Akash Kshirsagar: Psst. Hi everyone, my name is Kyan Lakshmi and I work as the Ecosystem Director at the StarCat Foundation. Over a period of years, my role has evolved from starting to host Web3 Ethereum meetups to actually recording a lot of technical content, becoming a dev rel and of course ambassador for various Ethereum based ecosystems. And I finally am now the Ecosystem Director, which means that I work with a lot of early stage startups and founders to help accelerate them into building amazing products in the Web3 ecosystem. If I would have to give two pieces of advice to women who are getting into Web3. The first one would be be curious, keep an open mind and try to learn as much as possible. And the second would be to basically not have a fear of starting. I think web3 can be very overwhelming. There are so many different subjects. There are so many different chains to look into. Pick something that is extremely popular. It's okay even if everyone's on the same path. And just start. And last but not the least, do not hesitate to ask questions. Web3 is generally a very friendly place even though you may find some disagreements on Twitter and stuff. But a lot of people will help you come forward to answer your questions. So don't hesitate to ask questions. And for me, the last thing being, what do I feel is an inclusive Web3 or Ethereum ecosystem? For me, the whole definition of Web3 is, or rather blockchain is a technology, is to revolutionize the way we think, right? To be able to distribute power to everyone, to give a choice to everyone, to make a decision or get involved in decisions. So for me, an inclusive ecosystem would be a place where Everyone is equally respected and they able to have a judgment free space to build solutions and problems that they really care about. And this Women's Day, I would love to wish everyone, all the amazing women who are already in Web3 or are trying to get into Web3 a very, very happy International Women's Day.
