Side Quest Becca: That's the spirit. That's how we want to start it. Michael: I got a lot to do today and it's already You're boring you're boring me to death and I'm already dead. Can you name me the commercial? Chris: It's Side Quest Becca: Four o'clock. Mm. Chris: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: You're boring me to death and I'm already dead. No. I d mm. Michael: I think it was a Skittles commercial. Chris: ⁓ I think that's right, yeah. Michael: It's a zombie on a bus. I think it was Kittles. Side Quest Becca: So random. ⁓ okay. Did you ever have so around Halloween time they come out with the zombie Skittles? Have you ever had the unf have you ever actually gotten one of the zombie flavors? Michael: Yeah. No. Side Quest Becca: It's durian, which is like fermented onion. It's terrible. A rotten onion. Michael: ⁓ yeah. Dirty and f dirty and fruit. Side Quest Becca: Oof, it's rough. Anyways, welcome to the show. Woohoo. Michael: Chr Chris I Chris I got Chris I got the the AOT shirt. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: Woohoo. ⁓ Chris: I don't know that shit. I'm still stuck on episode thirteen. Michael: It's it's a fr it's a tough show, but it's really good once you get into it. Chris: Man. I saw there's a well we'll talk about I saw there's a video game coming out. A new one. Side Quest Becca: Yeah. It's bleak. Yeah. That was part of state was that part of State of Play? Michael: That was part of Summer Games Fest. Chris: I thought that was ⁓ s some of us games. Side Quest Becca: We've we've seen a lot of games the past f like four days, so. A lot of gaming. ⁓ right, we're not continuing this trend. No. The best Xbox. Chris: Yeah. Michael: Seen a lot of games. Chris: The Michael: Ha. Chris: The best games. Michael: No, but ⁓ quick shout out to that ⁓ twenty fifth anniversary see through green Xbox Series X. That that will ⁓ that will definitely be acquired by me at some point. Chris: Man. The commercial Yeah that That commercial was Chef's Kiss. I mean it I saw the old Xbox magazines were which I used to collect. Shout out Xbox magazine RIP. The Side Quest Becca: It was. It it was perfect. Mm. Michael: Don't you miss all the Chris: Did I do? The poster it says games will never play the same again. That was like when they were first like I don't the marketing of the OG Xbox is so good because if you remember it would like you just see the green X kind of just appear and then you'd hear like the people start talking or something like that and then it would end. Man, it was so good. You were like, What the heck? So good. Great. All I'll I'll say this, all three showcases that we've watched over the past few days between State of Play Side Quest Becca: Mm. Michael: Yeah. Chris: Summers Game Fest and the Xbox Showcase. All three are really good. Overall. Side Quest Becca: Yes, I agree. We're do they're giving us a lot of content. A lot of games. Yeah. Yes. Yes, I agree. A lot of February releases too. Chris: Too many. I don't even it's like almost decision paralysis at this point. Michael: It's like Yeah, a lot a lot of favorite and that has to be 'cause of GTA. Chris: ⁓ yeah, no, it's a a lot of sep a lot of September. Yeah, everybody is afraid of GTA. Nobody wants to come close to Side Quest Becca: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Michael: What's funny is dude, GTA's so big they don't they don't even have to they didn't have to be a part of any of this because they're like everybody knows they Chris: No. They're gonna get they're gonna get way more views just releasing a trailer on their YouTube channel when they decide to do it. If they decide to do a final trailer before November, which I'm sure they will within this month or the next. But yeah, they're they could have their own showcase of GTA when when they're ready. It'll be crazy. Yep. It's gonna be wild. Side Quest Becca: Mm hmm, mm-hmm. Michael: ⁓ yeah. When they're good and ready. So let me try to remember. I didn't take any notes. I've been so busy all week and just having a terrible week. It's it's just been a bad week. So it really has. And it's supposed to rain for the next two weeks. It's like let's just l just stop already. s so Xbox's show today ⁓ started off strong as hell. Side Quest Becca: Well let's start with Yeah, let's start with Xbox. It's been a bad two weeks. Chris: Hm. Let's stop it. Side Quest Becca: We're in hell. Yeah. Chris: Everybody saw Side Quest Becca: Started with Gears of War. Michael: We had a good, you know, twenty minute Gears of War session. ⁓ and it looks so good. ⁓ I can't wait. ⁓ that's Yeah, definitely. Day one. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Chris: Man. Side Quest Becca: Beautiful. That'll be a day one for me. Chris: I actually ⁓ yeah, I got the collector's edition with the collector statue diorama and everything. It looks insane. If y'all haven't looked at the collector's edition for E Day, it looks so badass. That's the only reason why I got it. Looks like they got a Halo combat or campaign evolved collector's edition and a fable collector's edition as well if anybody is interested. Yep. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Mm mm. Michael: I saw the favorable one. And Chris: But yeah, Gears of War E Day, that that looks incredible. Like, just man. It's so cool that you're like starting out right when they when the ⁓ locusts start coming out. So wild. Yes. Yep, absolutely. So much younger Marcus and Dom, the boys. Michael: So this is a prequel. It's yeah. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: The boys. I was I was telling Michael it just looks and just had that feeling of how w it did what back maybe twenty thirteen, twenty, whenever a lot of this really came around. It just felt like the old days. It's weird to say I know, but Michael: Yeah. They started it off with Gears, ⁓ Halo and then Fable. It's like the three the three Xbox three sixty like leaders. Chris: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Boom boom boom. Mm. Chris: Well yeah, those three really kinda encapsulated the last twenty five years 'cause what, Halo was two thousand one, Fable was probably two thousand three ish, two thousand four, and then Gears of War was two thousand six when ⁓ right around is the with the three sixty. So, I mean they really just like encapsulated all the best that Xbox has to offer. I like how they're they're really putting gears as like the fact that Osha came out there and said, This is going to be an Xbox console exclusive, I was n I I I I could not be happier for that. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: Console. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Chris: I know some people are going to complain and argue. Well they're just they're pigeonholing themselves, you know. They're why are they doing it this late in the great generation? It's like it doesn't matter. They're already just laying the groundwork of returning back to what Xbox made what made Xbox great to begin with. So I'm super stoked. Not only that, but we'll we'll talk about it a little bit more, but Clockwork Revolution. I'm so excited about that game. ⁓ yeah. And the fact that one's a console exclusive too. They obviously Michael: Who cares? Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: It looked cool. Side Quest Becca: I'm on the fence. Chris: see something see something good in NXL for making that one a console exclusive. They th they must know they've got something pretty good on their hands with that if they didn't want to give that to PS5. Michael: Well, it was cool to see to see a new single player IP for the Xbox. That's cool to me. That's something that we haven't seen in forever, you know. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Mm. Chris: Yeah. Yep. Yep. That one and magicians. That magicians game looked really cool. Michael: That one reminded me a lot of ⁓ like had a Bioshock feel to it. Both of those games actually had had a lot of Bioshock feel to ⁓ which I'm I'm here for. Chris: Same. Yeah. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Yes. Michael: ⁓ Fable Fable surprised me. I I figured it was Fable halfway through the trailer, but you know, Fable always had like the kind of almost like cartoony look to it. They really went with the like yeah, the gritty. Chris: Agreed. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Yes. Mm-hmm. This is more of a Chris: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Yeah, gr more grown up. The f it feels yeah, it feels like they kind of just what, it's been ten years since the announcement, is that what we talked about the other day? So j y yeah, it feels like they kind of heard the feedback, like, okay, we're just s starting over. But it looks great. I'm I'm into it, I'm excited for it. I think that's another day one for me. Michael: Yeah. Well yeah, pretty much. Yeah, 'cause like the first trailer you had that guy and he was talking I don't know. Chris: Yep, absolutely. Side Quest Becca: Yeah, okay. Respect to Richard I Whitey, I love that guy. But I know it Yeah, it was w it was Michael: I d I'm just saying like it just didn't even seem like the same game. Side Quest Becca: No, no, no, no, you're right. Very very sharp, you know, v left turn left turn. Yeah, yeah. Chris: Yeah. British humor. Yeah. F yeah. They they definitely wanted to, I guess, make it known that there is British humor in this one, but this latest one, and I believe that was Peggy Carter from the Marvel show slash movies. ⁓ who was Isabel, which I thought that was pretty cool. I think it looked like her. ⁓ she's again, super cool. Michael: Yeah, yeah. I think so. Yeah, I think so. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ really? Michael: It does look like her. Chris: Yeah, I I'm I'll be very interested to see how that game plays. I mean it's smart that they're giving themselves obviously even more time. I would say yeah, let's go. It already looks great. The gameplay looks awesome. ⁓ Jack of Blades cameo there at the end. W incredible. So I I'm very excited about that. ⁓ it's gonna be definitely I mean, all of these games, by the way, were pretty much day one game pass, which Michael: Mm-hmm. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Chris: Again, not only did they, you know, lower the price by eight dollars a month, but now they're making Game Pass even more of a just deal with all the games that they have coming up. It's pretty exciting. Michael: Yep. I ⁓ couldn't be more excited. The halo looked amazing. ⁓ Chris: hey look Side Quest Becca: It does. It looks so good. Chris: Man. The fa and the fact they're doing three prologue missions with Sergeant Johnson. I noticed that was a different voice actor for Sergeant Johnson. I ⁓ but didn't really bother me too much. I'm super stoked for that though. I mean I Michael: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, definitely. It was almost like the voice actor was trying his best to sound like Sergeant Johnson, but it was just like it's just not hitting quite right, but hey, whatever. Chris: Yeah. Yeah. No. Yeah. It's alright. I'll I'll take it. As long as you got the OG voice actor for Master Chief, that's all I care about. But I'm excited about that. I think that's gonna be good. I mean, it sounds like they're gonna have online co op, split screen. Sure, it doesn't have the multiplayer, but the fact that you're getting three new missions along with the original campaign, plus again, co op. On ⁓ I think that's that's all I need. Like especially it's gonna be out in about six weeks, which is crazy to think. ⁓ I'm very excited. I was surprised I I mean I guess I'm not surprised as much that they're letting this one go multi platform, I guess because the cat was already out of the bag anyway with it. But I'm I'll be curious to see between Asha making gears console exclusive Side Quest Becca: Hm mm Michael: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Chris: Hansing Clockwork Revolution will we start seeing more and more console exclusives going going forward? Yeah. Yep. They're they're defin I'm sorry, go ahead. Michael: Well, I think so. So just because of all this, yes go ahead. I was just gonna say yesterday I got I got a Series X. Side Quest Becca: I hope so. Chris: ⁓ yeah, you got the the ⁓ digital white one. Michael: ⁓ Yeah. And Becca got a series S, so we're all ready. Now, Chris, you gotta go buy another X. Chris: Nice. And I I wanna get this I really want to get that translucent green one. But I don't know if I can wait that long because there's a lot of good games coming out between before the Yeah. I mean, yeah, I mean just I'm looking we're going down a list right now. Ha Halo Campaign Evolved, July twenty eighth. Next one, Resonance, a Plague Tale Legacy, looks really good. Another Plague Tail game. Those are always fantastic. ⁓ so Side Quest Becca: Mm. Friday nights are back, boys. Michael: Mm-hmm. Chris: This one's coming out August twenty seventh, which was a surprise how quickly that I mean, we're we're just a couple of months away from there. So that one's gonna be super cool to check out. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: State of Decay three looked really great. ⁓ but that's what the that's the thing about all these games, they all looked so good. And it was showing actual gameplay. Michael: Yes. Chris: Well, State of Decay three, to be fair, that game has been at just about every other showcase for the past six years. I think b even before I think twenty nineteen, twenty twenty, even before then, they were kind of showing that or at least teasing it. So it's good to finally see gameplay. Michael: Mm-hmm. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Chris: And get a release date too for that one, at least coming in twenty twenty seven. That's that's good to see that 'cause I'm really ex I really want to play like a good resource management zombie game. I think that one's gonna be it for sure. Michael: ⁓ state of decay two was really good. It's just ⁓ I don't know, it just seemed I got into it too late when I started playing it, so jump on this one early so we can be prepared. Chris: Yeah. Persona four revival. I am so stoked for this game and I'm so gl Yeah. Well they yeah, they I think they teased it last year, ⁓ in last year's state of play, and I've been waiting for it for a while just because obviously Persona five, persona three reloaded, ⁓ Michael: You you called that one. You said that was gonna come out. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. It looks great too. It looks so good. Chris: ⁓ it only made sense. Four is s d heavily underrated. Great story. So if you've not played it, it's coming out February eighteenth, twenty twenty-seven. Unless you want to break out the old PlayStation Vita or play the PlayStation Four or excuse me, Persona Four Golden Port, which is the basically the p Vita port. ⁓ this remake is gonna be incredible. So very excited about that. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. And they announced Persona Six. Chris: ⁓ my gosh. I I was waiting for it. Egg Atlas or Xbox has got they they were smart about having that partnership with Atlas because I mean, Sony's up until just recently and we'll talk about that later on, that ⁓ Xbox has tried heavily to get a partner in the Japanese RPG market and Atlas is they couldn't quite they couldn't get a much a much better partner out of out of them between Persona and then as well as ⁓ metaphor refoundasio. So very cool that not only you got you got revival, but or for revival you got persona six. So pretty cool that Xbox was able to put that on there. ⁓ showcase. A few games I was surprised. I was like, man, I can't I can't believe they are allowed they ⁓ let them have that. I mean Michael: Mm. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Chris: ⁓ Metro twenty thirty nine, Metro games for fantastic. Another February release. So really if you look think about it. Yes, September, October, and then November's GTA six. And then the start of next year, if in February, is gonna be stacked for sure. So ⁓ the next game I thought was pretty funny. It reminded me of like that goose game is bad magpie. It looks pretty funny. Or the untitled Goose game. Side Quest Becca: February is full. Mm. Yeah, I wanna play that. It looks charming. Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was a cute game too. Chris: Yep. Wolong two Wings of Ember is coming out in early twenty twenty seven. I don't know if y'all ever played the Wolong games. ⁓ the first one came out on Game Pass a few years ago. It was good. Was not bad. ⁓ it was, you know, another Souls like ⁓ game, but still fun all all the same. Side Quest Becca: Mm mm. Chris: Join us this game, it looks so fun. I want to check that out. Yes, that looks awesome. That'd be a fun game for all of us to play or stream, I think. So you can recruit followers, build your compound, customize your cult's beliefs, and defeat enemies and non-believers. And this one to four player co-op action-packed open world survival experience. Come and Side Quest Becca: The the cult simulator? Yeah. That's Yeah. I love it. Let's go. You can play as Joseph Seed, come on. Chris: Yeah, exactly. It was very like Fallout Five, the way like the setting and everything. Or not Fallout Far Cry, excuse me. ⁓ coming Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Far cry? Yeah. No no no, you're good. Mm-hmm. Michael: I didn't catch that. The ⁓ Joseph Seed Side Quest Becca: Well he's it's just reminding me of it 'cause it's a cold. Chris: Yeah. But I just saw the setting 'cause it's like in Montana and Far Cry five and that that environment looked like that. So March twenty seven, ⁓ March twenty twenty seventh is when that's coming out. Michael: ⁓ okay. Side Quest Becca: Yeah, yeah. Best Park right. Chris: Next one I was surprised to see this. I was like Hellblade three and then but then I realized ⁓ it's Sinua. ⁓ that's the name of it. But it looks I've always looked at the Hellblade games Side Quest Becca: ⁓ yeah, yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Chris: Hellblade one was more of like an indie game to me. I mean, before they got bought by Xbox. And then two was ⁓ a very probably still one of the most beautiful games I've ever played, but more of a tech demo. This one looks like it was what they've basically been building or leading up to since the first one. So I'm excited about it. It looks like it's a much more like fleshed out game with the action and gameplay mechanics. Whereas Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Yes. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Chris: Y it almost felt like it was almost like a walking simulation type tech demo with Hellblade Two. Not that that's bad, but it didn't feel like a fully fleshed out like triple A game outside of the graphics, I would say. So pretty cool. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: Yeah. Mm-hmm. What else do we have? We got Spyro, new Spyro game. Chris: Yes. So stoked about that. I'm glad Activision is revitalizing some of their old IP. Activision has so many franchises that they can tap into. And they just they just refuse like not to like capitalize on that. I mean, for the ⁓ historically, because you look at Call of Duty, I mean they've Activision's mainly taken most of its time to Side Quest Becca: Mm. Chris: ⁓ taking most of his attention towards Call of Duty, whereas Activision's got, you your Tony Hawk games, got your Spyro. ⁓ and growing up playing Spyro, I used to play Spyro one on the Playstation one like all the time. And the music, fun fact, was Created by Stuart Copeland, drummer of the police. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So all the crazy drums and everything, if you remember from Spyro, that was old Stuart Copeland from the police. I know it. Isn't that wild? So a little fun little music fact for all you ⁓ music nerds out there. Side Quest Becca: From the the police? Wow. I had no idea. Mm-hmm. That's so random. Roxanne. Chris: Yep. So funny. ⁓ Fallout seventy six infestations. I'm tired of Fallout Seventy Six. I know there's an audience. Yeah, every time somebody saw I'm sure everybody saw Bethesda, not once but twice in a row. Everybody's like, Okay, here it is. We're looking for a Fallout 3 remaster or Elder Scrolls 6 and Yeah. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ Yeah, Bethesda, just leave me down. Michael: ESO Side Quest Becca: Any news for Elder Scrolls. Not online. Chris: Or right, yeah. So Michael, to your point three times, not even twice, but three between Fallout seventy six, Doom the Dark Ages DLC, and then ESO. Which I'm excited about Doom the Dark Ages ⁓ Revelation just because I love the Dark Ages. That was a fantastic game. And the fact that it's coming out ne in less than a ⁓ actually a month from today, which is awesome. And the fact that Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: Do. Side Quest Becca: It looks yeah, yeah. Mm-hmm. Chris: y it looks like you're getting a spear in this one that you're gonna be able to grapple on the enemies with. It looks like it's gonna tap into some of maybe his background and like his upbringing. it just looks really cool. And there's a spot, I don't know if y'all saw it, but there's like a little ⁓ I guess little short clip of him and it looked like it was like the OG like Doom corridor with the shotgun in the centered on the ⁓ centered on the screen, which I was like pretty stoked about that. So ⁓ from my dun my my understanding on this, this is almost like a f another full game basically is how large this DLC is, so pretty excited about that. