. Like it's kinda lame that that he just did the big move and and a lot of people got caught up in it ⁓ without really like any kind of warning. So that that's that's weak. It's got there's a lot of people that do giveaways too. So ⁓ like a whole lot. It so I don't know. It's like I was saying we got we got Bartik coming on next week with us and I'm a little I'm a little concerned 'cause we got three gold power packs to give away. and we wanna do it as a bit of a promotion. You know, follow the subscribe to YouTube. That'll be ⁓ I think the way we do it. But now I'm scared, so we'll see. I have to talk to Bartuck. All right, excuse me. So all right, well good. I'm glad you're here with this, bro. ⁓ sorry to hear that about your ⁓ Twitter. That I would be devastated. So like when I saw that, no, I saw in my DMs with you, it was like it was like no longer can communicate with him or some shit like that. I was trying to send you the show notes. I was like, ⁓ no. Yeah. All right. All right. Let's see. Look at the chart. We'll move on. We're gonna we're gonna talk about the ⁓ eBay deal. kind of give an update to the position. Update that came came out on Friday. GameStop had no reaction to it at all. So we're trading at 2174 right now. 1.85 million volume. It's 10 o'clock, 1 o'clock on the East Coast. We got about two and a half hours left. I've been joking around on Twitter that ⁓ that we I had about eighteen and a half shares traded after three hours. It's always funny when people like, that's not possible. I don't I I'm joking. Of course it's not possible. Even if everything was like ran off to the dark pool, it's not possible. All right. All right. I want to try to figure out how I want to start with this eBay thing. So let's see, I can go to the 13D. That's where we can look at it. Show this tab instead. So on Friday, we converted all of our put call pairs into shares for eBay. ⁓ it it ended up being about four billion dollars. The the put call pairs we spent 3.9 billion ⁓ to to purchase them at 101 dollars this well, 1001 our average is 101 dollars, struggling to speak there. And then you see all the other averages of all the other buys. ⁓ That we had over time. At first I was like, there's no way we spent four billion on that. But you know, in hindsight, I think it was like a little bit more than half of of the put calls were bought before the announcement in May. So even if it was an eighty five dollar average for those, we were buying them after as well. So ⁓ 101's still good right now with eBay trading at and I'm not gonna try to do math. $113 up 1.35%. You know, I think I saw somewhere that were up like $40 million on the on the trade today, just off of that move. So that's pretty, pretty nice, you know, to to see that I'm I'm I'm expecting eBay to get its ⁓ the the Bitcoin treatment now, but it's kind of weird at that point. RC has put us in a weird spot that if they lower the price, they make it easier for us to acquire the company. If they raise the price, they just give us lots and lots of money. So 741. I didn't I didn't see that quantity before. Interesting. We got a 741 from RC in that interview today, too. So we spent about $4 billion to get about $5 billion worth of shares. and and that that now gives us direct voting rights over 9.8% of eBay shares. ⁓ so I put a post out, let me look at that. Because there there are some hurdles that are I don't want the stream to be on top of it. So like the questions where do we where do we go from from here? ⁓ it seems like we're kind of hovering under 10% on purpose because it once you get over 10%, section 16 insider reporting, ⁓ and the short swing profit rule kicks in. And that basically means that like any profit that we were to try to take within six months, I think they could just like ⁓ legally claim it. He wants to stay under that. I think there's probably there all kinds of other shit that happens. He becomes a a different type of shareholder after ten percent. ⁓ so he's trying to stay under that. I that's what happened to him with BBBY as well. He ⁓ he they did a buyback and put him over ten percent and then all this shit happened after that. So I th I think he did a filing, but it was like too late or I I don't know. It was all weird after that point. So So that's ⁓ he wants to stay under that, I think for right now, but that's just kind of an important level. 15% is is the big one. You can't cross that without tr ownership. You can't cross 15% ownership ⁓ without prior board approval. It'll trigger Delaware 203, and then you're gonna be locked out for three years. so that's that's a level that, you know, 10 10 and 15% have been the the areas that we all kind of understand he needs to try to stay under. twenty percent o ownership or even a coalition at twenty percent you can you can call a special meeting. That's what proposal four was about at eBay's meeting that did not pass. Yeah, it didn't pass. So I forget if it was pass or fail, but that would have lowered the threshold to ten percent. And I think I think honestly, I think the twenty percent thing, and we'll go I'll go into it a little bit more, but I feel like ⁓ a special meeting. might be what he's trying to get to one way or another. ⁓ and that could be triggered with a ⁓ tender offer, direct offer to the eBay shareholders. ⁓ or he could build a coalition to twenty percent with existing shareholders and our nine point eight percent and and then call a special meeting, or I guess he could wait to the shareholder meeting. So fifteen percent fifty percent or more is ultimately I think what he he needs or wants. That's needed to remove the board through a shareholder vote. Let me get a drink of water. I should have muted. I it sounds terrible to hear people drink. Gherkin it used to eat live while l while live streaming and that would drive me nuts. I would have to turn him off. ⁓ I do have some AMC calls, which is ⁓ you know, I definitely chase, but maybe maybe it wasn't a bad idea. Anyways, all right. No one gives a fuck, bro. Is that who you Yeah, t I d yeah, AMC, that's right. Yeah, I was like, Who's was he talking about? That's right. I know Tony, I'm sorry, but fuck. If GameStop is gonna be trading flat forever, I gotta get my jolly somewhere. all right. So at fifty percent, ⁓ we we can remove the eBay board and and I think I think that's maybe what RC wants to do. ⁓ I think forcing his way onto the board or forcing people onto the a board is kind of his MO. That's what he did with GameStop. ⁓ that's what he attempted to do with Bed Bath and Beyond. you know, he's he's kind of following that same trajectory. So it feels like that might be where he's going. That could happen with a twenty percent special meeting or ⁓ at the annual meeting, you can you can call for it. He could just put in for it with our nine point eight percent. And he he'd mentioned at the annual meeting, he said that yesterday in that article that came out, ⁓ that a lot can happen between now and then. So that's kinda like I think no matter what he can put in by then without having to like own any more shares or build any coalition, at the annual meeting he can put in and I think that's in February where those proposals come out. But he can put in to have the board removed then. So I mean, I think that's ⁓ super far from now, but ⁓ fifty percent I think is is gold. Eighty five percent is needed to fully hostile is needed for a fully hostile tender. ⁓ likely need sorry You need eighty five percent to to actually take over with a hostile takeover. anything under that, Delaware two ⁓ three becomes a problem and then you're you're in a three year lockout. So, you know, maybe and well, it seems like everyone is expecting RC to go to ebay shareholders with a tender offer at this point. so if that's the case, I mean that'd be pretty pretty sweet, I guess, right? Like, I I was talking about it in the Discord yesterday. I'm a a little worried, at least when I first started thinking about it, like, well, what happens if you fail, if you don't get the 85%? ⁓ but he can put in so like, so say he he put it only like sixty percent of the shareholders ⁓ accept the offer. And he could put in something to where he doesn't have to follow through with the with the offer if it doesn't hit a certain threshold, or he could accept it and and then go the the same route of forcing a special meeting. Cause that as soon as he's over twenty percent, you know, he can be locked out at Delaware two ⁓ three. But the the thing about that is if he's ultimately trying to replace the board, Delaware two ⁓ three won't matter because he can the board can just bypass all of that and accept any kind of offer. I know there's all kinds of other legal shit involved there as well. So, you know I guess basically the the choices that we're looking at right now, maybe, are the direct offer to the eBay shareholders, have cash, have stock, and then hopefully he's been talking to people and he can get to 85% that way. Or, you know, maybe he can demonstrate