Abhishek: Hello everyone, welcome to another episode of WhittleSpot. Today we have Pranay with us. You know, ⁓ let us hear a story of building a personal brand. think I've come across his Instagram a lot of times and him building a zero to three crores journey and you know, it made me to get into his Instagram DMs. Let us hear a story of zero to three crores journey and how is it going. Hey Pranay, what's up? Pranay: Yes. I'm all good, how are you? Abhishek: I am good. Yes. Tell us about your journey. How did it start and why? Pranay: All right. All right. So honestly, it started off as a challenge and the only problem was I have never been consistent. I have told this in my videos as well. So I just wanted to do something that would push me to being consistent. So now we have this public accountability, people near me, my relatives, everyone knows that I'm doing this challenge. I have put it out on Instagram. So I have no other option than being consistent. So that was the whole context of Abhishek: Right. Yeah. Pranay: There's people ask me a lot of time, like, how do you plan on monetizing this? Do you want to be a content creator? Why are you showing your numbers? was like, I don't know. I just wanted some public accountability because the way I have been for the past few years, it's like, start something. see something else. Like the thing that usually it's a problem with most entrepreneurs, guess, like the shiny object syndrome, the girl in red dress. Abhishek: I know. Pranay: There is this issue. So I just wanted some public accountability that I am this and now I this. Abhishek: Right, right, right. So ⁓ since you've been into e-comm for a while and what's your day count right now? 250? Pranay: ⁓ What's my day count as in? Abhishek: in the creating content. mean you keep a day in. Pranay: No, no, no, no. I'm at, I guess day 162 as of now. So we have had days when I was not doing any sales. was showing people that my ad account got banned. My business manager got flagged. Like I'm showing the honest side of things that are happening. Like I'm messing out on plans with my friends. Kind of regret. Abhishek: Okay. Mm, yeah, yeah. Right. Thanks. you can hear me yeah yeah no worries it gets recorded and uploaded no worries you can continue from where you have stopped Pranay: Yep, I can hear you. I guess there was some problem. That's I'm ⁓ not sure where I stopped. Abhishek: So yeah, you were telling that you are not consistent. Yes. Pranay: Yep, I was not consistent. That was one thing. And as of now, while I'm recording content and telling people everything, usually I've noticed what people do is like we are doing 10 days, 10 lakhs challenge and that's not very relatable to a lot of people. And I am facing all those issues that people usually face with building e-commerce brands and everything, ad account bands and random things that are happening. So they are happening with me as well. was Abhishek: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, I get that. Pranay: consistently doing zero in sales and now I am almost at one lakh rupees a day. I can clearly see the road to three lakhs, four lakhs, I can easily scale to that. But those are my plans. I'm not sure if I'll face more issues along the way. But if I will face issues along the way, I'll document that as well in my journey. Abhishek: it through. So Prane, ⁓ what is the distribution strategy you are working on and is there certain criteria that you are looking at the product source inside? What is that particular, you know, let's say the right product fit and the right distribution strategy you working on? Pranay: let's see a lot of people talk about winning products and everything. I think having a winning product doesn't matter so much. Instead having a winning problem is the key. Like, let's say there's a posture correct, right? So the posture correct is a product. It's a winning product. All right. That's good. But there's this winning problem that's back pain and posture. So another product that comes into the market that solves the same issue. Abhishek: Hmm. Okay. Okay. Pranay: It's very likely to be a winner because the problem is still not solved. People will always have back pain. They'll have problems with their postures. So I guess if there has been a product that has performed really well, that solves a problem. Another product that comes around and claims to solve the same problem would be a winning product. So let's say I've tested four or five products during my journey and every product has been a hit because I guess I move with this mindset. Abhishek: Mm-hmm. Pranay: that I do not need to chase numbers or like chase numbers as in like chase the things that I see on Meta ads library or let's say PP ads or other tools for hunting winning products. It's just, I guess common sense, but people complicate this thing a lot. Like we need to find winning products. need to test five products. need to test six products. I have tested four or five products. Every product has made me money. You just need to have a clear mindset. Instead, Abhishek: Hmm. Right. Hmm. Yeah, yeah. Pranay: I have spent a lot of money on Bigspy, PP ads and other tools but the best strategy that I figured out is I just created an Instagram account, set the algorithm that it only shows me ads of Chinese products and stuff like that. I see that it's an engagement, I just click on comments. If people are