Manny and Shawn: Hi there everybody. Welcome back to the Manny and Shawn experience show. Hello. I was being so calming and then you're so loud. Welcome to episode 114. Thank you for joining us. How y'all doing? How y'all doing? You taking care of yourself, living the world that we live in? How's your week been? How's it going? Is that coworker that you hate still annoying you? Are you getting... ignored by your boss when you do super good things for the company? ⁓ Are you at your wit's end? Wow, that was deep. If you're all those things, I hope you're OK. ⁓ Thanks for coming back, tuning in if you're new. Don't forget, MASXP23, subscribe, follow, share, all those things. And we have an exclusive video on YouTube. of our podcast. It is not a Patreon. You get to watch it for free. Exclusive. So, you know, why listen to us when you can watch and listen? You can two things. You can do two things at once. That's called multitasking. Which is a myth. It is a total myth. And sometimes I struggle because I want to multitask. We learned that instead of calling it multitasking, you should call it task switching. because you're switching from one task to another. Yes. So tax switch, tax, task. is almost tax season. It's coming soon. is tax season. We need to do our taxes. Oh, boy. I hope I don't owe anything else to this government. What more can they take from me besides my life? I'm kidding. You've taken my sanity at this point. But yeah, welcome back to another episode. Thanks for allowing us a week off. Not that we asked you, but we did it anyways. Life be life and sometimes, and you know, sometimes you can't get into the studio, but we're here today. We're here today. Manny, how are you doing? Well, thank you so much for asking. I'm doing pretty good. You know, I was reflecting the first quarter of 2026 has come to an end. Yeah, I guess it has. The first half was bumpy. It was emotional. It was trying. It was mentally and physically exhausting. It was ⁓ sad. It was depressing. OK. ⁓ But you know, as we head into quarter two of 2026, I feel like I'm heading in a good direction. I love that for you. Thank you to everybody who listened to my rants about my mental health. But I hope it touched you because, you know, we're all in different journeys and at times we may all be feeling some of the same things, but not know it. That's very true. Everybody is going through something that you will never know about. And I love to just smile and you know, everybody thinks that he's great. He's doing wonderful. He's smiling. He's cracking jokes. But meanwhile, inside he's dead. But yes, much better as we round into the first week of Q2. I don't know why I started putting life in quarters now. It's probably not a good thing, but here we are. How are you, I'm doing well. How was your first quarter of 2026? A mixed bag. A lot of different emotions, but I am... in a very positive head space, in a very forward thinking head space. I know we have some like trips planned for this year that I'm looking forward to. It's almost my birthday month. Well, when this comes out, will be my birthday be your birthday month, yes. So I'm excited for that. And yeah, just looking forward to drowning out the noise of the mess that we currently live in as a society and trying to look forward to positive things. That is wonderful. Wonderful. It was so wonderful, But yes, we hope all of you there, as I've said a thousand times already, hope you're doing well and taking the time for yourself when needed and reflect, journal. see a therapist, don't do all the things that help you out. And maybe someday on this podcast, I will share what led to the first quarter of 2026 sucking. But at this point in my life, I'm not ready to share that with the world or a couple of people that listen to us. It was it goes beyond the government and what's happening here. So Even though that does play a little bit of a role in it at times, it's like, what is happening here? So welcome back to the pod. And we are going to jump into some current events that have been happening across the US and the world. Do you want to start with mine? Do you want to start with yours? Is yours a little bit more comical? Mine is yes. OK. So maybe we'll start with mine. Go ahead. So we're going to jump into our first topic for today. Let me bring out my handy dandy notebook. We just figured out Blue's Clues. I do love that show. Everyone loves Blue's Clues. cute. I felt the dog was real, but you know, it wasn't real. it just, there's like an emotional attachment to the dog. I mean, yeah, that's why the guy that played Steve came back like during the pandemic and did that video and everybody was boohoo crying about it because you watched him as a kid and now he was checking on you as an adult. I want that dog, he lives forever. Anyways, so first story this ⁓ week on our podcast ⁓ is about a young man and a colleague that were in Colombia. They were in Colombia for a layover because there are flight attendants for American Airlines. And, you know, as all good flight attendants will do when in a foreign country, you go place, you go experience it. Yeah, we go out, have a little fun because you just work maybe two to three flights of people screaming and yelling at you. So this is specifically about Eric Fernando Gutierrez Molina. who