a big enough group of shareholders that the board begins to negotiate. ⁓ we could see something along those lines. ⁓ or he could Have a coalition already put together because he's he's been speaking to lot of people. He's been speaking to eBay shareholders. He also said that there's a lot of interested parties that have come forward too. So that's kind of we'll get to that with the interview, but that's kind of interesting. ⁓ so yeah, I don't know, there's a there's a couple different options. ⁓ I don't know, like he can't he can't use his shares and for we can't use our shares for ⁓ 30 days. That's a an eBay bylaw that I I found as well. So that anything that r would require him to vote for like a proxy would require another 30 days. So I mean, timing wise, that kind of lines up with what I've been saying in terms of dog days of summer, we're starting to see it a little bit more out there too, is that, you know, July OPEX, August OPEX is trash. We got that filing exactly at the end of July OPEX. And if 30 days for some action to come, you know, for him to be able to use those shares to vote. That put us right at OPEC settlement for August. And I have ⁓ marked off on the chart. I think I made a little little section for that. So I don't know, Peek, what do you got? Any any thoughts about the eBay deal, how things are shaping up, anything there? Yeah, looks like ⁓ hopefully you can ⁓ hear me better. You sound way better. Good job. Yeah, I think the ⁓ I restarted and the the mic switched to ⁓ to the primary one now. So ⁓ yeah, I think ⁓ I ⁓ I I I I'm assuming ⁓ you know Ryan has a has a plan to get this done and it's going according to plan. So ⁓ crossing our fingers that we're on track. Yeah. I think we are. I think we are. I mean, 'cause even the way he's he didn't expect that ⁓ proposal for he didn't expect it to pass and he was pretty pleased with the forty two per point eight percent. And now that we own those shares, if it that thing would have passed, ⁓ if we would have been able to vote with our shares. So that's that's a a little bit more encouraging too that we can, you know, at least fifty percent of the folks were willing to vote for basically him to call a a a meeting. So I think I think that's what I think that's what he's trying to do. I think he's kind of still following his his same playbook and I think the maybe I don't want to say easiest, but I I feel like it's gonna be hard to get eighty five percent of shareholders at a a hundred and twenty five dollars. I don't know. Do you have ⁓ What do you think about that? Like d do you Yeah. I I I think right now the the price is the offer is probably a little low, right, for them to be excited for. ⁓ I I think you probably have to move it to like one thirty five. So yeah, and he's not gonna negotiate against himself, he says. So and I think that's another point that he he makes in the in the interview is that ⁓ he has not heard from eBay whatsoever. So ⁓ you know, maybe maybe some of these actions start forcing their hand ⁓ them to at least budge a little bit, but they're they're entrenched. It doesn't seem like well they haven't spoken to ⁓ and ⁓ that they don't want they don't want to lose their their golden egg or whatever it would be. I lost my notes here, so I mean ⁓ yeah golden well golden parachute could be part of you know the the merger, right? Hey, hey board and CEO, you guys get, you know, all this money if you ⁓ finalizes deal. It's it's it's happens all the time. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. So and even though so so even if they don't have some kind of out with that offer though, I think it's interesting that they could do an offer and even if they get like they miss it by a chunk and only get like only, but like they get fifty fifty percent of the people accept. that still could be the quickest goal to get the board removed. So I find that interesting. But I think in the long run, I think that's gonna be the path he takes is get that board replaced and then and then put one in place that is is friendly to the deal unless they become friendly with the deal. And and he is using his interviews to kind of promote all that. So okay. Let's see we can move on to the interview. All right. Let me get a little drink of coffee. AMC 240. Barking puppy back on the scene. I'm you know, he doesn't he's not talking about GameStop. And I I'm trying to stick true to my word is, you know, just leave GME alone and then, you know, do what you want. So they're launching all kinds of crazy weird coins. ⁓ just pretty pretty funny to see. But I mean, if he's playing AMC again and he was making a few tweets the other day about it. Probably do pretty good that earnings. Okay, I'm sorry. This is a GME podcast, but fuck look at this chart, bro. We ⁓ we're at one point eight nine million in volume today. We did the lowest volume since before Kitty came back in a week last week. It's rough. Sorry, TMP. All right, let's see. Let me get to the interview. We can we can talk about that. Cause I liked the Bloomberg interview. ⁓ do you have any any what do you think about it, Peak? Yeah, I think it was ⁓ you know, typical Ryan Cohen interview. ⁓ you know Yeah. He plays to the the base, ⁓ with his which is us. ⁓ you know, I'm not sure if there's a lot of new folks that would be on board because the you know, the I I to me the contrast the contrast is very different between Ryan and ⁓ the current CEO and and ⁓ you know We'll see what happens. Yeah, and he does it different, ⁓ depending on who he's talking to. ⁓ he definitely, I think, considers Bloomberg part of the legacy media. ⁓ he definitely has a bone to pick with them. ⁓ it's I think he he has them lumped into ⁓ CNBC. But as I listen to it again, I feel like there's a the I mean, the questions were kinda like, I don't know. He was reading our questions. I appreciated that. There's definitely some good questions and I'll play them, but Like he brought up Teddy, he brought up the warrants. Teddy's not so much, you know, it's that's just interesting tinfoil, but the warrants is everyone's interested in that. ⁓ 'cause also though, that what what that implies is a price prediction, by the way. So like asking about the warrants or kind of asking if he thinks GMB is gonna hit thirty two by October. That's kind of a tough question to ask the CEO. I mean, I don't know. But yeah, no, he definitely there was some combative parts. ⁓ I d I don't know. That was for sure. He and I'll ⁓ let's see, I got it up. I'm gonna hit play here. This yeah. Well well I I wan I also want to see the body language, right, of Ryan 'cause ⁓ when he got asked the warrants, right? 'Cause like an interesting, like very negative body language. I was wondering why like he he's like, I don't want to answer that, you know, type of defensive mode, right? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's probably the shit that he sees us or us as as a community talking about online. the I guess the negatives, right? 'Cause the warrants didn't print, so that's a negative. ⁓ surprise did he bring up Bitcoin? It he he went into the NFT marketplace. So so maybe maybe RC's feeling a little like, okay, what are you doing here? You're just like, you know, I'm here to talk about eBay and you're talking about the shit that didn't work out for us, kind of thing. So maybe that's what it was. ⁓ okay, so but he lets you know like from the start. So I'm gonna hit it here. There has been a ⁓ a complete failure by the media to explain why this transaction makes sense. And so number one, my track record. Just that. And and I think like he sets the tone from from from that point on is that he he doesn't feel that the media is portraying the the the deal correctly or that it's possible. And you know, it's kind of the vibe of the whole thing. a little bit later on too is that I think I'll play it at the at the break or whatever, is that ⁓ they're only ⁓ they're only asking GameStop, what's the plan? What's the plan? What's the plan? It's constantly what's the plan with GameStop? ⁓ seems like he's getting a little tired of that. So all right. ⁓ so he starts out this the interview by saying there's been a complete failure by the media to explain why the transaction makes sense. ⁓ they kept trying to get RC to say that he would raise the offer. I'll skip to the Bobby thing. ⁓ where did I put the time? S ⁓ he drank a soda at seven minutes and forty one seconds too. ⁓ But also that ⁓ concern that I don't I don't want to get into that, honestly. Skip to They're entrenched and they're hiding behind their their advisors. So this is where he asks about Teddy. If I go to Teddy.com awkward silences on any browser, I'm diverted back to GameStop dot com. Why? I'm focused on GameStop. It was a question. I'm focused on GameStop. The root of the question is let's say that you proceed with this. There's a very wide range of of opinion, speculation basically. Why does Ryan Cohen want to buy eBay? At one extreme is the idea that you just want to be the CEO of