We were all expecting it to last until the 35 T thirty five days of of VWAP L, ⁓ which was what I think like September twenty-third. So far it seemed. We had three three full weeks left to go. We completed four of them and it was done. The weird thing I I don't know yet is the clo the VWAP pricing window is done, but the the actual transaction isn't closed until September 3rd, or expected to be closed around there. So I find that I don't know what that means, but I f what was the I'm trying to find the exact price because I feel like we're trading under that right now. anyways. Anyone see the I'll find it in a second here. So so yeah, ⁓ it was done early. We did seventy-three percent stock. We actually gave cash as well, three hundred and fifty eight point four million. So so the note holders are receiving fifty-five point five million shares of of GME, ⁓ and three hundred and fifty-eight mil point four million shares of cash. So that's ⁓ That's pretty interesting. Closing the stage instead in cash instead of shares equals a price of twenty five plus in shares. For them? I don't know. I don't know. Operating income hundred and fifty, one hundred and seventy million is expected. Q one we did one hundred and forty three million, so it's a beat there. It's gonna definitely be what was the ⁓ Was the revenue? Alright. So point one, point two seven is the estimate. I think in my math, I think that might have been a d it for adjusted. We might be very close to that, but I'm sure it'll be a beat. ⁓ but that's adjusted. ⁓ that's just the operating net income's gonna be three hundred and eighty nine million. That includes the eBay ⁓ profit as well as the ⁓ Bitcoin losses, so approximately two hundred and thirty eight million in eBay gains. ⁓ and then that was partly offset by seventy-five million in losses in digital assets. So eBay. So yeah, we got about four point nine seven billion worth of eBay currently and our cash is at five billion all in. So down from eight point three just in Q one, but Q two twenty twenty five as well, eight point six cash wise. But we, you know, spent three hundred million just to get the shit done.