commenting for link and price, I see demand as well. I just validate it with my supplier that do you have inventory for this product? If they have it. Abhishek: Okay. Pranay: That's it. It's that simple. I don't know why people complicated so much. Abhishek: Right. And ⁓ so the product is how you search it there, but distribution strategy, how are you? Are you just marketing yourself on Meta or like, is there any marketplace that you're trying to place yourself? Pranay: No, as of now, I'm just selling it on Meta because I just started off and I've been really good with Meta. So for now, my only traffic source has been Meta, but I will be expanding to Google ads. And I guess a friend of mine told me Reddit works really good. I might try Reddit because I guess CPMs are very cheap. Abhishek: Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right. And Amazon? How is it going with Amazon? Pranay: I'm not doing Amazon. I've never done Amazon because the thing is the products that I have been selling, they're easily available in the market. Anyone can price compete with me when I'm selling on my website, on my website. There's no competition when it comes to price, right? If they buy, they buy. If they don't buy, they don't buy. They bounce off. Abhishek: Great. Right. Understood. So coming to meta ads, which is like my favorite part and our viewers favorite part. So yeah, let's talk about everything that goes into setting up a meta ad campaign for your product. Tell me what are those core reasons that you strategize before setting up the campaign for a particular product. Pranay: ⁓ Yes, it's my favorite too. ⁓ Alright. Alright, so post-Andromeda, I have always been saying this and Jitana I have noticed post-Andromeda targeting is dead. Creative is the new targeting, right? If you show a black man in your video, it will be shown to those people like add creative other targeting. If you show Christian man speaking something about Jesus, it will be delivered to people who are into Christianity, right? Abhishek: Yeah. is everything. Yeah, yeah. Pranay: So that's exactly what it is. An ad of mine that's getting a really good draw as I'm directly speaking to cafe and bar owners. Like if you own a this, this, this, this ad is for you or this product is for you. And like my family's into hospitality business. My father is sick of seeing the ad is like, yeah, would have because you own a cafe and hotel. That's the reason you're seeing this. And the ad is running on completely broad. Everything broad. Abhishek: Hmm. Pranay: I just keep on testing new audiences, making variations of the winning ads. Like after testing five video ads, see one winning. So that's a concept. I see one winning concept. I'll make five more variations of that concept, push that into the campaign and see how it performs. Also, when I find a winning ad, I see, I look for consistent sales, like five, 10, 15, 20 consistent sales. It's again, trying to reconnect it. And then I'll duplicate it into a new CBO. Abhishek: Yeah, yeah. Hmm. Now I can hear you. Yeah. Right. Pranay: So that's my current strategy and I play with good budgets. A lot of people are, I'm not sure what good budget is for a lot of people, but I start off even for testing with 3000 rupees, something, 3000, 4000, regardless of the product price that I'm selling. I just set it at 3000. I get decent numbers to make a call. If the CTR is low, there's a problem with my ad creative. If people are getting on my landing page and there are no ad to cards, Abhishek: Mmm. Hmm. Pranay: I guess there's a problem with the button or people are finding the price too high. Abhishek: Hmm. Pranay: So you just need to diagnose, MetaAds is comparatively simple. You just need to know how to diagnose the numbers. If there are a lot of clicks and less content views or page views, your website load speed is low. People are bouncing off. You're just sending traffic to a... You're just burning your money on clicks. You're not getting any conversions. Abhishek: Right. Right. So, ⁓ if I mean coming to the Android Manda update, you can see there are lot of brand building organically the audience, is, mean, if you have, if you say, let's say the same product you're selling and you have a competitor who is doing the same product, but he built a story around it and an organic page around it. And I doing that organic page or it's just that paid campaigns you're running. Pranay: Honestly, it's just paid campaigns because the thing that I have noticed is with these with selling these Chinese products that we buy from Delhi and Mumbai, wherever we buy these products, everything boils down to speed. How fast you can do things. If I get a product directly from China and no one else or a lot less people have that product in India, I will try to do organic. But when there are 100 more sellers in the community of my supplier, Abhishek: Yeah. Hmm. Pranay: who are planning to sell the same product it all boils down to speed who can burn that product as fast as they can to the ground. jisne sabse da profit liya liya then they exit and you do not need any dead inventory with you you just honestly I don't know if I should say this here but it's more of a f**kboy business model right you just come and you go Abhishek: Right. Late. Late. Late. Pranay: You're not here for the long run. So you just make money. You move on to the next product. You make money, you move on to the