No one knows what seven four one is, but it's fucking exciting. I saw a I saw a alert in the Discord say something that that sounds, you know, no one wants to hear it, but seven four one, maybe it's ⁓ he's talking about the three year cycles and ⁓ twenty twenty one, twenty twenty four, and twenty twenty seven. Because the all the seven four one tweets, the times and all that really started May ⁓ twenty twenty one and you know the second three year cycle was May 2024. I'm not saying in May 2027, but also he's it to point out, well we'll we'll just cover it now. But like him drinking at 741 is pretty hard to do. Like he would have to ⁓ understand where they're gonna start it because this is on the Bloomberg channel. He might have been playing for a delay. I don't know, whatever. I'm just like maybe, maybe not. I yeah, I don't know. Probably not. Probably not. But I do want to go back and look at his other soda can. ⁓ because he drinks it. Yeah, well. I have that marked up because that's when he talks about ⁓ the warrants, I think. ⁓ so seven four ones Teddy and ten thirty six warrants. Maybe it's shitty that we want to talk about. Rather than then GameStop. At the other end i is the idea that you have a a bigger plan, a master plan. You kind of talked about it a little bit earlier. But but what's the reality here? What is the bigger picture for a combined entity? Or referencing Teddy dot com, some there's some history there but but a sort of conglomerate, a holding company. E eBay is a platform that I can build into something much more profitable and much larger. The ability to take GameStop stores and our experience in gaming and refurbish tech and collectibles combined with eBay and be a leader in live commerce, build out an in-game digital marketplace. Use the stores for a same day authentication and ultimately pull down, pull out significant cost, and none of these things come at the expense of growth. It's actually the opposite. The more efficient you get, the easier it is to grow. It makes too much sense. So that's why I want to business. There is such overlap between the businesses and my experience. Is in e-commerce. Right. Are you improved So yeah. ⁓ it was a g it was a good answer to not the Teddy question, but just you know, he keeps trying to bring it back to ⁓ eBay. So I found that interesting that he adds that. I think it's kinda fun that ⁓ he actually pulled those questions out. Teddy does still direct to GameStop, I think. I've yet to make that happen. He he needs that on a on a slide or some marketing material. He's just like needs to like share it, right? Not just talk about it, right? But you some some visual for people to look at. I think that would help this case, right? It's funny that next to Ryan is the one year eBay performance of up forty five percent in a year as well. So ⁓ here, I'll just let it play. Yeah. But but yeah, part of his message is is not just a this interview message. ⁓ because I think it'll be one in one ear out the other. But I think he there needs to be some visual and something he shared across you know, across the the media and and people involved that this is how it's going to you know, this is how GameStop and eBay is going work in the future. Yeah. ⁓ yeah. Sorry, I thought I I had play. I thought it was on this screen I was sharing, but it was the other thing I had queued up. ⁓ Yeah, I think and you know, I think I think we're all kinda like, you know, we've been hearing about it, we're in it every day. you know, w ⁓ the the forthcoming ⁓ material that's been forthcoming for for months. Now he talked about the five not months, that's long. ⁓ couple of weeks now. He he talked about the five hundred million a couple of times again. ⁓ still no clear indication on what that is, but it's not shares of ebay, so ⁓ maybe that's that's with his offer letter or whatever, we'll find out what that five hundred million is. But ⁓ yeah, there's definitely more coming in terms of the presentation and and people understanding exactly what it is. Yeah. And he's not he's not really given too much of that. I mean, but at the same time he has like, you know, he s he said basically like the the two companies will be making, I think it was five billion dollars after after he combined ⁓ And he's he's just kinda giving the general idea how he's gonna do the marketplace. ⁓ he just talked about the hubs. I think he might talk about it a little bit later as well. how authentication for eBay runs through a central location and and you know running it through sixteen hundred stores is is going to be way better. And I so I don't know. It'll improve things down the road. There's a lot, there's a lot. But yes, there I'm sure there's definitely more coming, I would think. He said it. You know, he said there's a filing coming in fact. So all right, let's go to the second drink. put to you and it's from GameStop shareholders. A lot of GameStop shareholders have asked about the warrants that expire in October. You know, another recent or relatively recent financial transaction from a company. What should they expect happens with those warrants between now and in October of this year? I don't have a crystal ball. I can't answer that question. Okay. Their expectation is that when they expire, I think the dates October twenty sixth is that's the outcome. Ed, people that have invested alongside me when it comes to Chewy or GameStop and me committing ⁓ five hundred million dollars into eBay, they've done they've done very, very well. So I don't have a crystal ball. I can't predict the future, nor can anyone that I've ever met. But GameStop is a business that was on the brink of bankruptcy and Everybody was betting against it for good reason. And now the company is making more money than it's ever made in its history. Whatever happens, V eBay. All right. It's about to they'll come back from the second half. And I kinda I'll play that part too. ⁓ Mags, good to see you, bro. And I have said coming a lot. ⁓ almost as many times as RC said crystal ball right there. I think you said it like three or four times. There's some good ⁓ you know, what I think there's a there's a kitty two. Go ahead. So let me give you my take. Okay. It sounds like he's not going to let them expire worthless. I mean, that's basic he says, hey, if you guys you you've done well, then invest with me. So what what he's saying is you trust him that they will not expire worthless, basically, without saying that. I like that. I like that take. So that's ⁓ October thirty two's ⁓ would be what they are, and that's getting closer. So but he could like extend them. There is a way he could do it. Or lower the or lower it too. Yeah. Yeah. Or both. He couldn't remove value. That's the only thing he can't do. But he can make them ⁓ more valuable, which which would be like adding time or there's or even closer to the money, I think, would make them more valuable too. So ⁓ it's just the other way you can't do it. ⁓ I I dug into that for a little while there too. I went back to the chart just to see, but we haven't moved yet, guys. Fucking shit, man. This shit is it's like pulling teeth sometimes. That's why I didn't do the show last week. Honestly, like nothing had changed. I was getting so irritated with this fucking chart. It's just all the same. Anyway. It's insane. Like, okay, we we wait for OpEx and then after OpEx, it's this is the big move time, right? So, you know, it's it's it's performing even worse than OpEx. It is, but it's July. That's that's the one caveat. That I'll give is that we are ⁓ we're in July still. This next month is trash. Even volume wise, like it's really bad. It's really bad. So all right, let me get back to AMC's trying to break out right there. Yeah, I know, bro. I see it. Yeah. Like I'm up I'm up ⁓ pretty good too. What what is it at? Twenty five percent. I went in like I yellowed. It was definitely not smart to chase, but hey, it i I Aaron could always do a awk. Right. You just it's just hard to hold on to them at b after end of day. Yeah, I'm I'm definitely not. I'm keeping I'm keeping an eye on clock. ⁓ yeah. But I mean, they don't even have weeklies. So that's a good thing about well, not good, but ⁓ I think ⁓ they don't have until August. I'm surprised they don't have weeklies, ⁓ the way it's been moving though. Alright, ⁓ so that so he does so they go to the halfway point, they come back. ⁓ it was obviously, you know, awkward I saw someone say as soon as I think it was old Jim Zimmer, and it made me laugh. But he said he said as soon as I saw the first awkward silence, I bought puts. ⁓ And that was funny. because he knew it was gonna be a bad interview because he was just leaving fucking tons of silences out there. It it made it very But very on purpose. So all right. So when he comes back, Ed tries to get into ⁓ Grand Theft Auto six and and RT RC is like GameStop's still one of the biggest names in gaming. I get a lot of questions about that. And Ryan, if if you're up for it, let's start with Grand Theft Auto six. You know, it's expected to be one of the biggest entertainment launches ever. You go to GameStop dot com, pre-orders are available. What are you seeing? What are customers telling you? Ed I want to go back and talk about eBay. I want to know if you wanted to build if you wanted to build the trillion dollar business and you had the existing management team, guy running the company makes thirty million bucks a year, hasn't bought a single share in the open market, and then you have someone that's committed five hundred million, might me. Very so we don't have to talk in hypotheticals. Who's more competent and capable of building a larger business? I want you to look your viewers in the eyes and tell them, are you gonna bet on an entrenched management team running the business or me? Someone that went head to head against Amazon selling thirty pound bags of dog food, turned around, a very tough situation at GameStop, and now the company's making lots of money. I found I f I found that like interesting. I feel like it was on purpose. ⁓ I know he's got a good PR team in Nukole Robles. I think after the interview tweeted w or po I don't I think maybe it was on LinkedIn, I'm not sure. 