was a 32 year old ⁓ American Airlines flight attendant from Texas who recently went missing on a layover in Medellin, Colombia, or as they say in English, Medellin. ⁓ So Gutierrez arrived into Colombia on March 21st. It was a routine layover for him and his colleagues. He went out with a fellow flight attendant to a nightclub in the El Poblano neighborhood, a popular area for tourists. ⁓ Reports indicate that while at the club, they were joined by a group of men. Guillejerez's colleague later returned to the hotel, was reportedly found disoriented, leading investigators to believe the crew member may have been targeted or drugged. both. The young man, Gutierrez, failed to show up for his scheduled return flight to Miami on Sunday morning. His phone was later tracked, peening him to a residential area far from his hotel. So there's more to read, but you know, pause and reflect on what happened there. Pause and reflect, yes. So essentially, know, a flight attendant on a layover, they wanted to go out, blot some steam, have some drinks, have some fun. You're in a different country. I mean, it is part of the perks of being a flight attendant, I would guess, is you get to visit different places on a company dime and go out and experience the culture there. Why not? mean, a lot of flagellants join because they want that life of being able to see the world and not really have to pay for it. Even though you are paying it for it by working those funds. Yeah. Cause some of y'all can be very annoying. Those gotta be grueling. But yeah, unfortunately they ran into a group of people who are known for taking advantage of tourists. people who are not familiar with surroundings in Columbia. And they were allegedly passed on a drink, well, not allegedly, because I think they did a toxicology report, but we'll get to that, where this drink is odorless and tasteless. And I believe it also causes some memory blockage. ⁓ And it's just another case of you have to be aware of your surroundings. you don't take drinks from strangers who just show up and be like, here, drink this. ⁓ And secondly, you don't go with someone that you don't know in a different country to wherever they're asking you to go to because you have no way of making sure that you're safe. One of the things that bothered me about this story and it's beyond like what happened is the pure American talking points of ⁓ you have left the safety of the United States. And that's why people leave the safety of the United quote unquote safety of the United States and they go to other countries and live with the safety they have here in America. ⁓ Which I always kind of grovel at nowadays because it's like what is the safety of America that we're talking about because don't get me wrong. I understand what happens in Colombia with the drugs and all that. But I have you know, there's very large population of Americans expats that live in Colombia. Colombia is not as dangerous as people are making it out to seem. Yes, every country has its areas that are going to be crime ridden. You can see that here in the US as well. We just don't like to show it to people. We like to show the prairie lands, the farms, all that, and how pretty America is. There is plenty of fucking crime here in the US, and you need to be careful where you go sometimes, It's just about being smart about your surroundings, period. And that's wherever you go. I feel like as Americans, we have a false sense of security because we live in America. It's just like living in a gated community. And you're like, well, you know, this should be safer because there's gates. know anybody can get through a fucking gate. Unless there's a door person or gate person there checking your name, taking down the license plate, taking your driver's license, asking who you're here to see. those, these, have gates here and they break all the time or people just tail in behind you. I always think it's one person to open it. 10 cars behind it can follow in. The amount of mass shootings that we have here in America, which can happen in any place. It can happen at a grocery store. can happen at a gas station. It can happen in your neighborhood. There's danger everywhere. Yeah. You just have to be self-aware. So I just always hate when somebody goes missing or unfortunately gets murdered. I don't know if it's murdered at this point, but I'm assuming. ⁓ That's what's happened. ⁓ We always want to bring up how safe America is and how like when we go to other countries, we are just really in the land of being killed when we go to other countries. And sure, like I said, there's probably is those issues in Colombia, just like there is here in the US. This just comes down to like you said is ⁓ you trusted the wrong person, unfortunately. Um, and that's, I know that much when I travel, I, I'm aware everywhere I go, that's just the anxious brain that I am. But I know better than to even here in the U S take a drink from anybody. Or if somebody's like, Hey, come on, you want to keep the party going? Which is apparently what happened from the club. They were then asked, did we want to keep the party going? They wanted to go somewhere else. I'm like, I'm not keeping the party going with nobody. I'm gonna walk my ass back to my hotel room, get into my cab, go back to my hotel room. This