next product and everything boils down to speed. If you plan on getting organic because organic can be very unpredictable, right? You do not know which video would work, which would not work. You'll get, you spent two days making that video and then you end up getting thousand views on that. Abhishek: Right. Right. Mmm. Right. Pranay: So that doesn't really sit well. I've tried organic with another brand of mine that we were making inside a factory in Jaipur. We got 2.5, 2.6 million views on that organic content. A creator of ours posted it and we got five or six sales, seven, 10 sales. And that was a proper ad ad. For that brand, we have done almost 10 million in organic and we haven't... Abhishek: Mm-hmm. Right. Okay. Pranay: but more than 50 or 60 orders for some reason. We got a lot of DMs and followers, but we didn't get a lot of sales because the website was not COD. It was partial payment and prepaid only. Abhishek: Right, right. So I all, mean, I hear a lot about the COD payments, are, you send your package and you, they're not going to get back your product. I've heard this story from a lot of D2C founders and sometimes the product is being damaged due to two intros, you know, let's say logistics that the product goes into. So, Pranay: Yes. Yes. Abhishek: When we talk about logistics partners, I hear lot of complaints with all the providers out there in the market. What is your experience in it? Pranay: It has been good because my RTO has been very low and my RTO has been very low because I do not do COD. And it's a bit unusual in the Indian market that I do not offer COD at all. So it started off like my 160 days of building an online business started off with eBooks. So of course there was no COD. So I got an idea. Okay. All right. People pay online as well. Then I transitioned into another product that was made into that was made inside. Abhishek: Okay. ⁓ Hmm. Pranay: factory it was a customized product so of course for customized product I cannot offer you COD because it has your face printed on it so I cannot offer you COD make sense? after I was doing good on that product as well so that kind of gave me an idea that okay Indian market can work without COD as well after that I tried a drop shipping Chinese product but the inventory was very low and we got Abhishek: Okay. Yeah. Okay. Mmm. Pranay: a lot of orders like I have even documented it. I was not expecting it. The person who gave me the ad account was not expecting it. was an agency ad account. He had the access to that ad account. He called me up, he bro, your 80 ROAS is And I crazy? He bro, very crazy, your 80 ROAS is I was like, I'm not sure how it's But those were COD orders. And I asked my supplier, he said he is low on inventory. Abhishek: Mmm. Hmm. Pranay: So I thought I'm not sending, I'm not buying 500 pieces and sending a lot of it to these people who are COD because I do not know how many RTOs I'll get. I will be profitable, but I do not want that my book show two lakh rupees profit and out of that one lakh 80,000 is inventory. So I wanted money in my bank account rather than inventory sitting with me that too of a Chinese product. Abhishek: Hmm. Pranay: So I said, forget it, I'll just try partial payment and prepayment. I'll offer some discount on prepayment and partial payment will be as low as 199 rupees. It doesn't even cover my shipping, but that would act as a token of like just a promise from the customer that I will accept your thing. I have some skin in the game as well. And my rewards dropped down to, yep. Abhishek: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. A lot of brands are doing that. A lot of brands are doing that partial payments. Yes. Pranay: Yes, yes. And it worked, but my ROAS dropped down to 10 or something. There was another good insight that I got. I had to change the pixel. I did it on the same pixel and it completely flopped. I was getting a ROAS of one or two. I thought of something. I guess my pixel is trained for people who do COD. I was getting a lot of clicks and everything. So I just changed the pixel and the next day ROAS was 10, 11, 12 something. I was like, I'm good. It's... Abhishek: Okay. Okay. Mmm. Yeah, yeah. Pranay: Almost like the US market and RTO was, guess, seven, eight, nine percent. That's cool. It's almost US market. are getting ROAS of eight or nine in US market. That's crazy. And I was selling the product for 3000 rupees. A lot of people were not sure Indian market me 3000 rupees ka bhi kuch bhikta hai gaya. Just test, don't assume. The one thing that I've over these 160 days is test, test, test, never assume. You do not know what would work. Abhishek: Mmm. Right. Alright. Right. Right. Pranay: Right now for a brand of mine, we are doing a view of force thousand seven hundred. That's not a Chinese product. That's also being made inside a factory in Jaipur. People are people were paying seven thousand rupees something to a brand just got Instagram in here because I just wanted to test that product out. So I was running ads through Facebook page. So you see ads on Instagram through a Facebook page discover Instagram. Abhishek: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Pranay: They just see it that way. I was running it that way. I didn't even bother to build an Instagram because I just wanted to test the idea as soon as possible. I built an ad. I built some ads using Hegen and Magnific. We just wanted