'Cause it wasn't a tweet. But ⁓ said, you know, we're coming for you, eBay, and that's his his ⁓ PR director. And so somewhere else ⁓ forget who, but he He had built a whole new team around that. There's so much information coming at me. I'm I'm like retaining it, but at the same time, ⁓ not. So, so yeah, this probably my wife was listening to this interview and she said, Ryan Cohn's a jerk. I was like, Yeah, I know. Like, maybe, but like not I I feel like it was on purpose. If you would have heard maybe a Charles Payne interview or or any of those other guys, the TBPN guys, she wouldn't, she probably wouldn't have said that, but. ⁓ he was definitely ⁓ not putting on the charm during this interview. So but, you know, I I think he's not talking to us. I don't think he's talking to he didn't want to talk about warrants. He he wanted to talk who is he talking to, I guess. I think eBay's board and eBay's shareholders. I think he I think he wants eBay's board to come to the table, I believe. He's talking about wanting to meet with the CEO a few times now. and in the article that came out ⁓ yesterday he he mentioned that he had reached out to the CEO before he did any of this. So you know. Okay. I mean you seem like you talk a lot of smack to someone he wants to meet in person. Yeah, you're right. That's fair. That's fair. I think he's pause that's posturing for the shareholders. But like, you know, RC well, we don't know what he did, but ⁓ Matt Furlong left and he tweeted not for long. Like he didn't ⁓ and he was being a dick, I'm pretty sure. ⁓ And then I think we had our CFO leave too and near yet so far, he did that as well. So he I I think he has that edge ⁓ to him for sure. So all right. ⁓ I don't know, do you do you who do you think he's talking to? I I don't know. I think he's just trying to keep it in the news somehow. Like he's trying to keep GameStop eBay in the news cycle. Yeah. ⁓ so continues the interviews 'cause I don't know of what other thing he's trying to accomplish right now, except keep it in the news. Yeah. Keep hot hot takes, hot takes, sound bites, you know, get the you have you know fan base continue to keep you hyped up. I I I don't know what else is is ⁓ the the goal here. Yeah, I mean it is a long process, right? So so he if he doesn't want it to to just fall into like secondhand news, he cause he's definitely making headlines every time he does this stuff. ⁓ so yeah, maybe it's just about being in the news. To see his side of things, maybe. I don't know. Yeah, that's what I think it's. All right. So all right, software is irrelevant, I think was another interesting one. ⁓ I saw people like complaining about that. ⁓ they they were talking about the fact that the all digital switch. Scoot on my chair. They're talking about the all digital switch and how GameStop is affected by, you know, being a a mostly hardware. I think he said that too. ⁓ I'll he'll play here in a second. But we're not mostly hardware and then he said he gave some pretty good statistics too and it was pretty nice. So I'm gonna play so let's see. A central part of the plan, right? Let me go back. Marketplace is huge. So those are just some of the opportunities to take this business and build it into something that the existing management team on a standalone basis can never do. So the situation is collectibles are clearly a central part of the plan, right? If this deal goes through the combined entity. On gaming, it sounds like you are preparing for a world where gaming is diskless. There will be a trade-in, secondhand trade-in, but that this is the umbrella point, right? Like if the hardware makers, Sony, Xbox, are reportedly moving to Diskless on the console side, future game launches. are digital only, where does that fit in for your business plan in the combined entity? It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter at all. Software, it mattered in the past. Software today makes up less than twelve percent of the business. And collectibles makes up over half the business. So it's totally, totally irrelevant. Is there anything that you learned from the NFT marketplace ⁓ experiment? I'll let it play, but well, I like that answer a lot. ⁓ it it's true. And it's almost like s ⁓ games going away from from physical to digital is only I think bullish for GameStop when it comes to them becoming collectibles. And we've been hoarding disk drives and and consoles that play discs and And discs themselves for years now. So I know he doesn't have him. I don't he hates him. I I mean I okay, so if I would take the the devos adv dev devos advocate position, right? Twelve percent is still twelve percent. ⁓ yeah. Right. So so th so I I I think twelve percent and it doesn't matter. There's a there's a gap between twelve percent and it doesn't matter. It d it matters, it doesn't matter as much, right? Yeah. And ⁓ probably a lot of the twelve percent is more like legacy hard legacy software sales like trade ins and used games, right? Rather than than mostly new. but I I think I think maybe what Ryan thinking is as part of our long term strategy, we've already accounted for, you know, the reduction in software sales. So it doesn't matter to us from a long term plan perspective in terms of what we want to accomplish rather than it just doesn't matter at all. Yeah, I agree. I can get with that. And then, you know, it's it's it's negatives, negatives, right? 'Cause here comes the next one. Well, I think RC, this I think this one really a GameStop that that you you think you can put into practice if the deal goes through in this combined entity. What was the takeaway for you from that? What does that mean? What does that mean? GameStop has looked at digital business lines outside of the physical world. What did you learn from GameStop looking at those markets? You know how much money GameStop is making today? Face. Hundred and forty three million in Q one, highest operating earnings in the company's history. They were surprised at the strength of earnings recently. But again, you know, the audience everybody in the everybody in the media wants GameStop to fail. Explain that to me, Ed. Why everybody in the media, in the mainstream media, wants GameStop to fail. You've got there's nothing more American than GameStop committing its balance sheet and this company, which is a great American company, eBay, being Aligned with shareholders, that's how this country was built. Is risking your own capital. And if the business succeeds, you make money. And if the business fails, you lose a lot of money. And what I want to understand is why everybody wants GameStop to fail. Both its core business and in this transaction. I mean, it's fucking true. Anyone who's been around for any period of time knows it. Anyone spent any time online reping GME and GameStop as a bull has absolutely felt the desire for for us to fail. ⁓ it's it's it's it's a weird level sometimes too. A fake level for sure, but yeah. And he probably has felt it more than anybody else. So I could I could see that that chip on his shoulder and why we'd have it. And you know, if you follow these lines of questions, they're all just kind of talking about why GameStop shouldn't isn't gonna do good or they didn't do well with the NFT Marketplace. And I I don't know. I could, you know, in hindsight, I originally as I'm like listening, trying to get ready for work and my wife's getting ready to leave for the weekend, you know, I had a lot going on. I was like, man, he's just being a dick. But I think he was just kind of maybe I maybe not giving back the same energy but responding to questions that weren't ⁓ with the best interest when when they were giving them maybe kind of thing. So ⁓ what do you got there? Anything I'm gonna probably let's see, I got they ask about the timeline, so I'll I'll