has been great, but it's time for me to go. Especially at that hour, club hours. It's late and I'm like, they had a flight the next day. So, I mean, the layover was very short. It wasn't like they were there for a day and they had time to really explore the city. Um, but yeah, and maybe he felt a sense of being safe because his coworker was with him. But at the same time, it was just like, but nobody knows where you two are. Nobody knows where you two are going. If you're going with these people to another location. So if anything were to happen to you, like who would know? I guess fortunately the coworker was able to get back. ⁓ but he was not as lucky because a day later they found his body, ⁓ about, think it was about two hours outside of the city. It says 60 miles from Medellin. Okay. So it's a tragic story. ⁓ but I think it serves as a cautionary tale of to just always be aware of your surroundings, always be aware of. who is offering you something, don't take things from people that you don't know, and sometimes don't take things from people that you do know, because you never know. But yeah, it's just, it's a sad story. It's sad story. Apparently, local authorities in Columbia have stated that they have strong leads regarding the suspects of this crime. The US State Department is monitoring the case. Monitoring? Why aren't we involved? And Gutierrez's father has traveled to Colombia as well to assist in the process. So really sad story, but it just brings, it paints the picture that we shouldn't be going to Colombia. And when we travel around the world, we shouldn't be like, I feel, and we've talked about this podcast before, America likes to create this fear amongst all of us here in the US that once we step outside the borders of our country that we are just going to get shot and killed ⁓ or stabbed as soon as we get off a plane. And that's truly not what it's like. We have traveled abroad. ⁓ We want nothing more than to travel more abroad. And I will tell you this. I have felt safer. In countries outside of the US when I have traveled, I don't let my guard down, but just having at least the notion that guns aren't as readily accessible at the places we've been to ⁓ does drop a little bit of that defensiveness that you might have because I walk into a theater here in the US and I'm like, exit there, exit there, where am I running? ⁓ It's happened here in the US. There's been a mass shooting in a theater like Everywhere I go, and maybe this is just bad, I don't know, you do this, like I'm looking at exit points before I settle into where I'm at. No, think you, I think subconsciously a lot of us do that period because after living through so many mass shootings that happened in tight spaces, the Batman premiere at that movie theater. That was here, wasn't it? No, that was Colorado. ⁓ but there was one here in the... There was a shooting here that was ⁓ a not Wesley, not completely Wesley Chapel, but on the way to there. But that was more of a stanger ground thing. Still scary because someone in a movie theater shot someone because they thought the other person was being too loud. And it really irritates me because like you said, we've been to other countries in Europe. and we've been walking the streets at two o'clock in the morning. And I can see a young female walking down the street minding her business. There's other people mingling about, she looks unbothered. And I'm just like, if this was the picture that you saw in America, they would tell you like, this is crazy, don't ever do this. Like she is going to get raped or it's. or killed or abducted or sex traffic or something. Yeah, there was a lot of those lines. And I know this is London, but there was many nights where we were company very late in London and the amount of people that were out on the streets or even single people walking the streets unbothered going on the train. That's another thing though about Europe. I'm sorry. It's just that everybody seems to mind a business. Right. And that's not to say there isn't a crime. But there seems to be more of a, I need to get somewhere and I don't care what the fuck you doing. don't give a fuck what you're doing. I just know I need to catch this train because the next one ain't for another 10 minutes. Everybody is on. Everybody's walking with intention. Yes, and you need to get out of the way. Even in Barcelona, I feel like we experienced that. The trains were very high paced. They weren't as high paced as London. But like people are moving with intentions and. What's the one thing we heard the whole time before we went to Europe is watch out for pickpockets. The big thing we heard about Spain was like, ⁓ you got to watch. They're going to pickpocketer your your pockets. And and it could very well be the case. It could be. Well, I put my bag in my front. I put my stuff in my bag. My bag was always in front of me now. Did I see silly Americans? And yes, I say Americans because I could tell they're Americans because somebody had to be wearing an American flag all the time, right? They had to tell the rest of the world where they were from. We're American. I won't be wearing a PR flag to the Bad Bunny concert in London. Sorry, but that's just a concept. But you can easily see how these people fall crime to that because they are