Jim Gaffney: When you're having an oral conversation with somebody, you know, we can't always have written communication with people. Sometimes I do it more again to allow me to collect my thoughts if I'm trying to put a lot of information together. it's not always necessarily the way I'm gonna present it. so oral communication is still a skill that we need to work on. So just don't get caught in the in the trap that, you know, replace all communication with written communication. still need to practice that and understand that you're always gonna get better at it. and that nobody's expecting you to be perfect. so I think being more comfortable in your own skin, is a good place to start, you know, just having the confidence, you know, you're not gonna get it perfect. you are who you are. And it shouldn't come out any different than that.