skip to that and then I'll we'll probably take a a break. You got anything before we we do that peek? ⁓ no, nothing right now. Alright, let me get to this one and then I'll run outside and we'll come back and we'll do Shop Game Shop, talk about some Pokemon, and then we can review. Let me see. That's gonna be directly to shareholders. ⁓ then let me go back. I'll hit play from there and we'll let it run for a minute. Coming on the show, I always give our audience the opportunity to ask their questions. That's what we're Ryan, I'm a technology journalist. We'll leave it with the hostilities. Well world being aligned with shareholders. That's how this country was built. Is risking your own capital. And if the business succeeds, you make money. And if the business fails, you lose a lot of money. And what I want to understand is why everybody wants GameStop to fail. Both its core business and in this transaction. What world do we live in where we're betting against we're we're rooting for the the an entrenched management team that has no skin in the game and and someone that's risking their own capital and there's nothing more American than that. You want us to fail. I want to understand that. Ryan, I'm a technology journalist. I host the tech show on Bloomberg. When this deal broke in May. I and my team invited you onto the show and it took a number of months. You're now here on the show. And in advance of you coming on the show, I posted on social media that you were coming on the show. I always give our audience the opportunity to ask their questions. That's what we're doing here. Giving you an opportunity to present. I think that the the one outstanding thing is people asking when will they see a sort of codified plan from you, a business plan? presented for this combined entity on paper. You you've explained a bit of it in the course of this conversation, but that's that's why the audience is here to listen to you, to explain the future of a business that is a combination of GameStop and eBay. Well, I'm gonna bring that plan directly to shareholders. It's ⁓ it's not going to be through a a TV show, you can count on it. It's gonna be directly to shareholders. And do you have a timeline for that, Ryan? We've had ⁓ an influx of parties that have come to us and they're interested and in due course the the plan is gonna be made public. But In the short term, the plan involves building a much larger business. I mean, you know, well, what what is the goal of business? What is my goal? I own a lot of stock and I don't have any perverse incentive. So it's to make the business a lot more profitable and to maximize shareholder value. So that's the plan. It's not that complicated. And I've spoken about huge growth areas within cutting costs. That's just short term. But live commerce and building out an in-game digital marketplace. So I've shared that with you. But everyone in the past have said, Well, what's the business plan? What's the business plan? But they only do that with GameStop for whatever reason. Well, you know what the business plan is? It's to make money. GameStop just reported its highest earnings in the company's history with a fraction of the stores. And everybody in the media said GameStop was gonna fail. So the plan is to make more money. The plan is to maximize shareholder value. Am I gonna go and share my proprietary plan and every single detail and give it out to my competitors? That that'd be a pretty stupid thing to do. Ryan, we have literally thirty seconds left in the show. Again, it would be that are you prepared to raise your offer for eBay? You've set out your vision. Again. But the action you're willing to take to do it. I'm not gonna call my shots, but we're coming for eBay one way or another. One of the biggest Great ⁓ great ending. Really, really good ending. Strong. I know he was aggressive, but I think I'm okay with that. Let me ⁓ show this tab instead. I said game stop with a stick, but it didn't. But it did get a little bit of volume there. for g for now. Two point two five I'm not playing it for sure, but maybe maybe EMC's done for the day. What do we think? I think sometimes RC takes offense when the question is framed as doubting his integrity, ethics, or motives. I agree. I agree. I think he definitely took offense at some of those questions. Adam. ⁓ magnificent. Not asking more about the in-game marketplace was a huge miss. Yeah. Yeah. I know. They I mean he went he went NFTs, but he he could have ⁓ went and talked about the digital marketplace too. I I think there was a part he mentioned it, but it wasn't like super detailed. But again, we're not we're not gonna get the detailed plan yet. Yeah. I liked it. I thought it was a good interview. All right. Let me see here. ⁓ hey guys. Something's happening on the chart right now. Are you with me, Peak? I don't think I've heard you yet. Yeah, yeah. So sorry, I'm I'm just kind of just doing some research, but ⁓ yeah, GameStop is going back to twenty two. So so ⁓ for those who who ⁓ are in the Discord, I have this chart c I call the the line of the trend line of destiny. Yeah. Which we will never ⁓ we have never broken, at least kept above it, ⁓ in the last six years. ⁓ and that is coming to an end soon where our current price will meet that trend line. And something's gonna happen. The Dorito? Have you worked? It's a D it's a bigger than Dorito. Is it Dorito? It's I think it's the even bigger one. Alright, I like it. I saw I saw you post it. I was I was running around this morning. I didn't get a chance to dig into it too much. I sort of got I get one candle and I got my fucking I got Robin Hood open looking at calls. Everything's so fucking cheap right now though. But no, I don't trust it yet. Pulled up the option chain. Share this tab instead. Not much. Negative 600,000 calls sold. Yeah, fucking call selling. Love it. Favorite shit. Alright. You want to talk about Pokemon and shit? Yeah, let's do it. Let's do it. Let me get to the GameStop. I have so much open here. Get rid of this guy. We can talk about thirtieth anniversary. ⁓ sorry. What happened? What happened in the news? ⁓ GameStop ⁓ we released an app for PowerPacks. So Shop GameStop, everyone. We're a GameStop Podcast. We are GameStop GME Bulls, but we also support the company. So ⁓ shop GameStop. I'll keep an eye on the chart. I almost don't want to take it off, but we'll come back to it. yeah, so we we released a a new app. So that was pretty cool. I have you done any power packs power packs peak? That was hard to say. Lately, I know you have to I ⁓ I did a bunch of power packs at the start. Yeah. ⁓ just to play around with it and see ⁓ if it if if it's cool. And it it was. It was awesome. ⁓ recently I haven't done as much. ⁓ you know, main mainly focused on on social media. I guess I I'll have more time now. less time. So Right. Yeah. But it's really cool. I I I I I love it. ⁓ so I wish ⁓ I would have could spend more time on it. Yeah, the app's cool. It it gets you I I still like the PSA Vault app to look at my cards and and maybe deal with offers after that first first week. But ⁓ yeah, it's pretty it's pretty slick. I have only pulled one since since the new app came out. but yeah, it's just one more step. And the company I don't think's even tweeted about it. at all once. I know we haven't we haven't heard from them about the PowerPack app. So a lot of people didn't ⁓ believe that it was ours right away, but it is. Big game stop. ⁓ you know, don't be surprised guys, but the candle might have gotten eaten up. I do buy shares, Adam. But I wait for the top to buy shares. What I do is I buy calls and then I buy shares at the top. I'm playing. I haven't I haven't really been playing calls. I want to play calls so badly. ⁓ and I I do get tripped up on some candles every now and then, but I'm just waiting patiently there. That's Yeah, so they recently introduced the the one piece ones you see on the left. Okay, good. Yeah, then pull me back in. So I mean if you can pull that Luffy, that Dodger Luffy promo there that they have. That's like four. That's pretty slick, except for it's Dodgers. I'm ⁓ I'm a big Giants fan. So fucking. Yeah, fuck the Dodgers, bro. ⁓ that's pretty slick though. Do they do that with any team or is it because the Dodgers are just fucking dumb? Yeah, this because they're, you know, entertainment area. They all the they all get all the cool stuff there. That's pretty slick though. I like it. So those were those were this weekend, wasn't it? ⁓ the One Piece or was it Yeah, yeah. Or last week, I I forgot recently, but and also Shohei Ot ⁓ Otani's Dodgers too, so I think they they like to do a lot of cross Japanese promotions. ⁓ I used to own that card actually. I had I had that card, but I won it. I won it in a giveaway. All right. Fitzy, I won it in a giveaway. ⁓ I won that Dodger card. The not this one, but the Dodger Luffy card. That's sweet, bro. Yeah. It was it was dented. It was dented, so it was not perfect. Yeah. ⁓ but and then I so I sold