navigating and walking as they just They're like, blah, blah, blah. And though pickpocketing is not a big thing here in the US, you can be pumping gas. People jump into the passenger seat and take all your shit. That is a thing here in the US. ⁓ But it's just, have to be everywhere you go. You just have to be self aware of the situation. Yes, it's not fear the entire time you're engaging with your friends or family or whatever you're doing out, but have a self awareness of what's going on. around and it's just unfortunate that this flight attendant unfortunately has passed away now. And unfortunately, the decision to probably take a drink at a bar was probably what led to the downfall of that. And you know, that is a crime of opportunity. It's a high tourist area. Get the tourists in. People assume when you go to these countries, Americans have lots of money. ⁓ which reminds me of the the time we went to, to neat nice. No. All right. It was in France and we got on a, ⁓ in a cab and the cab driver just thought we had all kinds of money. And I'm like, you're the one standing here with a gold watch. I'm over here with the broken down, ⁓ generation two smartwatch that is now like on generation four. And this is the one way if anybody looks like they got money here is you. It's just there is that conception or thought process outside of the US. So just be mindful of where you're at. We just want to bring awareness to the story because it is sad, but also I just hate the negative that comes with it. That now Columbia is painted as this once again, massive drug infested. You get off the plane, the drug lords are there looking at you with their rifles in hand and You know, I've never been to Columbia, but I have a friend who has been to Columbia a couple of times. We watch a vlogger that moved from the U S ⁓ what's her name's friend vacation vibes. ⁓ Her friend moved to Columbia and she lives there. She's absolutely happy in Columbia. So I'm just like, I hate the part that it kind of, can't just focus on the sad incident. We have to focus on, see, this is why we shouldn't leave the country. This is why we shouldn't go to Columbia. This is why you shouldn't go anywhere in the U S like we watch people that are moving to Brazil. And what do you hear about Brazil? That is dangerous. But every time I see a video about Brazil, people are just having a good time. And again, yes, there are certain areas in any city in any country where there is going to be a large population of crime. And that's just the world that we live in. not saying that every place is crime free, but I'm just saying that it's not as rampant as the people here would have you believe. Right. And that's the point of I wanted to get across was we shouldn't live in fear of traveling abroad because they're telling us that it is this crazy madness place where you live. It's everywhere. You need to be aware here. You need to be aware out there. It doesn't matter. ⁓ One thing they did note about this case that it has a renewed warnings. It has renewed warnings about the sedative drug like soco polamine, known as devil's breath by criminals in Columbia to incapacitate and rob tourists. you know, it is something that is done and you just have to be self aware again. And they just know that Americans will sometimes unfortunately be a little Lucy Goosey because we do like to tend to party a little bit more and they know that especially when it to alcohol. So but rest in peace to this young man. I hope they come to a solution, not a solution. I hope they they can prosecute the people that did this and taking them off the streets will hopefully help eradicate that. Whatever is going on in Colombia because apparently this is a thing. But again, If you don't interact with the people, you wouldn't have had this problem. And I'm not blaming this young man. Some people are just outgoing. He's a flight attendant. Friendly. You want to talk to me? I want to learn about your culture. We're talking. We're having a good time. It's just a sad, sad incident at the end of the day. That's all I got. ⁓ move on to our next topic. ⁓ I don't know how many of you may know ⁓ influencer, comedian, actor, TV, or ⁓ by the name of Drew Ski. ⁓ He is a highly popular ⁓ comedian. He does a lot of skits on social media, which is how he came to fame. He started during the pandemic as a lot of people have started. A lot of people started during the pandemic. A lot of people started podcasts and TikToks and a lot of things because what did we have to do? was nothing. had nothing to do. Unless you had started working from home, you know, Remember, that's not working. Yeah, that's what people are like. Well, we're coming back to the office to work. Well, what was I doing the whole time? I mean, not me. I still work from home. So the Druski put out a skit a couple of days ago, and it's entitled How Conservative Women Act in America ⁓ ⁓ drawn a lot of controversy from the MAGA world ⁓ In it, is portraying, now if you don't know, Druski a black man. ⁓ this skit, he is portrayed ⁓ a conservative white woman. ⁓ lot of it points to him being Erica Kirk. Think of the movie White Chicks. It's very much giving white chicks in 2026. If you're not watching on YouTube too. ⁓ we're going to play an excerpt. ⁓ And we'll go and talk about it. Get