to test. Let's check the waters. Like how is it? Is there some demand? Because we knew if we get orders, we can easily build it inside a factory because my partner owns that factory and it was doable. Abhishek: Bye. Right. Right. Pranay: So that was that. that also shattered my limiting belief. People were paying 7,000 rupees online because the demand was so good for that product. Abhishek: Nice. You know what, to be really honest, you were the first one that I've come across, you know, building something or selling something without a brand page or like an organic content doing, you know, building stuff for a long time. And when you when you are putting out this stuff, you know, this is something which people can discover of working out and testing the waters. But When is the first time that you wanted to try this out and why just you know Ecom and Meta or like why draw why like reselling the products? What is the inspiration? Pranay: Was the inspiration that I'm not building anything profound as of now. Abhishek: Just to make money? No, just like, I see you're making money at the end of the day, all of us are hustling to make money. There are different ways of making it money. You're doing the other way around. I mean, like others. So that is what I'm telling. Pranay: It's a bit questionable but the thing is anyone can do it. Like I started off with a very low capital. I just wanted to see how things work. Starting said, I do not get attached to a business. Abhishek: Yeah. Hmm. That's a very good strategy. I heard it from a man saying that don't love your business, love the cash. Pranay: Love the cash, of course love the cash. Because the thing is if it makes money and it's developing my skills, that's good. When I build a brand, I will have all the insights from all the websites that I'm doing. Also while doing all these things, I would rather sell a product that's easy to sell. Because there's effort to reward ratio. If I'm putting in this much effort, I want this reward. I gotta stick on, like it's like making a marriage work just can be... Abhishek: Yeah. Pranay: No matter how much effort you it won't work. So you would rather put your efforts towards the thing where you will get a good result. And the thing is, I know myself, I've just started out. I want to see results. Whatever it I won't do anyone any wrong. I will sell good products. Quality of the products is good. Just a second. Giri, the call and tell him to the reception downstairs and money from Yep, I'm sorry. Yep. Abhishek: Hmm. Right. Yeah Yeah, know what it is. Yeah. Yeah, you were saying something. Pranay: So I was saying that a lot of people want to start and there's not a lot of capital. People overthink stuff as well. And people are mostly like, I think SNE over, think SNE over. You just need to put some money inside meta ads. You're not building anything organic. You, once you find proof of concept for your product, start building something organic. Starting with just to test out the waters, meta ads is the best thing. Abhishek: good prayer you have to say. Understand? Pranay: It gives you visibility. Abhishek: I know I heard it from a lot of D2C founders, say that they actually say that don't first try to build something innovative. First test it out in a single platform, put your product in any other platform and see that the product is getting sold. Then you know, you know, pounce on it and build a brand up on it. And that's really good strategy. Pranay: Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Once you have proof of concept, you do not know whether want that not. You have proof of concept, after give all in, go all in. Right? So that's the way I think about it. Abhishek: Yeah. Exactly. right so right so when you say that you are trying to change different products why don't you stick with the single product when you know it's working ⁓ why don't you I know I mean I'm not telling you to build a brand around it but why didn't you just stick it to a single product and why did you try to test out different products Pranay: Now I'll tell you with Chinese products I keep on switching because a lot of people in this market like it's in the bottom like everyone is in the trenches so people are doing anything and everything to be profitable those are the bottom people you get it like the people building good D2C brands are here and this is the bottom where everyone is fighting so if I start selling a product I am selling good quality stuff I am sending I'm actually shipping out stuff to the customers Abhishek: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Pranay: but people let's say people see this as a Chinese product right I am selling this five more people are selling this but out of those five three of them scammed the customers so people who comment under like usually the people who buy it are not they are millennials oldies or whatever you call them right they have no clue that I bought this they would comment down scam in under my ad I have been sending everything. Your order number is 2065. I'm still at 1605. Like I'm not a scammer. So that's the thing with Chinese products, but with the brands that we are building and we manufacture that stuff. I guess my internet is not working. Am I audible? You're not audible. You're not audible. Hello. Abhishek: Yes, yes, yes, right. Yeah, was saying, you know, ⁓ where did we actually stop? Pranay: Yeah, I already