it. So it was a while ago. ⁓ it was never going ten. It was dented. Unless someone like is a card mechanic and can fix dents. Dents in what, like the case? The like the corner. The corner, top left corner was ⁓ like bent dented in. ⁓ okay. So Yeah. ⁓ I think this one, this power pack just came out too, didn't it? I feel like it it's a newer one with the 2025 Mega Charizard. I like those. I don't know. I haven't bought any packs of pool in a while either. I haven't done anything. Let's see. PSA grading. I'm trying to so let me see. Let me look up. So okay. so also I think it was where's the golden tickets? Is that in those ⁓ one piece power packs? Do you know? ⁓ I I heard about I didn't know which packs they were in. All right. So Yeah. Anyone out there in chat know? I I bet you they do. Where where were where are those golden tickets? I I think they were in the One Piece Power Packs. Yeah. And I I I don't even know what it is you win. But it was a pretty good one, I think. I should have looked into that a little bit more. ⁓ so that and then just when it comes to shopping GameStop, ⁓ ⁓ collectibles. Let's see what we got here. ⁓ the quarter ends in a week. It it ends at the end of of July. so you know, in terms of earnings, maybe be on your toes a few weeks after that for another early earnings. I'm hearing lots of talk about that just to confirm ⁓ the forward guidance that was given. You might want to use that. It'll give ⁓ give them some more support and credibility on the eBay deal. So let me just, I guess, search Pokemon 30th. Let's see, we'll tie we'll look at that. ⁓ we'll look at Lorcana too. So okay, so they had the the pre order come out, right? For the 30th for GameStop? Yeah. And it was a a shitload of money for the E T V. Is that right? I'm trying to remember. So they I think it started at w one was it 130? And then ⁓ they were selling them out, or you know Getting lot older, they raised it to like 150, and then I think the last price was like 180. ⁓ that they were selling at that high. And then what I think what happened, the rumor is, ⁓ and you know, somewhat credible, ⁓ because a lot of a lot of distribution companies, other companies got a talking to by the Pokemon company and say your prices are too high. Yeah. And then the next day, GameStop lowered the ETV prices from one eighty wherever they were at, down to a hundred. And then there was a mad rush to pre order because at that price it's it's it's not MS MSRP's fifty, right? But given how hard this this will be to be found in in the in the wild, right? In the wild and in stores and in you know, lines, hundred is a pretty good deal. Yeah. So Pokemon was like, chill out, bro. Yeah. Nothing confirmed, but it just how so happened that all these other distributors and companies, the bigger ones, had their prices just dramatically lowered around the same time. What was the one that was crazy expensive? Was it this one, the ultra premium collection? Yeah, the UPC, because it has like I forgot how many, like with 28 packs. I I forgot. I forgot lots, lots of packs in there. Yeah, it's cool promos. ⁓ there ⁓ GameStop was selling it for six hundred. Yeah. And there's two of them. There's a night and day one. ⁓ so ⁓ yeah. And they lowered it 29 packs. 29 packs. There it is. Yeah. That's crazy. ⁓ that's crazy to spend that kind of money on Pokeball cards. Yeah. So they lowered to four hundred. And on the day they lowered all the prices, that one and ETB, I went to GameStop and I ordered my maximum Based on my pro membership of for each of every product. Yeah. I'm like, this is a good deal this is I mean, it's it's still high, like comparatively high, but for this set and this much hype, I think it's worth it to get some guaranteed prices at GameStop. And you can always get it refunded. You know, you can always choose to then get the money refunded if you if you ⁓ you know don't want to get it anymore. So that's the benefit of ordering the GameStop. So what what did you what were you able to pre order then? What was what were we Everything. Everything on here. all of it. Okay. Wow. Yeah. That's cool that they put it all out there. But it now it's not available anymore, right? You can't can you still pre order? ⁓ I guess you can. In store. They had wave two. They had that with wave one. They did you started wave two like last week. So basically everything I I think almost everything is available except they're they're they will be released like a like a month and a half or two months from the original date. So if you yeah, so the original date here is like Nine sixteen or ten, two, and then there's a later date, like November, December dates. ⁓ or or yeah, November. Like November sixth, October second. The ETB, like any everything that's releasing on nine sixteen there, the ETB one, ⁓ the second picture, they'll have another release in November when the other stuff releases as well. Okay. All right. I think I'm probably have to get in on that. At least the ETV. I I got my first well, I got an ETB and it was pretty fun to open. ⁓ but I have a feeling that just sitting on those things will probably be ⁓ super valuable too. So yeah, it's expected to blow everything up, right? That's kinda the way it's seeing you're you're seeing it. Yeah, this is this has already stolen the attention of of everyone. Like all these other sets they have, they they released pitch black last week. Yeah. And and log c collectors are already done with it. They're waiting for the 30th, right? They're not they're going to put their money in 30th. The pitch black, which just came out, is more for like you know, for the master setters, people who want you know you know you know, it's there's some chasings in there too, right? But essentially people are saving most of their money for the 30th. Yeah, pitchback's a cool name too. Like I I would I would have thought you could have done better with that one. But yeah, it all of the last two sets. There was one before this. There's about three that just kinda just were like, ⁓ So yeah, I agree. I think I might be saving I'm I'm not gonna buy any of these, but I'm definitely gonna buy some thirtieth ⁓ packs for sure. So all right. And then the other thing that you were talking about was Lorcana, right? That's ⁓ You've been saying it's it's been going pretty good. Tell me tell me about Lorcana Lorcana. What's been going on on there? Well, you know, since we last met, Lorcana had the biggest boom ever and then immediately went into a a ⁓ bear market. ⁓ yeah. And now I I think it went up too high. So so Lorcana is for those who don't know, Lorcana uses ⁓ the Disney IP, ⁓ the the cartoon side. So so no no Star Wars Or Marvel, right? But like the the the the animation stuff, right? And ⁓ this is you can see right there like twenty some hundred dollars, right? Like this is ⁓ where in Pokemon it's it's less common to have really expensive cards. It's actually very common in Lorcon to have very expensive chases. You see these cards, these are like normal for PSA tens. Yeah. So is it because they're rare, more rare? There's not as many? They are more rare to find. They're more rare to find. ⁓ they're obviously less printed Lorcana. And there's a lot of Disney fans, right? Disney Disney Collectibles is probably the one more original collectibles of of animation and characters, right? Be w well before Pro Pokemon, right? So there's a built in fan base ⁓ f for for these. ⁓ Yeah, my kids, my wife went out of town for the weekend and me and my kids ⁓ I actually I was paying for the the subscription for Disney Plus, but it was the commercial one, which is fucking lame, man. Like you're paying and you gotta do commercials. But anyways, I I I pay I just paid an extra three bucks or whatever to skip the commercials. And we did like Disney movie marathon, like ⁓ Toy Story. We we try to catch up on those. We did the Moanas too. Those are I hadn't seen those yet. Those are pretty good. But yeah, Disney's still fucking persevered forever and ever. Like it's just done well. This is Darkwing Duck, is that it? Yeah, Dark Green Duck, yeah. I mean, there's we everyone's ⁓ I mean I'm I'm sure the the fandom for Disney is bigger than Pokemon, right? Like it's generate it's generational fandom, right? Pokemon, yes, there's a lot of great fans 30 years, but Disney's been longer than that. ⁓ so so recently the recent boom related to that that previous set, ⁓ Wild's Unknown and the and the Toy Story 5. movie that that came out. Yeah, I saw there's a woody one that's like yeah pretty big. I I don't see it here though, but sorry, I cut you off there. Yeah, no worries. Yeah. But it it I like it crashed. And so I I think the prices are a little more realistic. That maybe even undervalued, I would say. I would say the the Lorcana market is undervalued. ⁓ but I I think they're just trying to find you know find an equilibrium right now on on on ⁓ how much these should be worth Yeah. Yeah. So there I mean there there might be some some ability to make money there too. can