on your! Now here, this is exactly what was happening during Charlie Kirk's memorial service where they had the sparklers. Wait, she didn't come out like that, did she? This is exaggerated because it's cocky. We're praying for all the soldiers and troops. That's great that you're praying, but how about all the kids that died when the USA hit the towers? It broke my heart. That is beautiful. Meanwhile, you know, in their car. This makeup is great. It is. In what ways have you grown closer to Jesus? I serve a righteous God. And that is why we say our prayers. We are all His children. But when I say children, I mean like the holy blessed Trinity, which is why I hold the Bible. the fact that there were sparklers at somebody's funeral is really- it was like- it was the fucking oscars or something like it was an award show! sweet cream foam chai ice matcha and bella will have an organic- all organic- pop cup Yes, everything organic. Y'all know how they act when they play the national anthem. Like, ⁓ my god, this country. I always shit shit with the Pilates machine. Pilates is hard y'all. Pilates is some crazy shit. My sister does Pilates. I couldn't do it with the machine. Now this part. especially all white men in America. Those are the boys that we care about in this country. America is built on their backs. Yes, if they are the ones who matter most. If you weren't watching that on YouTube, it is the officer behind her is black. And obviously she is portraying a white woman in this speech. And yeah, America was built on the backs. Of young white women. No, they weren't. ⁓ The thing that got me because after Charlie Kirk died, Erica Kirk was everywhere and people were and I don't want to be like, you know, you can people mourn in different ways. we're not saying we're in support of the murder of Charlie Kirk at all. I think to have a proper conversation about Charlie Kirk and her is appropriate. And I just want to make sure I that little disclaimer out because she hasn't been acting like a grieving wife. Again, I can't tell someone how to grieve, but I know that a lot of people were like, it doesn't seem like you took the time to grieve your husband's death. It seemed like she went on like a national tour. It did. It basically was taking the opportunity of his death. It seems very much like we need to seize the opportunity and capitalize on this. And, you know, we need to get the donation dollars up. People are really going to want to give because a lot of people love Charlie and I need to be making sure that I'm at the head of this. was making her money and then helping the MAGA folk raise money. Yes. For their campaigns. And then there was a lot of questions about her and JD Vance because they seem to be a little closer than meets the eye. Again, all of this is us looking from the outside in, or then, yeah, we're outside. Looking through the window. Looking through the window. But the blinds are slightly closed. Anyway, Magna has lost their mind over this skit. ⁓ So I'm gonna just go through something. It's funny when they call liberals or stems in general snowflakes because we're apparently always whining about something. most butt hurt I've ever seen. Like y'all can't take a joke for nothing, but we're supposed to just button up and shut the fuck up and fuck your feelings. Yeah. What about you? Fuck your feelings. Fuck you too. What's good for the goose? It's for the gander. ⁓ So one person that criticized it was Senator Ted Cruz. The one that leaves the state when emergencies are coming. And the one who let Trump call his wife ugly. And I just don't... don't get none of these people. Anyway, he said that the skit was beneath contempt. He said you shouldn't be mocking a woman whose husband was recently assassinated. And that it crossed the line from a political satire into personal harassment and it was punching down. It's not harassment. Who was harassed? She wasn't harassed. She wasn't harassed. He didn't go to her house. He didn't. And stand outside dressed up like her. No. And it didn't make you say that, you know, America, we should protect white men. She said that. She said that. She literally said that because I had not seen that clip. But when I was doing some research on this, ⁓ the guy showed the actual clip of her giving a speech and saying that, you know, we have to protect the men in this country, especially young white men. And I was like, I thought she also said strong. OK, well, I mean, you can put whatever adjective in front of there that she wanted. Well, I don't remember if she said the words wrong, but I think she did. And I think the intent behind that word because the right really dislikes trans men. I really feel that was the intent behind that word as well because to them trans men are not men, not strong, powerful men. So no gays is what you're saying. Pretty much is what they're saying. ⁓ But know, fans of Druskia, like this is just This is what he does. He does sketch comedy. like him making fun of conservatives is just a thing that he would have done anyway. I mean, the current sitting person in the White House called somebody a little piggy, a media person. It was a media person, right? It was. A little piggy to their face. He also said that he was glad that Mueller was dead. He celebrated the death of Mueller. people