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ was there much more from Microsoft? I mean it I thought it was a great showcase. It made me excited. ⁓ a lot of games, I want to get day one. was there anything else? Because I kinda wanna move on to state of play, 'cause I just felt like one after another I was so excited for everything that state of play had to offer. Michael: I'm trying to think remember what state of play had. So we had ⁓ of course code Veronica remake, n new title, Resident Evil Veronica. Right. Or was that stu no, that was ⁓ Side Quest Becca: That was Summer Games Fest. Which was also just another great showcase. We can come up with that one first if you want. Michael: Yeah, so No, that's fine. There's too many there's too many going on. Well s yeah, y go ahead. You you took notes on state of play, so Side Quest Becca: I know. ⁓ state of play. ⁓ so Banjo the Chef, which I don't know if either of you played Dave the Diver, but this is a prequel to Dave the Diver. I was I was completely caught off guard by this. Dave the Diver is super cute, charming, whimsical. you can get lost in it so easily, spend so much time in it. And so to see a prequel for that, I I was not expecting this at all. I Have e either of you played Dave the Diver? Michael: No, but I've watched ⁓ one of my favorite creators play it. Chris: Yeah, I have not. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. So I'm I'm very excited for that one. Then of course we got more of control resident. That looks good. I haven't played the first control, but I I know it's it's beloved by many. That's what I've heard. It's on my list. Chris: You need to. Yes. It's really good. That's if you haven't played that or Alan Wake too, I would highly recommend both of those. Michael: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: I w I wanna play Alan Wake as well. ⁓ Wolverine, which Wolver those types of games aren't really what I gravitate to, but Wolverine looks fantastic. I wanna play it. Michael: Yeah, it looks fun. It's more Yeah. I was just saying it's it's it's it's more of the ⁓ Spider Man Arkham Asylum type you know game. So if you're into that, you know. Yeah. Il yeah, go ahead. Il looked good. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ an ill I'm sorry, go ahead. I'm moving too quickly. Yeah. I think that's why I'm interested in it. Mm-hmm. And then I thought it looks like just so fun and creepy and a little different. ⁓ the first person action horror game. ⁓ I'm I'm here for it. ⁓ that's on my list. Kam Kimiru? Is that how you say it? Cimiru. Am I butchering that? Michael: Yeah. Something like that. Side Quest Becca: Probably butchering that. Supernatural Adventure twenty twenty seven. So I'm excited for that. I'm just kinda quickly going through what I really and of course the new God of War, which is already a hot debate topic online. Michael: Yeah. Can't have a woman God of war. You kidding me? Side Quest Becca: You joking? It's gotta be Kratos. ⁓ shit, we got No, it looks great. I wanna I wanna follow the story of Faye. ⁓ she's kicking ass. Let's go. And you got Jack Wade as ⁓ a cube. Yeah. Chris: Isn't that called g isn't that called Goddess of War? Michael: Yeah. Chris: Gelatnus Cube. Yeah, I I mean I've I overall Michael: been seeing a lot of ⁓ goddess of the kitchen memes and stuff like that, so Side Quest Becca: Damn that's that's wild stuff right there. Okay. Chris: That's crazy. That's crazy. Yeah, one thing I've noticed from the state of play is like Sony has perfected the behind the camera third person ultra cinematic game with, you know, the set pieces, the graphics between Wolverine, God of War, of course Last of Us really being the pioneer of that and really starting that trend and making it as popular as is. I just I feel like PlayStation or Sony as a whole needs to be careful because people are I think most gamers today are just wanting something that's more gamified. Take an Astrobot, for example. Things like that. I I feel like those types of games are the ones people want to play and to like what we saw in the Xbox showcase, Crazy Taxi. Like that's a fun game. You're it's not an ultra like, you know, two hundred million dollar game that's got like these voice actors and everything. It's just a fun game. I think some people are missing some of that and maybe want more of that. And I hope Sony can kind of help kind of I guess listen to some of the consumer base and make more games like Astrobot and other ones like that that are more platformer. Michael: Sony used to be the kings of that. You know, we had Jack and Daxter, we had Ratchet Clank. Chris: I know, ex yeah, that exactly. Ratchet and Clonic, yeah, exactly. Michael: ⁓ what what was it? ⁓ what's the what's the little spy raccoon dude? Sly Cooper. We had those, we had I don't know, back in like the PS three days, Sony was all about experimenting with different types of games. And it's just you're right. Once once Uncharted and The Last of Us took off, it was like, ⁓ well, this is what this is our niche now. We're just gonna do this. Make Chris: ⁓ Slide Cooper. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: Make movie games. Chris: Right. And they're good at it. I'll give them that. I mean, they are really good at it. And like you see from Wolverine, I mean, that game looks incredible. I mean, ⁓ and the the gameplay, the the gore and the blood, I was like, man, Insomniac is I mean, it's cool that Sony and all them are doing that. ⁓ it'll be interesting to kinda see how that plays out. 'Cause you look at Spider Man, I don't think that had hardly any blood at all. Side Quest Becca: It does. Yeah, yeah. I was caught off guard by that. Michael: Mm-hmm. Chris: This one's obviously straight out the gate, not afraid to show some of that. So a lot of the kills were pretty brutal, obviously. ⁓ so yeah, it'll be interesting to see how it does. It looks great ⁓ overall. Yeah, I'd I liked I did like the state of play. If if I thought if I had to give basically like my score the three, I'd say the state of play was probably like a seven summer games fest, probably an eight. I thought it was a little bit better than the state of play. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Summer Games Fest was fantastic. I would give that a nine. Chris: I'll give the ⁓ I'll give Xbox a nine. So I'll give seven, eight, nine on that. Michael: I think I would I would do seven eight six, seven, eight, nine. Yeah. ⁓ what else was there on state of play? Can't remember. Anything of note? Side Quest Becca: Seven eight nine, six, seven? Anyways. Sorry. Chris: ⁓ let's see. Well they got f ⁓ Phantom Blade Zero for the billionth time. I was just like, okay, we've seen this game. Until Dawn Two. Unt Yep, that was pretty cool. Tomb Raider, Legacy of Atlantis, that looks fantastic. Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls, which is the Marvel. We've seen a little bit of that. Raymond Legends. Michael: Yeah. ⁓ No, that was yesterday on Summer Game Fest. Never mind. Yeah, until dawn to Side Quest Becca: ⁓ yeah. Michael: Yeah, yeah. Side Quest Becca: I will I will say Until Dawn Two, ⁓ the graphics look much better than the first Until Dawn rightfully so, it's been years since that came out. But did either of you play that or watch a playthrough and just see how terrible the the faces were and Michael: No, 'cause I played it on PS five, the remaster or whatever, and it already looked good to me. I didn't play the first the original. Chris: Yeah, I never played the first one. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ okay, okay, okay. I've got ya. Yeah, w well I think until dawn too it looks better. I think it's gonna be it's just a fun it's gonna be a fun game to kind of stream and or watch someone else play. It has replayability obviously, 'cause you could I'm sure there's instances where you can kill everybody off and then everybody l you know, however you choose to play it. Michael: Well that that studio, ⁓ they do all the dark picture anthology games, they do the quarry, so they ⁓ they've mastered the you know horror horror decision making games. Side Quest Becca: Yeah, mm hmm. Yeah, yeah. Just don't give me those those quick time events where you're not supposed to move the controller. I I I will not survive that. I think they kinda took that out after the first until dawn. If we're 'cause it just it's almost impossible to not fail that. Michael: ⁓ that's that's their niche. ⁓ you just can't be fidgety, that's all. Just gotta you gotta relax. Side Quest Becca: Well, I'm very fidgety. I can't no. I don't know how to. Michael: ⁓ yeah. A new Rayman game. ⁓ I think it's only gonna be like twenty nine bucks. It looks great. ⁓ that'll be a good buy ⁓ you know, easy, easy on the wallet purchase. For a fun time. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Not all games have to rack your brain, so Michael: I think that was pretty much it. ⁓ Chris: Yeah, they had Ace Combat Eight, which which looked like a pretty cool game. I like the Ace Combat series. Any Musha, Way of the Sword, Silent Hill Townfall. Michael: Yeah. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Cannot wait for that game. It's gonna be so good. Chris: Yeah. Stunt man, that coming back was pretty wild. That game is that looked pretty cool. ⁓ and then The Lost Wild. It looks like a dinosaur survival game. I got overly excited because I thought it was gonna be a Dino Crisis remake. I was a little bit disappointed, but still looks fantastic. Anything resembling Dino Crisis, I'll take it. But ⁓ overall, pretty good. Michael: ⁓ yeah. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Mm-hmm. Michael: They've been talking about a Dino Crisis remake, so I don't know. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Chris: Man, CapCapcom's on a roll. I mean, with between what they're doing, ⁓ we can go ahead and talk about kind of the summer games fest, but man, yeah. Side Quest Becca: Fantastic. I can't wait to talk about Stranger Than Heaven. What a wacky game. I don't I I don't even know what this game is about, but I'm I'm in. ⁓ that's probably a hot take. And it's very strange that they just have Tupac in this game. Why? I don't know. I have no idea why Tupac is in this game. It's so strange. But if the game just looks so wacky. Yay, it's like Yeah. Chris: Yeah, I don't know how I feel about that. That's weird. Michael: Well they asked Snoop Dogg, he's just like, Yeah. Yeah, it's a you know just bring him in, you know. Chris: Yeah. Yeah, those Yeah, how Michael: I d I didn't understand all that. Side Quest Becca: I don't know, but you know I love the Yakuza games. I think those games those are so fun and and wacky and I want something weird and quirky and I think this is gonna give it to me. Michael: I don't know. Sega Sega just makes some strange stuff. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm. Chris: ⁓ yeah. Since I don't have to worry about making hardware anymore, they're like, We're just gonna do whatever. We're gonna put Sonic in this randomly. Michael: So Ha ha. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ my gosh, that'd be insane. Chris: Mm. So Michael: So we have we have yeah, we got Code Veronica. I've been waiting on this one. I didn't know if they would do it because you know they don't they you don't ever see the the companies like go ahead and just remake all the games. So I'm actually excited that they finally we finally have word that it's really coming out with a t with a small trailer. ⁓ that was ⁓ it's Claire's best game. Like Resident Evil Two, yeah, she's in it. Side Quest Becca: So I'm I'm excited for that one. But we have there's so much. Go ahead. Chris: Man. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: And she has a whole thing going on, but like this is her game. And ⁓ it's really good. And ⁓ that's just gonna pave the way for the Resident Evil One remake that we're finally gonna get. And ⁓ so I'm excited for all things Resident Evil. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: That's that's my take on that, so Side Quest Becca: Well, we got Gin Atlas, which is from ⁓ the studio or the creator that gave us Shadow of the Colossus and ⁓ Last Guardian, which looks completely different. You look like you're trying to put back together a giant ancient robot or something. So that piqued my interest. I I'll I'll be checking that one out. Alien Isolation too. Did either one of you play the first one? I'm too chicken to play the first one. Michael: Yeah. It's a very scary game. Chris: Yeah, I never I've never played it but I was very excited to see the second one just 'cause I know how how popular that first one was. It looks really good. I won't play it 'cause it's too scared. Side Quest Becca: Yeah. Yeah, no, I just I'll I'll watch Michael play it. Yeah, exactly. Then we have I have blood message. I don't even remember what that was because we just got so much from Summer Game Fest. It was like two hours long. Michael: It's one it's one of the best games to stream. So there's that really cool fishing game that I've watched ⁓ Hollow and ⁓ Mad Vlad play. ⁓ I can't even think of the name of it now, but you you sell off the fish organs. Yeah, no, it's not dredge. It's ⁓ it's a really weird looking game, but I've I've watched gameplay of it on YouTube. ⁓ Chris: Is it Dredge? Michael: It was it's just one of those random ones they popped in there, you know, 'cause ⁓ the Summer Game Fest it was like just back to back to back, just I don't know, just throwing ⁓ in there. And then Nintendo would be like Get yourself a Nintendo Switch too, just right in the middle of a bunch of trailers. It was weird. Side Quest Becca: Yeah. Michael: They kept on just like Nintendo. Remember us? Side Quest Becca: How could we forget you? ⁓ you got Mon Monster Hunter Wild's Ascendants. Looks fantastic. I w I love to watch I I ⁓ Michael: Pass. Never been never been into those. They're just so big and Side Quest Becca: It's a fun franchise. I know, I know. But there's there's Michael: No, I mean, I'm sure that it's it's a it's a everybody loves them that play ⁓ but it's just another huge franchise that I I just can't I just can't get into it. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. No, I it's definitely not for everybody. Michael: Unless unless it's the s unless it's the stories, Monster Hunter stories, that that game's pretty cool. Cause it's a little less involved, you know. More like a RPG. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. Michael: But I know a few people that are heavily into Monster Hunter and they that's all they play. Like I've got this one buddy on Steam, that's all he's ever playing is Monster Hunter. So I I get it. A monster well, Monster Hunter and art survival or whatever. Side Quest Becca: Two. Really? Mm. Michael: Survival evolved. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ and then we got galactic razors. Michael: You'll have to keep Yeah. You'll have to keep this going because I'm so far behind. Side Quest Becca: No Okay, no love for Star Wars Galactic Racers. No one pl played the Star Wars pod racing game for the sixty four? Chris: ⁓ I yeah, I did. I'd sorry I didn't I didn't know where you were going with that, but yeah, Galactic Racer looks fantastic. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: It does. It looks the bulb's in it. Let's go. I mean it just I had so much fun with the sixty four ⁓ I guess I don't remember what it was called, but it was the the pod racing game. ⁓ Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, yeah. That one was fantastic it was just fun. Chris: Yeah, it's just Star Wars episode one Racer was the first one. Yeah. And then there was like Racer's Revenge or something like that and it was the second one that came out. Yeah, I lo I loved I love those games. It's cool that they're g not only you get obviously pod racing, but you get like speeders and stuff like that too, just from looks like from the different eras of Star Wars. So yeah, definitely looking forward to that one. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Sixteen sixty six Amsterdam, another one that looked interesting and piqued my interest. Chris: Yeah, that one looks pretty good. ⁓ but then was the Dawnwalker vampire game? Yeah. Yeah. T I'm not s I can't I don't quite remember what they had said there, but that that one did look really good. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Yeah, Blood of the Dawnwalker. ⁓ yeah, yeah. I'm I'm so here for that. Give me that now. When is that release date? It did. Any type of like vampire game, I'm here. Chris: I was very excited about Stellar Blade Blood Rain. ⁓ nice. Nice. I didn't know if y'all saw the trailer for Stellar Blade Blood Rain, but that game looks so awesome. I'm very excited about that one. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ coming out September third, twenty twenty six. Yeah. Michael: Yes, it looks great. I need to play the first Stellar Blade. Side Quest Becca: If it was in the Summer Games Fest then I did. Mm mm. ⁓ yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Chris: ⁓ man. Yeah, it's so good. ⁓ they showed ⁓ Black Flag Recync again. Very good. Side Quest Becca: I can't I'm so excited for this game. I cannot it's gonna be so much fun. Such a perfect summer game. Just get on your ship and sing your chanties and yo ho, let's go. Chris: That was very s cool to see again. ⁓ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the last Ronin. So so Side Quest Becca: That really took me by surprise. I was like 'cause I heard in the background, I like, Is that the theme music for teenage mutant ninja turtles? And it was. Michael: Yeah. Chris: Yeah, so this is the first game actually developed by Paramount Game Studios and Platinum Games that are teaming up. So Platinum Games did ⁓ like near automata, ⁓ and I feel like they actually did Ninja Gaiden four. So they do a lot of those really fast paced hack and slash type games. So pretty pretty cool to see that. I don't know if y'all know about what the last run in's about, but it's basically Mikey is like the only remaining teenage mutant ninja turtle after all the other the three other brothers are killed. ⁓ by that ninja clan. So it's a darker take on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, so I'll be kind of curious to see how that plays out. ⁓ and there's a new Gundam game. I don't know, I used to watch Gundam Wing a lot ⁓ back in the day, but there's a game called Gundam Rogue Orbit. And it I don't know if y'all ever played Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Chris: armored core six, but it it looks a lot like that and looks like it'll play like that a little bit too. So that was really cool. Crossfire. ⁓ Well, there's a g there's a reason why I was a little confused. There's a game called Crossfire X that came out a few years ago that was not well received at all. And that's why I was like, their game already called this. I do like the studio name. It's called That's No Moon. So it Side Quest Becca: Yeah, I hate the name though. The come on, we couldn't come up with a better name. Mm-hmm. I thought that was the name of the game. I was like, I like this. What are we doing? 'Cause Chris: Yeah. So that's a studio made up of some people from Naughty Dog and Infinity Ward and a few others, so it's gonna be their first game. So it looks pretty interesting. Yep. ⁓ obviously control Resonant and then Guild Wars Three was not on my bingo card because Girl Guild Wars Two came out gosh, I don't even remember now, but it's been years since the second one. Side Quest Becca: Okay. It does look fine, yeah. Chris: came out. ⁓ which I know it's had a good a pretty good following. It was popular because there was no subscription that you had to pay unlike WoW or World of Warcraft. So that was kind of like a very like low ⁓ barrier of entry for that game. Heard it was good, never played it. ⁓ I saw there's another Star Wars game called Zero Company. Not for me because it's like a strategy game. Side Quest Becca: Right, right. ⁓ yeah, yeah, yeah. I know what you're map. Yeah, I d I don't even think I put that on the list. I was like, mm pass no. Kinda like the the rabbits game. I know that's a terrible comparison. Yeah. Yeah. Terrible comparison, sorry. ⁓ Grounded Two. I always wanted to play the first one, but I mean obviously it's you play it with friends. Didn't have any friends play it with womp womp. But I think it would be a fun game to play. ⁓ with us. Chris: Yeah. Can do it. ⁓ we have Mario versus Rabbids or whatever? Yeah. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: I I mean people rave about it. Chris: Yeah. Absolutely. Wells. Side Quest Becca: Hmm. Lord of the Fallen to Chris: The Wolf Among Us Two. That game has been in limbo for years. Didn't really s yeah, I didn't really see much more like that really interested me and about it. I don't know, I never played the first one though, so who knows. Side Quest Becca: ⁓ yeah, yeah. Mm-hmm. And we're getting Did you play any of the telltale games? Michael: Mm-hmm. Chris: ⁓ I played the Walking Dead one. Michael: The Wolf Among Us is my favorite walk or ⁓ The Wolf Among Us is my favorite telltale game. It's really good. Chris: That's it. Side Quest Becca: What Michael? Chris: Telltale game. Yeah. I'll check it out. It looks cool. I like the premise anyway. The fact that he's hunting like the Wizard of Oz characters. Which is pretty wild. Michael: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Is that what he's doing? Chris: I think so. From what I gathered. Again, that's why I'm like I'm a little confused on what the premise is, but that's what I'm gathering. Side Quest Becca: I have no idea. Michael: ⁓ one of the characters is the girl in it, is I think is Belle from Beauty and the Beast. So, yeah. Chris: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: That's so crazy. Huh, I'll have to look deeper into that game. But it's their mi was the remaster remake that they're releasing. Chris: Yes, yes. Michael: Yeah. Side Quest Becca: So I can play that and then play the new one. And then I don't really know how to pronounce this one. This is He Hex, I think is how you say it. And it was ⁓ the first person. And it looks like you're moving like giant columns around and you're creating some type of structure or you're trying I don't know, but it looked very interesting. It I think it's a one to four player co op game. Chris: Hm. ⁓ I did remember see that, yeah. I don't know much about it, but Side Quest Becca: Mm, mm hmm. I don't either, but I thought it looked different and a new concept and interesting and I wanna check it out. Chris: Yeah. Absolutely. The last big reveal of the game or the Summer Games Fest was of course Final Fantasy VII Revelation, which is the part three of the trilogy, which yeah, it looks it looks great. ⁓ it's very cool that they are doing exactly what everybody wants them to is opening up that they're opening up the ⁓ world more to ⁓ Side Quest Becca: That's right. Everyone's been waiting on it. Michael: Yeah. Chris: Really opening up the world more where you're able to see everything, the whole world map now. So pretty cool. Very exciting. Side Quest Becca: Yep, it ⁓ it motivated me to start up ⁓ Final Fantasy remake again. So Michael: Yeah, most shit's totally Side Quest Becca: Not that I've been able to put a lot of time this weekend, but I put in some time. Michael: Shit's totally frozen, so if y'all can still hear me, it's I'm here. Chris: Yeah, I got I could re fine. Side Quest Becca: I can hear you. Yeah. Michael: Like thirty minutes later. So bad. Side Quest Becca: We'll figure it out. You can use you can use my name or something. Michael: No man, it's bad. It's bad. Chris: But yet Side Quest Becca: Well any other gaming news. What else what else you got? Chris: Castlevania Belmont's Curse. We saw more of that on the showcase, which is fantastic. Coming out October fifteenth. Just in time for Side Quest Becca: Mm. Yeah. Just in time for spooky season. Chris: Yeah, that game looks incredible. Vivarium looked very, very cool. So a slice of lice slice of life, excuse me, ⁓ life some adventure that is very, very heavily inspired and hand illustrated like Studio Ghibli. It looks incredible. I was very, very excited about that. ⁓ obviously Clockwork Revolution, the second game that is or Side Quest Becca: ⁓ Mm-hmm. Exclusive. Chris: Yeah, that or excuse me, third game that's actually gonna be an exclusive that was shown off. And then Modern Warfare four, a first look of their DMZ was very, very impressive. ⁓ I know that Call of Duty is not obviously like the most popular one, ⁓ right now just because it's like, all right, well, we've seen Call of Duty for the past two or three years now. You know, why do we having to wh why are why is this closing out the show? And that was kind of my thoughts on it initially. It was like, okay, well like what are we doing? But what we d what I did see w was it was pretty impressive. It looks like Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Chris: They're listening to fans anyway. Whether they truly stick to it we'll know probably after the first or s second season of the ⁓ of like the season battle passes, I guess, when they'll go off the rails with all the skins and Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Chris: guns and things like that, but it looks like they are going to return to a more grounded ⁓ style of of gameplay and missions, so that's pretty exciting. We'll see how that plays out. Again, DMZ, it looks like they're heavily inspired by Escape from Tarkov with the extraction shooting style. So we'll see how that plays out. ⁓ but again, fr it's their biggest IP Side Quest Becca: Okay. Yeah. Chris: I mean they're gonna come out with a Call of Duty movie in the next year, so I mean it's the most popular franchise in the world, entertainment franchise, you know, n let alone it being a video game franchise, so it makes sense that they're gonna show it. I was just I was hoping for something a little bit different, a little bit more unique, or obviously anything about Elder Scrolls Six or even Fallout would be great. But Side Quest Becca: ⁓ no. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah. man. Chris: Todd wasn't ready, so we're just got to be patient. Side Quest Becca: Yeah, and that's that's what I told myself, like Todd Howard's not gonna just let Microsoft reveal this. Todd Howard himself is gonna have to walk out onto a stage and talk. Like that it's just not that's just how it's gonna be. As much as I wanted to see it and I you know, had hoped, but deep down I knew it wasn't gonna happen, but you can still put the clown emoji over my face for having a smidge of of faith in that. It's been what, sixteen years since they announced it? Chris: Sixteen it's been twenty five years. It's been a while. I mean it has it has been yeah, yeah it has. I I I believe it has Side Quest Becca: Am I wrong? At least Jen, right? It's been a minute. Chris: But all in all, I would argue this was a great summer ⁓ first game reveals and trailers and updates. It was heavily, heavily needed. just because everybody has been really quiet and I know the ⁓ everybody's anxiety and anticipation is like, all right, what has everybody got? What are they working on? What's up their sleeve? Are we looking at the next generation yet? Side Quest Becca: Yes. Yes. Mm-hmm, mm-hmm. Yes. Mm-hmm. Chris: I'm glad we're not right now because it looks like between the Xbox series and the PS five and now of course the Switch two, there's all still a lot of power and potential. I mean you're s I mean you take Gears of War E Day, the game looks incredible. All the games fables. I mean, yeah. So if they're running on those systems, current gen systems that have been out for the past six years now, I don't think there's a huge rush now. Espe it this yeah, especially with the prices. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Beautiful. Mm-hmm. No, no, no, no, no. Please let me save some money for once. Try to move. Chris: No, we'll we'll see how all that shakes out. Obviously there's talks about Project Helix coming out in the next year, and then I'm sure PS six will be following suit probably the year after. Nintendo will be doing this till they're ninety, basically, with the Switch two, I'm sure. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Of course. Do you think we'll get another handheld from Nintendo? Like a new D S of any kind, or are we done? Chris: No, I think the Switch basically cannibalized the Game Boys and DS. I mean that is their handheld. I think that was their whole point is we're gonna corner the handheld market by making our hybrid. So now will there be a s will there be a Switch two light? Probably. Yeah. Yeah. Will there be an OLED? Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Smart. Yeah. Yeah. Switch too many, maybe. Yeah. Michael: There's also gonna be a OLED too. Yeah. OLED. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm, mm-hmm. Michael: There there just has to be. Side Quest Becca: Yeah. Mm hmm. Overall gamers were fed. We we got a lot to consume and think about and decide what's gonna take priority over what game and how we're gonna spend our time and our money. Michael: Yeah. Pretty much. Side Quest Becca: You responsibly. That's how. Michael: Hey, that's fine. You gotta have some fun sometime. Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. You have to. Chris: Yep. I'm excited for obviously a stacked fall of this year going into the winter time. And then of course early next year is gonna be very big for everyone, especially once GTA six after the releases, then it's gonna be kind of an arms race of between the big three of how many games everybody can get out. I am I feel much better about going into next year with with it looks like the console war is being reignited, which is again I think it's best now if the prices would come down Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Chris: on the hardware I'd feel a lot better. But until then, you know, gotta hold on to what we got and go from there. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: Yeah. That was really beautiful. Michael: I'll just say this. We have ⁓ there there was also an indie show after Summer Games Fest. And there was a there's quite a few cool looking indie games coming out too. ⁓ one really cool horror one. Yeah, so they had like this game that's like it was filmed as a movie, right? So all the cutscenes are like an actual movie and and Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Chris: ⁓ future games, is that what you were talking about? Side Quest Becca: Yes, yes. Michael: And then the the gameplay is like old school, like super, super old school. ⁓ like side scroller two D Resident Evil for like not even Resident Evil but older than that, but that kind of gameplay. And the cutscenes are like by real, you know, indie actors and stuff like that. It looks really good. I should have written the name down, but ⁓ Side Quest Becca: Yes. I'll find it. Hang on. Tenibris somnia. Tenibris somnia. It looks amazing. Yes, that's that's one of my most anticipated games. October sixteenth. Michael: I I failed at that. Yeah, something like that, yeah. ⁓ yeah, it looks really cool. ⁓ we also have the Halloween Michael Myers game coming out in September, so Chris: Yeah, yeah. Ball's gonna be stacked. ⁓ yeah. That's right. Michael: ⁓ I think so. Side Quest Becca: Gonna be a great spooky season. Chris: I'm ready for it. Side Quest Becca: Mr Records. Mr Records, that was also a day of the devs. Yeah, super cute. ⁓ yeah. ⁓ Rhythm Royale and Musical Story. Michael: Mr. Records looked cool. Yeah. That one so well just to say about ⁓ Mr. Records is like the the developers of that game, they all like recorded and played all the wrote all the music for it and like they all recorded it in studio. Like a lot of love went into that. So I'll be checking that out too. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Mm-hmm. Yes. Let's see, we got Lazy River, Prove You're Human, Ithaca, Screen Bound. Just man, the the Day of the Devs is all is up there for me too. They just it's indie games make the world go round. Michael: Mm-hmm. It was good. They do because they're cheaper games and you can usually just like replace, I've been playing that. It's it's an indie game and it's so good. ⁓ I've I've probably put ten hours into it now and it's just so good I can't put it down. So I'm here for it. Side Quest Becca: Mm. Mm-hmm. Chris: that and you also see a lot of indie develop a lot of indie developers start out small that then then they become much bigger. I mean take Game Freak for example. I mean their Pokemon starting out back in the nineties and now they've got this triple A game. It's taking them a while. They you'd think they'd have enough money from all the Pokemon games, but I'm excited about their game. It was not shown this year, which I was a little surprised but excited about that nonetheless. There's a lot of indie Side Quest Becca: Mm-hmm. Michael: Mm-hmm. Side Quest Becca: Hm. I'm really I'm really glad you brought that up, Michael, 'cause I for s whatever well, we've had a lot going on this weekend. But th yeah, that that's that's one of my most anticipated games of the year. Michael: Yeah. I need to figure out if there was a release date. I can't remember, but I'll be pick that's gonna be like it Okay, I'm cool. Side Quest Becca: October sixteenth for that one. And then Mr. Records is to be announced. Michael: ⁓ Cool. Chris: Very cool. Michael: ⁓ well I'm gonna go ahead and wrap this up because my internet is dying and I want I don't wanna lose the show so the whole episode. Side Quest Becca: It's okay. I I I'm dying inside anyways. It's fine. I'm burning up. I've got a headache. Chris: My gosh. This one. Michael: It's it's uploading Chris: Mm-hmm. Michael: It's gonna be all right. We're gonna have a great week. ⁓ everybody have a good my my birthday's coming up this week too, so I'm old. ⁓ Side Quest Becca: It is. We got a birthday. Yep. The big five O. I'm just kidding. I'm kidding. Also, hug your critters tighter this week for me. Just give ⁓ a little smooch. Have a good week. Chris: ⁓ yeah, it sure is. Michael: So yeah. Yeah, this ⁓ th this episode is dedicated to Avu Hume and Side Quest Becca: My sweet old man, who unfortunately passed away yesterday. When I mean sweet old man I mean my dog of ten years, so Michael: My old man. Yeah. Side Quest Becca: My old man, old Bald Jane is gone. Chris: Yeah. my old man. Michael: But yeah, hug hug your dogs, be nice to them, give ⁓ a treat, and ⁓ we'll see you. Hug your goldfish. Yeah, play with your lizard. Chris: Hug your goldfish, hug your lizards, hug your snakes. Side Quest Becca: Here we go fish a bath. Chris: Yeah. Let your cat out. Michael: In the toilet. ⁓ all right. Goodbye everybody. Have a great week. Chris: Yeah.