you you can put your your PSAs, your Lorcana PSAs into your PSA vault, I'm sure, right? If it's PSA it can go to the vault at at any time, right? Yeah, I mean PSA Vault can accept a lot of different types of slabs, not just PSA. ⁓ but it is obviously ⁓ a lot works a lot better with ⁓ PSA slabs. Yeah, you can do Lor Lorcana or any anything. I I have like the Currency crypto cards. They they store it there as well. ⁓ okay. That's cool. Yeah. Yeah, I have some of those. I I need to get some graded. So, okay. All right. Shop GameStop, everyone. New snake said the 2026 Pokemon Gold Series 2 Power Pack had the silver and gold tickets. That was a mouthful. ⁓ five gold for a thousand each and fifty silver for a hundred each. Hundred what dollars? Is that what they're worth? Just a thousand dollars. I don't know. Cause it was like you got a set or something, right? Like I feel like you got a full set of some shit if you got the first set of golden tickets. But all right. Let's go back to the I think the original gold ticket was like one of each product for the year or for some time period, right? It was it was a crazy r award. Now it's just now it's a thousand. So Yeah. All right. The the run's over, guys. The run's over. Fuck. It's all right. this is kinda how it's been. I didn't expect anything and I didn't buy any calls, but this is a little teeny intraday gap, so we'll come back for that. I am the captain. AMC, however, we'll see. maybe I have not I'm s I'm I will take profit by the end of the day, but I'm doing pretty good there. ⁓ okay. Anything else about Pokemon or anything before we move on to the weekend review? No, I think after that talking to with ⁓ Pokemon s ⁓ the Pokemon company, I think ⁓ people will probably see s lower prices in general for Pokemon at at GameStop, which will make you know certain people happy. ⁓ so ⁓ but but ⁓ yeah, I think ⁓ I think it'll make it the market a lot healthier. Yeah. Yeah, I agree. I think so too. You can spend a little bit more money and not have to waiting the crazy ass lines and shit, you know? I think I think that's worth it as well. But like there's an equilibrium. I know they got a lot on the shelves too. So I think ⁓ I don't know. Who knows? RC hates inventory. I do know that. So I I don't know how many more of the ⁓ the ETBs. They had a bunch when I was there before, but it's been about a month. Anyways, I don't know. I agree. I think it's good for it. Prices come down a little bit. People are always gonna talk shit about it though. All right. Sorry. All right, we'll get to the weekend review and probably get out of here. ⁓ pretty much covered everything that happened because not much happened for the week. All right. Last week. Alright, every day pretty much started out the same too, so we'll take off the Dayton price range. Like we gapped up to start every day last week. It was really kind of weird. Like on Monday it was within like the first minute too. ⁓ so you know, we left these gaps down here. We'll we'll pull them up in a second. That's never a good sign when you start gapping up early on low volume in the week. we'd gap up, come back down, and then we s did the same thing Tuesday. Gap up, come back down. Wednesday was right here. I didn't mark it. Same thing. Gap up, come back down, and then you know, that was pretty much our top. We s we started backfilling all the gaps as we went too. So a lot of these gaps that we see like ⁓ intraday here, and there's a ton on Monday last week. That's that's usually because of low volume or something, ⁓ maybe not. That's when we got our biggest move. But that's never intraday gaps almost like a hundred percent of the time are gonna get filled during the day too, for the most part. We almost got ⁓ all. Yeah, yeah. Still a little one there. ⁓ we I'm sure we got it now though. Yeah, we got them all now. Let's see. This one's still down here though. So yeah, shitty, shitty week. ⁓ just, you know, enough to get you a little bit excited at the start of the week, but not enough volume to make you feel good about it at all. so Monday, 2.9 million in volume, Tuesday, 2.7 million, Wednesday 2.5 million, Thursday, 3.5. I feel like that's not right. Let me see. Maybe. Those are big one. Big one of the week. 3.5 million on Thursday. And I betcha a bunch of that shit came at that after we closed. Let's see. What was it Thursday? Yeah. That first candle? 300,000. Actually that closing candle was pretty strong Thursday. Well, I guess. Three hundred and fifty thousand. Whatever. Anyways, three point five million, still not shit. ⁓ on Thursday and then Friday, two point five million. That left us with fourteen point three million volume for the week. I got all kinds of shit up here. What is this? ⁓ this is we can talk about the dog day the summer too, or August OPEX in a second here. ⁓ but fourteen point Man week yeah. 14.4 on my trading view chart, million volume. The last time we were under 16 million was April, the week of April 15th, 2024, which is right before Kitty came back. So ⁓ yeah, at the clip I showed at the very beginning, beginning from Magnificit's tweet, you know, low volume often precedes a big move, but ⁓ you know, when does a low volume end? Because You know, you could have some very low volume weeks out here in twenty twenty three leading into this. And you know, the other thing about this is that we had about a third less shares back in twenty before this point. We had quite a bit right here. ⁓ so that volume, us being lower than that volume is kind of even more significant. so yeah, I don't know. Low volume, record low volume, post kitty, kitty's comeback. We got two time periods for S GME folks. Pre-kitty squeeze and post kitty squeeze. Cause the companies are definitely like the company is ⁓ very different post that second squeeze, second run, whatever you want to call it. it's now in a position to buy eBay because of it. So yeah, okay. so you know, dog days of summer and ⁓ We're pretty much dead in the center of them. So I marked off the August OPEX or end of summer runs that we have gotten. And they pretty much, you know, we have our cycle months. It's it's January, it's March, it's May, it's August, and then like end of October, beginning of November, and then maybe end of November. Not all of them are gonna hit. In fact, probably only four of those that I listed will hit, but we're gonna get a move usually. And and August is one of the big times. ⁓ post OPEC. Sometimes it's, you know, because earnings is there. So that that's what happened in 2025. We had our well, XRT came off reg show here too, by the way. Still on reg show. But ⁓ we had XRT come off reg show. We had earnings and we had the warrants announced. But you know prior to that, we were doing twenty five, twenty four, you know, really low volume for that time of you know, what was going on with all the bonds and everything else. So yeah. ⁓ summer was pretty slow. The the post July OPEX to August OPEX period is pretty weak, but always ends pretty strongly. Twenty twenty four, we had a nice little twenty five percent move. Low volume, even in twenty twenty four of those weeks, July to August, twenty two million, eighteen million, twenty million. Right after Kitty came back and all those shares got added. So ⁓ twenty twenty three was what's that? No, Fitzzi, what do think about the the eBay FTDs? I you know, I don't know. I don't know. I I see everyone saying that it's like ⁓ them not delivering RC's shares or calls or something like that. Do you have a thought? What is your thought there? I I don't know. I don't know. I I didn't look at if the timeline matched up. I know I know there were large FTDs. I didn't know it was due to these calls. ⁓ the calls of T plus one, right? So if it's T plus one, then they should have it delivered the day after or the two days after they they ⁓ exercise them, which have which should have been Thursday or Friday. Right? And then yeah, I I don't I don't know. I haven't looked into it. I'm just wondering if you knew anything. No. I've seen people say that RC's trying to squeeze eBay. So I don't I don't know about that. Let's look. I got let me see if I can share this tab. This website's cancer, by the way. But yeah, twenty-six million fails. And then you know. ⁓ so this just wait, so this is the end of June. All right. Next day all good though, right? Taking care of it. Maybe he hasn't shown up yet because he just exercised right like on the fifteenth. Yeah. So I don't know. So would would buying so What happened on June twenty sixth or twenty fifth that would cause those fails? What was that? A month ago? A little bit more than a month ago? Although someone else was buying it too. There's a one did ⁓ HSR maybe it had to do with that. Now it would been prior to that that we settled HSR. I think that was at the beginning of June. Yeah, I don't know. It could be someone else. I've not spent any time on their option chain. basically anything eBay. it's at like 106% ownership now, and probably even more. ⁓ but I