weren't supposed to celebrate the death of Charlie Kirk. I'm just saying like... The hypocrisy on the right, and I know what happens on the left from the word, but the hypocrisy from the right is at a higher level than the hypocrisy on the left. It is, it really is. And I honestly think if you're so butt hurt about this skit, it's because you saw truth and facts of what he was making fun of was reality of what's happening. It's not like we were just making fun. use he used words that she said. Yeah, it's not like somebody going up at the podium of a giant pep rally and saying ⁓ incriminating things, incriminating things, disgusting things about Puerto Rican people. Yeah, you know, it's like that's real. What he did was he was portraying what we're seeing that she's doing. and how MAGA is hypocrite in what they do. How conservatives act in general. Y'all claim to love children. You claim to love them to death. Yet you turn a blind eye to the Epstein files when you hear that Trump was in them. His name has been heavily redacted by using government resources to do so. We bomb Iran. We commit... genocide in Palestine, we kill children over there, but it's okay if we kill those kids because those kids are not American and they are, you know, from a country who is doing something that we don't agree with. But those kids ain't have nothing to do with any of that. So why is bombing a girl's school or, you know, killing children in general is another country acceptable? I didn't, I mean, People will say, you're, you're left-winged and yes, I am, but I didn't see anything wrong with this game. I, it is what we see. Like you could just flip on comedy central or there's thousands of accounts on tick-tock where normal off the street, fake journalists or some are real. We'll go up to these people and rallies and stuff and ask them basic questions. And the way they answer them is 100%. authentically them. And that's why when I watched the skit, I don't take anything negative from it because it is the word she has used. It is how she has portrayed herself to the United States after the death of her husband. And she has put herself in a place where she is a political figure now. Exactly. She's turning point Trump administration. Turning point USA is their little foundation where they bring in the youth and it is to me is essentially a way to convert very young children into being conservatives and joining the movement. They talk about us putting ideology on kids when they've created a whole conference. No one brainwashes people better than conservatives. It's just like you have to think this way and there's no other way to think other than this. And if you do think something other than this, then something is wrong. Yeah. Now to go back to this topic. He's being sued now by. Erica Kirk. I don't know what her legal basis is because I don't think all the court documents and things. It's just it was just like a ⁓ press release or statement or whatever. The intent to sue. Yes. Another thing that this brought up was the controversy of black people doing white face is what they're calling it. ⁓ A lot of people on the MAGA side are saying that it's unfair that a black man can dress up like a white woman. But if a white person did blackface, then they would get in trouble for it. But there is a history to blackface. ⁓ There is... What's the history for people that might not know? Well, the history is basically... You were, they were doing blackface to dehumanize black people. They were using blackface to make black people seem less than human. At ⁓ that point in time, it was just, they were basically the comedy relief of theater shows, of movies. ⁓ You get the stereotypical big lips. big nose, dark, tar baby, eating watermelon, right? Because that was the stereotype. And it was just to make us seem like we were Leslie. And when White Chicks came out, everybody fucking loved that movie. They looked horrible. ⁓ But everyone fucking loves White Chicks. They're doing a part two. I just think it's... It's, they, they, it's one of those things again, where they're trying to claim something as well. Like ha ha ha, see, see you guys are honest about blackface, but there you go. Now doing, they always want to, it's always in a ha moment that they want to grasp at when in reality it's like blackface has a whole negative history around it. Right. And there is no history for doing whiteface other than white chicks. And, I wouldn't call it so much. white face is now it's it's a skit. It's no different than somebody on Saturday Night Live dressing up like Donald Trump. Right. Going out there and act like Donald Trump. But again, it brings also the minority thing. It's a it's a minority person dressing as a white face, quote unquote. So we're going to pick at that because we want to see. See, see you guys. You guys do it to us, too. You're trying to make us lesser. Be honestly, y'all some of y'all chick, white chicks. I just gonna say it. Some of y'all be rolling up in that motherfucking Starbucks sounding just like her. Everything organic. Okay. So, I mean, isn't that again, not too far from the truth. So, blackface became the cornerstone of American minstrel shows of hyper-performing entertainment where white performers depicted black people as lazy, ignorant, superstitious, cowardly