Sue: 1011 aspect about creating on a daily basis. In my case, I'm taking photographs and shooting video, as well as making these podcast episodes. Whatever it is that you choose to do in a creative way. Is that is your control of yourself. There was a time in my life when, whether it be because I was an employee or on a gig or child growing up, that you yield autonomy to someone for direction. Boss, parent, authority figure. As an adult, you might get paid well to do that, gets pretty comfortable, I've known that feeling, but you've also given away control of what you do. And when you get to express it creatively, you retain your control. And like so many things, the more you do it, the easier it is mindset wise. You get comfortable in that new mindset of being in control. When you're not being obstinate, necessarily, you might need to at the beginning to get that habit situated. But and you're not being arrogant, you're not telling it how it is to be for others, given that you're choosing to do it for yourself, kind of thing. But it's a beautiful place to be. Because once you get a taste of being in control of yourself, you're less likely to yield part of you to some money or some other situation. That's protection of yourself. That's not being aloof or hard to work with. I'm what other people say is none of my business. And I understand that that might be a vibe that comes through because When those that want to control you don't have control, they're gonna put a label on you. And as I say this, and who am I? Well, I'm a an American widow who's sixty five. A musician, an improvising musician. Not all musicians improvise, by the way. The additional feature of being an improv improvising musician is that I'm accustomed to accepting change. Chords in jazz music the lingo used is changes. When somebody says let's play rhythm changes, what they're referring to is playing the song by George and Ira Gershwin, I got rhythm. I digress. This creative energy that helps assert the control of yourself in a way but also gives something back to the universe in a positive way. Because you're doing it because you're passionate about it and you love it when you do this. And when you do it, that little bit of love gets attached to it when it's sent out in the universe whatever form their creation is. It's a really a good thing. What do I do? I record this audio when I'm out and about and then edit it with the photos and the videos that I shoot. The videos that I shoot are are are either of the wildlife that my dog and I encounter when we're walking, but mostly they are short little videos, several of which appear in one episode. that feature a kaleidoscope filter on my phone. I find joy in the contrast of where things are located when the wind blows and the also the visual contrast of light and dark. You get these very striking contrasts of sunlight versus shade. This creative pursuit of making these what I call trippy videos, showcasing the contrast of light and dark and movement. And that's all because it has to be done on a day. where there's enough wind to begin with. Tracking the weather a bit. And the reason why I'm tracking the weather is to look at the potential amount of rainfall incoming because my well is dry. I live entirely off a two hundred and twenty foot well and the aquifer, quite dry in that area. Has been super dry last couple months. And we've had an inch of rain here and there and such, but it has yet to refresh the area of the aquifer that I that my well reaches into. It's also an opportunity to express gratitude for my neighbors who are fifty feet away maybe and their well is over a stream. And they've got all the water, so to speak, at this time. So the videos end up being a historical reference for my purposes to track weather patterns. The other creative aspect of what I do daily is to take pictures of my dog each and every time we come into the woods. The first reason is because I like how light plays on her black shiny coat. And God forbid we should ever become separated. Hopefully. Someone will look at my web domain and notice with interest the daily photographs of my dog for easy identification. It's these little Mundane events of keeping track of the weather and the potential precipitation that I've changed into a daily activity that creates a lot of joy for me of shooting these videos and taking photos of the Rita that end up creating a bit of Dharma as a result because by you listening and watching and getting a little bit of enjoyment out of it, you're reading the energy. As I sent it out, and that's a good thing. As a musician, I'm always keen to ensure listeners are enjoying themselves. Can all appreciate the transformative power of music. And my blog is really about just archiving the day-to-day events just in case there was a time where it might be helpful information. I'm sharing this because I think there are very creative ways to document everyday events that are seemingly mundane. I get that. confirmation with a squirrel. The other thing that it does on a deeper level is increase th the joy that I feel every day while I'm underemployed. There was a time in my life where I really would have fretted the fact that I wasn't earning enough to take care of myself adequately. Shortly after my husband died, that was certainly the case. And while this doesn't generate any income for immediate use, there's definitely value. At the very least there's All of the copyrights that I create might not be monetized after I'm dead either. But if I didn't do it, it wouldn't get done. And I never want to go back on my past and look and say, You know, I had all that time and I didn't use it to create music. Now look at me. I'm miserable. I don't want that. And by doing these little creative things c incorporated while I'm walking with my dog, it unifies the vibe of my day. And what that does for me is bolster my positivity against all the spiritual attacks. Energetically speaking, it's the best thing to do. The haters in my energetic life, who I may never meet in the real world, are most interested in making sure that my life, if not ended, is constructed to be very difficult. Lack of income. Lack of love. And that's the key point here. Loving yourself means that what they wish will never happen. That's a good thing. And lack of income. Well That really does affect my day to day. However, the important thing is to not spend more than you earn. Sometimes I get the energy from one particular hater who has the arrogance to believe that all the karma that they'll receive for spiritually trespassing and trying to control others, that they're above it. The only thing above us is God. I think that's going to be a very rude awakening for them one day. Not for me to say, nor do I want to put energy into it, but the concept here is that energetically you have people Who belong to secret societies of some sort, it might even be a prayer circle, you know, prosperity gospel or who deem themselves to be beyond reproach and believe that energetic projections can be only sent one way. They'll never feel it. No, well, that's not exactly how that rolls. And that's why when you're feeling off, you don't need to know the exact details of why you're feeling off, you know, the source of it, but to recognize that that's the perfect time for To do something a little creative and be mindful about it. Be locked into engagement with it. Might only take you thirty seconds, but if you do that a couple times during the day and then decide to do something further with it, share the photo with a friend. Who knows? If that's it what you do, you spread the love. Seems like an easy lift. In exchange, you get a calm, balanced life. And with that comes the clarity to see that those who are energetically projecting for your demise or others like me. We'll have a much harder time of it. After all, what you send out, you're gonna get back. You can't break that law, nor can you mind blank everybody to think that it never happened. Accountability. You reap what you sow. I don't like to gamify life, but I think these little actions of creative photographing or videoing are just the kind of moments that contribute to a happier life. And I see from the growing number of subscribers on my YouTube channel and my website that More of you are engaging and yes, I know it's the algorithm that throws it in front of your face and whether you like it or not isn't I don't mind. But I'm gonna keep doing this. So if this appeals to you, let me know. Like my video if you wish, subscribe. Look, I'm not making any money from it. I'm not looking to either. I consume just as much digital content as you do. So I completely understand that mindset. But I really feel gratified that you've listened to this and taken the time. Thank you.