don't think that means it's gonna squeeze, honestly. Like We've seen crazy ownership numbers. ⁓ I I don't know if those ownership reporting numbers matter at all, honestly. So and I don't know if I care if eBay squeezes right now. I mean, I guess I do, right? ⁓ it would help our we'd make a shit ton of money, I guess. The company would. We ⁓ yeah, we make a shit ton of money, but then it'll be harder for us to ⁓ make a bid for eBay. Yeah. And then what would prices built in for GameStop or whatever. ⁓ I'm joking, but fuck. It kind of feels like it the price is built in for everything. ⁓ well I got it a borrow rate. Eight point two million available. It's just stuck right around here. Well I mean it's up a little bit. We were down to the to the two and three, but it's steady over seven, eight million every day now. Still at three point three eight. So it's not happening here. They're not doing, you know, their their ⁓ manipulation. They're not the crime. The crime is not here. ⁓ I think it's more Option chain. Cause still with the lowest IV, and I'll pull that, I'll show that in a second. Lowest IV we've ever had, and people are just selling calls nonstop. ⁓ you know, I'm I'm willing to bet if I dig in, these people these calls aren't making any money really either. ⁓ the price is not moving in a direction that would indicate call selling is super valuable, especially low IV. I mean, you can make some premium on it, but I I I think they're totally using this to manipulate our price, especially if we're doing like two million volume, three million volume a day. You know, we're down that's two million on what Friday. We did we did almost more in call sold premium on Friday than we did in volume. That's pretty wild. And we're at six hundred thousand for today. So Yeah. Just beating our ass on calls. Been that way since Burry flooded us and We announced our bid on May second. It's been pure call selling. That's exactly what we saw. when the one So ⁓ I forgot, did you say w what might be the reason why we have such low volume right now? It's the cycle. I don't think I don't think there's yeah, I don't think there's anything I the price is fake and I think the volume is fake. And I think ⁓ it is what they need it to be. And this is the time of year where volume's low. So ⁓ that's what I think. I I basically attribute all of our price action to nothing actually happening with the company. ⁓ I mean, we just announced ten percent eBay ownership. We had a forecast of money. But ⁓ yeah. It does it all doesn't matter. It's all priced in or not. Or Or never priced in either either way. It none of it matters. None of it matters. We had forward guidance. We had a surprise early earnings that was insane. ⁓ all of it. And then and none of it matters. So Uber Uber partnership, you know. Yeah, that came out last week, didn't it? I didn't even fucking I mean, that's interesting. I I'm surprised that we didn't have something like that set up. But yeah. We did ⁓ we had a partnership with Uber announced last week as well. Kind of interesting though, like you can get Pokemon delivered now. And it's the same day. I think that's the point of it. It was same day. Because first off, DoorDash sucks. I'll say that right now. As a restaurant person that has to deal with DoorDash and Uber Eats, I 100% would rather Uber Eats be handling the product than the food. ⁓ the drivers are better, they're more timely, ⁓ they're more professional. And I I just I trust them with food for sure more. I got like a homeless guy that that just fucking turns on his app and comes in and starts running food and shit. It's crazy. Like bro, like fucking stop. But DoorDash is different, like I'm sorry, Uber Eats it. So so they have made same day shipping, I guess, more possible. That was something RC tried to do way back in the beginning. ⁓ and he was trying to do it by having a bunch of inventory and and distribution centers. And I think he quickly learned that might not have been the way to do it. ⁓ maybe that's why he did he left maybe that's why it was not for long. Alright. yeah. I don't know. Where were we? How did we get there, bro? Anyways. All right, let's look at the gaps. And then we're about done here. Get DM me up. I I wanted to look at the chart. We lost that entire move, which wasn't much, but a little bit of volume came in. Nothing happened. we I think I'm gonna say we filled this gap. I think we did. I hope we did. But we still got I don't know. Get this guy out of here. That's gone. Man, where are these gaps we're talking about? We're talking about pennies. Yeah, I know, but it matters to it matters to me sometimes. So this one's gone too. It meant well the intraday stuff absolutely matters to me. And and if like if it's in the week and we leave a gap here, I mean look at it. It it did matter to the penny, in fact. Twice. Twice. Like it filled I think it was Friday I I tweeted. ⁓ gap fills at twenty-one sixty-seven. Yeah. And it it fucking Filled at twenty one sixty six, I think. And then we bounced, you know, we just gave it all back up. Anyways. So yeah, they I mean they matter. They matter. But you know, down here we don't have another one until twenty sixty nine. Put it on the hour. And then another one for twenty sixteen. So I think they matter, but I think they matter more when we're close to ⁓ as opposed to it's not gonna be like a dragging force to us 'cause we got near ⁓ I I think we're bouncing before these. I hope. I don't know. ⁓ so yeah, those are the two we got below us. We got quite a few above us. Yeah. Alright. I mean it's quite possible when we get close to the the Rito line of destiny, you know, skidding that might we might tank or drop a large bit to ⁓ close these gaps and then shoot back up. I'm gonna try to my my thoughts. So d I don't I didn't see where you drew your line here, but ⁓ is did you go all the way back to January twenty twenty one? Yeah, but you gotta go lower. You gotta connect the the more recent ⁓ tops. All right. That's what it's What am I doing here? So like lower like this one. So you're going back to gener. You got lower. So so you're you the the the all these tops don't matter, they're just all fake, right? But if you look at like maybe where we got rejected. ⁓ so you connect, no, don't even connect that top because that's just fake, fake numbers, right? Like that. Yeah. And then you you drag it all the way back, right? You can see that that's where we got rejected multiple times ⁓ in the past two. Yeah. So yeah. Yeah, drag this that end, that left one, drag it back? Yeah, all the way back. I'm with you now. I hear what you're saying. Okay, I gotcha. Play the trend instead of the the the highs. Yeah, and then and then pull it to twenty twenty one. And you can see it's where like all the tops and and and yeah. I got ya. And I'm probably not on log either, which changes everything too. You could do lower. Yeah. This is all the rejection points. You yeah. Yeah. All right. So we're at the Dorito. I'll put w I'll pull I should have pulled yours up. But the Dorito, ⁓ we're coming to a Dorito. And I've seen it in a lot of places too. That was good. The one you had with was good. That was good. Over here. ⁓ before I switched to log? Yeah. You before you you ⁓ Yeah. Anyways, it so it it touches like at least in twenty places where when I counted about twenty. ⁓ yeah. ⁓ and so this goes back to that That Reddit post and ⁓ you know Ultimator talking about like there's like a a call put pairing massive like for like two point some billion and maybe and so so I don't know what the combination of those two mean to a trend line. Like I don't know why it forms a trend line, but somehow that's the root cause of this. Yeah, I mean we had and it's well I mean Twenty five seems like a line too. Like there's these lines that feels like we can't get past. And for the longest time, ⁓ before Kitty came back, it was the Dorito of Doom from what was what is his name? I'm drawing a blank right now. ⁓ big ⁓ he was a Reddit mod for Super Stonk. Anyways, yeah, he had the Dorito do ⁓ Badass Trader. That was his name. B A T. All right. I don't know. That's all I got. Jimmy W S had a pretty interesting candle on Friday. It's like one of the biggest candles we we had seen. ⁓ I mean, maybe the bottom's in it got smoked, low of one ninety. Saw some volume come in f today too. ⁓ here it is. So Friday at seven o'clock. Nice little candle. 186,000. Three hundred five thousand a day. So not shit happening again, but maybe maybe that's a good little signal there. Like that's the bottom. A little bit after the bottom, but ⁓ maybe that's the bottom. Let's see what the I don't know, it was like as soon as the ⁓ the vote passed for the shares, the warrants started getting their ass kicked. So the thirty twos are at thirty five cents right now. So October thirty twos you get for thirty five cents. Pretty pretty significant difference there. All right. I already did the tin foil. You know, my community knows just subscribe to us on Spotify.