will. I guess I was, what was I saying? Abhishek: ⁓ Your camera is off. Pranay: camera is off. Abhishek: Today it's become an adventure for us to show the podcast. It's just never been like this. Okay then let's do this. mean, it gets uploaded, worries. So yeah, ⁓ yeah, I also experienced. Pranay: That is working fine. Is my camera... Hello? are not audible. Green net cell reggae progress. that it folks? Abhishek Pinninti: Can you hear me now? Pranay: Yes, can hear you. Abhishek Pinninti: Right. Can you Right. Yes. So yeah. I I was saying that, you know, I also experienced this that I've pay ⁓ you know, made a purchase for a landing page, then the product didn't arrive for me. Pranay: Peace. So that's the thing that a lot of people in Indian e-commerce like the people who are like not doing so well, that's how they find their profitability. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah, I know, I know, I know. And tell me what is that, you know, ⁓ minimum ad budget or like minimum inventory you invest on testing out any product out there. It I mean it should you should have a minimum capital or to run the ads and to get the inventory. What is that number? You usually keep it keep around. Pranay: But that's Yeah, honestly, doing Indian e-commerce, cannot completely rely on drop shipping and other things. Like, you cannot rely on the suppliers. You cannot rely on the suppliers because I have heard a lot of stories that suppliers do not fulfill orders properly. They will send anything to your customers and then your customers will just... Abhishek Pinninti: Mm-hmm. Pranay: call you and complain like and then there's your word against theirs right because the supplier will say I sent it so you need to hold inventory that's one thing I guess you need around 1.5 lakhs or 2 lakhs to start off like even when you're doing this drop shipping thing because you will definitely make mistakes a lot of people make mistakes even I consider myself good with meta ads even I make a lot of mistakes on some days meta is not good Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah. Yeah. Pranay: Some days it is, you never know what will happen. Like you at least need 1.5 tracks. But if you are a complete beginner, I wouldn't suggest e-commerce to you. I would rather suggest building digital products. Like not a lot of people are talking about this. And even I had no clue about digital products. I'm talking about ebooks on different topics. Health, wealth. Abhishek Pinninti: F one. Understood that. Pranay: relationships these are evergreen niches you just build an ebook around it build good AI ads I was making around 3000-4000 at the start of the challenge I was making around 2-3-4000 profit every day just running meta ads to a landing page and that was very easy but I just wanted to that's a part I surpassed that skill set keep take I don't want to do this I want to build a future in e-commerce I don't want to do this thing Abhishek Pinninti: Right. Pranay: But still for beginners, would rather suggest eBooks and digital products because people are in college or they're doing a job. They just want a side hustle for them. Indian e-commerce can be very tricky. was in EECO has a lot of moving parts. E-commerce cannot be treated as a side hustle. It's your full-time business. I can do a lot of things with content creation and everything because I have a partner who is handling backend. So I do not touch the product or anything. He handles the shipping, customer support and everything. Abhishek Pinninti: Mm. Pranay: everything and everything like Shiprocket logistics, but I'm in charge of acquisition building websites and ads. So that's why I can move with content and everything. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah. Right. And what is the I mean, when you come to say that ebooks, ⁓ what is your targeted customers? Where are they? Pranay: anyone is niches. Like I would run a meta ad completely broad, let my creative do the talking. Let's say looks maxing is doing really good as of now. People want to improve how they look and you get proof of concept as well. Just go to Gumroad, see what courses and ebooks are selling. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah. Hmm. Pranay: using ai cloud you can build your ebook as well there's a lot of free knowledge on youtube just transcribe two or three podcasts of oscar patella or anyone i'm just speaking out of my head there are a lot of people each looks maxing and a lot of people do not have time to watch 10 hour videos just transcribe them build a good ebook run ads to it Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah. Pranay: Just create a landing page using Loveable or things. Like that's the easiest way of making online money that I have noticed. And not a lot of people are talking about it. You can run 10 eBooks at a time. I was making 3000 rupees profit from one eBook. Abhishek Pinninti: Understood. Right. Per day. Pranay: birthday yes that's honestly pretty Abhishek Pinninti: Right, right, perfect. And what was your action? What were your roas? Pranay: My ROAS was a wrong tool. Abhishek Pinninti: Nice. Pranay: because apart from ads there's no expense at all Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah, yeah. True, makes sense. Pranay: There's no expense. There's some software cost. There is GST. I tried a lot of ways that what can I do, but I couldn't find anything. I sat with my CA for two hours. I don't want to pay 18 % to the government. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah, yeah. Makes sense. Pranay: But then I paid it at the end, there was no way around it. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Makes sense. And so someone who is trying to get into the space and you know try to test out the waters, what is your ⁓ you know, suggestion to them and you know? Pranay: for e-commerce or general online money making. Abhishek Pinninti: for anything, for anything to make money. With with your expertise in it and whatever you have done till now. Maybe a caution, maybe a lesson to them. Pranay: and last but not least, First lesson would be test, test, test, never assume. So what happened with this ebook thing is a lot of people are not talking about it. There was this guy that I don't know randomly slid into my DMs before I was making content. Someone reposted my story or something and he got to know I make online money and stuff. So he just texted me randomly. We talked one day and after a few months he was like, I am starting with Indian e-commerce. I have 1 lakh rupees. What should I do? I'm trying to sell this product. And I knew that the guy was very lazy. He was also very inconsistent. ⁓ was like, I would rather suggest I have heard of people doing digital books, ebooks and stuff. just give it a shot after four days. He takes me bro for the first time in my life. I have been profitable. Like you are profitable. selling ebooks i just gave him an idea that you can and he sent me his mid ads dashboard his ads his latin page and i was like this guy is profitable so there some opportunity in i didn't test it with my own money and i was skeptical i was not sure whether will work or not but he tested it then i was like okay i know everything right i'll test it with my Abhishek Pinninti: Right. Right. Pranay: and I started making money also there is this one nugget that I will tell you you understand Meta ads I just tested it and it worked really good so these things will any course and people who are a bit advanced would understand this thing see Meta knows that at what price they will give us cost for acquiring a customer right if Meta doesn't like you it acts like your Abhishek Pinninti: Nice. Yeah. Pranay: toxic relationship partners on some day, let's say your breakeven Roaz is at breakeven CAC is at 900 rupees example. So some days it will give you it 950 rupees that day. You'll be a bit skeptical that should I turn off my ads another day, it will give you 800 rupees something. Right. And then you'll always be structured. I turn off the ads. Should I keep running it like Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah. Pranay: what's happening, it's very inconsistent and it kind of keeps you hooked. Meta knows what's your, it kind of knows what's your break even row as a stuff like that. So what I tested out with Lovable is like you have a lot of things that you can do. I was selling an ebook for 499 rupees and I told Lovable, like I gave Lovable my Metapixel, he just put it on the website. Abhishek Pinninti: Okay. Pranay: on the landing page and everything put it on the thank you page fire it when this this this happened so i also did a thing i was like whenever a purchase happens tell meta that the purchase was for 199 rupees not 499 rupees Abhishek Pinninti: Hm. Pranay: And metas started giving me according to meta the rise was around one, one point to one point three because meta knows it's an ebook and I was being very profitable. Normally he, just send the actual value that the rise was one point three, one point four or escape by the actual rise was different. So that was one thing that I noticed that you can play around with meta as well. Abhishek Pinninti: Mm-hmm. Pranay: Facebook app that handles the pixel integration and everything. So I was under reporting it to Meta that I was that I'm making a lot of money. My ads are bad. Everything is bad. Okay, it's a digital product. Meta knows it's giving me the rise of 1.2 according to Meta. But I was getting good. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah. Right. Sounds like test, test, test, test is your strategy to go. Pranay: So that was one. just test everything out. I thought I'll make some good educational ads about the ebook that I was selling. It didn't work. I thought, let's try meme ads. But the topic was a bit sophisticated. I tried meme ads, meme ads worked. So you can never do, you just need to test, test, test. Like Alex Albor is volume negates luck. Abhishek Pinninti: Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. And Yeah, makes sense. Yeah. I mean thanks for your time, man. And it was a very great conversation and I mean to your young guy who wants to get into online business or like e commerce and make money online. I think whatever you have you know, put it out really makes sense for them and I think they'll take it out and test something out by their own as well. Pranay: Honestly, Indian market is gold mine as of now when you skip COD. It's completely cut out COD and it's really good. The competition is comparatively low. The people who have the skills are building something very profound. The people who do not have skills are doing everything wrong. So when you're in the middle, there's a lot of money to be made. Have a good day. Abhishek Pinninti: Yeah, we're good to meet. Pranay: Yep.