and hypersexual. Again, it was just a way to reinforce stereotypes of enslaved people. And so that is, again, that is the historical context. is deep in racism. And there is no context for a black person dressing up as a white person other than it's funny. Juski doing that is not dehumanizing Erica Kirk. It is a mirror. up to this is who you are. that's what they don't like. They hate that. They hate that that is the mirror. Because when you show Donald Trump who he is, he also rejects it. He rejects it and he turns around and bullies you. So again, I think it's funny. I think it's hilarious. I feel like if they do do a White Chicks part two, that Druski should definitely be a part of it, portraying Erica Kirk at some point. I don't know if they all go to Starbucks or something, but... All organic. I thought it was hilarious. Once again, Maga cannot handle a joke. A very simple joke at that. And it's funny because like the things they tell us to be snowflakes about, that we act as snowflakes are like, it's actually hurting people. Right. Like... making fun of a disabled person like. Growing up with a disability I can't imagine is an easy thing. The mental efforts it is to. Put yourself out there all the time to have somebody at the greatest level. Make fun of you is. It's nothing compared to the mirror image that was created in that skit. You're just showing off what that person is living her truth right now outside. Maybe she goes home and she cries every night. We don't know that. But maybe you, after the funeral, should have maybe went into hiding for a while. You know, I don't know Eric Kirk. I didn't pay attention to Charlie Kirk because he didn't say anything. I just thought he was an evil ass motherfucker. He didn't say anything that resonated with me. And therefore, I didn't really pay him any attention. I know the things that were said to him after his death because it was everywhere. And I know a lot of people were like, well, you're just getting snippets. You don't see the whole thing. You're not getting the context. I hate when people are like, you don't have the whole context for this thing that was said. If the thing that was said is hurtful to the point where I feel like I don't need the context to get it. If you tell me that one of his things that I saw was, you know, if I get on a plane and I see a black pilot or a black female pilot, I worry. And it's just like, do they have the same training? Do they have that? Why wouldn't they? Why would the airline hire someone based on their race? Because again, we went back to DEI, because I did go back and get the whole context for what he said. But once again, we're talking about DEI. So it boggles my mind, and it shouldn't, because I know ignorance. That you imagine that United Airlines, for example, would have a black female pilot, a white pilot going for the same job. And because of DEI, they just went ahead and hired this black woman. you know, and y'all think that this woman just walked off the street and wanted to be a pilot one day and she got hired. Like, what sense does that make? Yeah, but DEI aside, they are all required to have the same training to be a pilot. Hello. And that is that these are the things that really like. Those things that make you go, am I crazy? Am I the crazy one? Because no one in their right mind, especially in corporate America, is going to hire someone just because you check a box on our racial list of DEI hires. So therefore, this white man over here can't have this job. We have to give it to you. even though you are unqualified and don't have any skills or didn't go to school for this, don't have any training for this, but we're going to hire you because you showed up today. That is so dumb. The funny thing is a lot of things they get upset about is when you're putting what they actually say back on them and they get so mad about it. And it's like, but you said it. So why are you so mad? How to make it make sense. It's, again, I go back to these Tik Toks where they're getting interviewed at these big rallies. And they just ask him plain questions and they're like, ⁓ because you can't make it make sense because it is what they said and whether they believe it or not. In reality, they still said it. And like Charlie Kirk system really evil things ⁓ specifically about the LGBTQ plus community. And it's like he said him. I don't need context of anything. I don't need context for it. My context is this. like the whole trans thing, it's just like, if you're not trans, then leave trans people alone. If you don't want to be trans, then leave trans people alone. Trans people are not bothering you. They're not doing anything to you. They are trying to be out here and live their lives and pay their bills just like the rest of us. Why do you have to make it a national federal level type thing? of these people shouldn't exist just because you don't think they should exist. Well, I don't think that you should be allowed to say the things that you are saying, but because of the First Amendment, you can. Splitting image, folks. Anyway, we hope you enjoyed this episode. A little society and culture as we like to think we are here. ⁓ Happy Easter to those who celebrate. Happy either bunny day or the rising of Christ. Resurrection Sunday as they say. Same thing.
